In 1995 Mr. Hancock began working on the go2 system with a vision that someday technology would bring virtually unlimited location-based information to the average person through a variety of small, portable devices. In 1998, Mr. Hancock left a 20-year legal career to work on go2. and inBuilding Systems Corp., a high-speed DSL ISP for tenants of multi-tenant office buildings, which was acquired in 1999 by one of the largest multi-tenant office building ISPs in the United States. Prior to forming inBuilding and working on go2 full-time, he was the chair of the corporate department of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble and Mallory, a 150-person California law firm, where he specialized in representing high-technology companies on matters related to venture capital, technology, strategic partnerships and private and public offerings. In 2000 Mr. Hancock received the Orange County, California Entrepreneur of the Year award in the competition sponsored by Ernst & Young, CNN and USA Today. Mr. Hancock, who is also a CPA, graduated summa cum laude from Southwest Missouri State University, cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Kevin Wells is a manager of high-technology startup enterprises. He is currently President of go2 Directory Systems, the leading Yellow Page provider for the mobile Internet. Prior to joining go2, Mr. Wells served as CIO and then Senior Vice President for Research and Development of MiniMed, a publicly traded medical devices company. Prior to MiniMed, Mr. Wells served as Vice President, Software Engineering for Disney Online where he created The Disney Store Online, a successful early electronic commerce initiative. For the past 10 years, Mr. Wells has also served as President of Environment Now, a private environmental foundation dedicated to protecting and restoring the environment in California. During this period he has taken an active role in strategic planning and management of the foundation, and is currently serving as its Executive Director. Among its many initiatives, Environment Now founded the five Southern California Water Keepers, and the Sequoia Forest Keeper. Mr. Wells received his B.S. in Physics, M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and MBA degrees from Stanford University
