Paul Eskildsen is RCN Metro Optical Networks' Vice President and General Counsel. He is the chief legal officer for RCN Business Solutions and also provides legal and transactional support for other RCN company initiatives. Prior to joining RCN, he was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of MCI, where he led and managed MCI's legal support for customer contracting, marketing, product development, network and technology law, procurement, government contracts, intellectual property, advertising, real estate and international law. He also played a leadership role in MCI's M&A activities, including its merger with Verizon, and led MCI's merger approval efforts at the Department of Justice and the EU. Paul joined MCI in 1988 after spending several years in private law practice at a large DC law firm, and worked at MCI in various positions of increasing responsibility for over 18 years. Paul is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the University of Virginia School of Law.

Terri spent three years at Con Ed Communications prior to joining RCN Metro Optical Networks. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Lehigh University.
