David W. Robinson, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of Business Development, General Counsel and Class III Director . Mr. Robinson has been our Co-Chief Executive Officer and Class III Director since March 2009, our Executive Vice President, Business Development since June 2008, and General Counsel since May 2006. His term as a Class III Director will expire at the annual meeting of stockholders in 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Robinson was Vice President and General Counsel of Con Edison Communications from August 2001 until March 2006, when Con Edison Communications was purchased by RCN Corporation. Before that, Mr. Robinson served in senior executive positions with other telecommunications service providers and provided legal and business counseling to other businesses. Mr. Robinson received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania ( magna cum laude ) and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.

Joseph Laezza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, President and Class III Director . Mr. Laezza has been our Co-Chief Executive Officer and Class III Director since March 2009, our President since June 2008, our Chief Operating Officer since April 2006 and previously served as our Vice President, Operations since March 2004. His term as a Class III Director will expire at the annual meeting of stockholders in 2011. Mr. Laezza joined the Company from Con Edison Communications, where he was Vice President, Network Operations. He previously held management positions at a number of telecommunications service providers, including AT&T and XO Communications, where he was responsible for operations, service delivery, and customer service.

Jonathan Brust brings more than 20 years of senior management and marketing expertise to his role at Glowpoint, where he leads all branding and marketing efforts. Additionally, he is responsible for building and managing business development/co-marketing relationships and expanding business opportunities. Prior to Glowpoint, he held senior positions in Marketing and Sales in the video industry, most recently with New York-based The FeedRoom and VIDITalk, Inc. Mr. Brust also founded and served as Chief Executive of SwingCam, Inc., a video analysis company focused in the sports industry and spent 8 years in hotel management.

Mr. Chiorazzi has more than 17 years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Consulting services. In 2001, he joined Glowpoint during its initial founding and was instrumental in building the world's first video-centric IP network. He leads the Engineering and Development functions at Glowpoint with a team of technical professionals who have played key roles in achieving strategic high profile sales, significant cost reductions, and build award winning, scalable technology platforms and solutions in the video communications marketplace. He is directly responsible for Research & Development, Software Development, Pre-Sales Engineering Solutions, Post Sale Complex Engineering and Corporate IT efforts. Prior to joining Glowpoint, he most recently held a position at Cisco Systems providing regional sales support for Content Delivery Network Sales. Prior to this, he provided consulting services for high profile clients of Lucent/INS and the Johns Brook Company. He began his career with Knight Ridder Financial/Bridge as a Senior Engineer in their main NOC in New York City.

Mr. Monson has more than 18 years of telecommunications industry experience with 14 years focused on video communications. He joined Glowpoint in 2000 opening the Midwest sales region, in 2003, Mr. Monson was part of the team that developed the channel sales division of Glowpoint, as Director of Channels Sales and then appointed VP of Sales & Business Development in 2008. Prior to joining Glowpoint, he held various branch sales, service and technical positions at MCI Telecommunications and held corporate positions at MCI's National Service and Training center in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Monson earned his BA from Luther College, and is an active Board Member on various non-Profit organizations in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.

Mr. Schroeder has more than 13 years experience in the telecommunications service industry and has held various technical and managerial positions in the Voice, Data and Video communication sectors. He joined Glowpoint in 2005 and was appointed to Vice President of Operations in 2008, where he is currently responsible for the day to day operation of Glowpoint's video products and services. He is a performance driven leader and a critical contributor on the management team, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding the operational metrics supporting operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Prior to joining Glowpoint, he spent five years with Con Edison Communications (now RCN Metro) as Managing Director of Customer Operations, where he served as one of the subsidiary's founding members and successfully built a service organization focused on the delivery of data services. Mr. Schroeder has also held positions at NEON Communications (Now RCN Metro), XO Communications & Teleport Communications Group (now AT&T Local Services). He holds a BSA degree in Economics from West Virginia University and is married with two children.

Executive Vice President of ABM since March 2007; Chief Financial Officer since January 2008. Mr. Lusk was Vice President, Business Services & Chief Operating Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for Avaya from 2005 through February 2007; Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bioscrip/MIM Corporation from 2002 through 2005; 1996 - 2002, held positions including President, Business Services, Acting Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Controller at Lucent Technologies.

Dean Hiltzik, Class III Director. Mr. Hiltzik has been a member of our board of directors since May 2000 and his term will expire at the annual meeting of stockholders in 2011. From September 1999 until May 2000, Mr. Hiltzik was a member of the board of directors of All Communications Corporation ( ACC ). Mr. Hiltzik, a certified public accountant, is a partner and director at the accounting and consulting firm of Marks Paneth & Shron LLP ( MPS ), which acquired his former firm Schneider & Associates LLP, which he joined in 1979. MPS provides tax and consulting services to Glowpoint. Mr. Hiltzik received a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.

James J. Spanfeller. Independent Director. Mr. Spanfeller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Forbes.com where he oversees all aspects of the strategic and operational management of the Company. Before joining Forbes.com, Mr. Spanfeller was President of the Consumer Magazine Group of Ziff Davis Media, Inc. He also served as Publisher of Inc. magazine and held senior positions at Playboy Enterprises Publishing Group and Newsweek. Mr. Spanfeller serves on several boards including: the Board of Directors of GlowPoint, Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Executive Committee, and is actively involved in the Online Publishers Association (OPA). He also served on the Magazine Publishers Association board from 1999-2000. He holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Union College.
