Matt has worked with GoIndustry in various roles since joining the company in 1984. He is currently the Managing Director for our Asian operations, which span eight regional offices. He is located in Manila, in the Philippines.

David is Director of Operations for the UK and works from our London office. David joined the company in 1999. He is qualified as a Professional Associate of the Society of Valuers and Auctioneers, as a Member of The Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors, and is ATT tax qualified as well. His previous employers include Arthur Andersen.

Adam Reich is Co-CEO of Counsel RB Capital LLC. He is a former practicing bankruptcy attorney with extensive experience representing debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in assets sales. Adam received his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. In 1991, Adam became an Associate with the law firm of Levene & Eisenberg, specializing in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and workouts. In 1995, he became General Counsel at Rabin Brothers, a leading industrial equipment auctioneer, liquidator and appraiser. In 1999, Adam joined Michael Fox International as Principal and managed asset recovery programs in the US and internationally. Along with his brother Jonathan, Adam built a strong bankruptcy business at Michael Fox International. He and his brother went on to form Greystone Private Equity LLC, an asset acquisition company of which he was Co-CEO. In March 2009, Adam and Jonathan Reich formed Counsel RB Capital, LLC, a company specializing in the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Adam is an accredited lawyer, and is licensed in New York, California, and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Finance Association, Turnaround Management Association, and National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.

Prior to joining the GoIndustry group in December 2005, Gisa spent nine years as a corporate lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. During this time, she worked predominantly in the London office, but also in Frankfurt and New York. Gisa studied at Jesus College, Oxford and the College of Law, London. She speaks English and German.

Jonathan Reich is Co-CEO of Counsel RB Capital LLC. He is a former practicing bankruptcy attorney with extensive experience representing debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in assets sales. In 1988, Jonathan received his Juris Doctor in law from Fordham University. He became a Senior Associate in the Bankruptcy Department at both Hahn & Hessen, and Herrick Feinstein. In 1997, he joined Michael Fox International as Principal and later became Co-President, where he was responsible, along with his brother Adam Reich, for developing the bankruptcy practice. He and his brother went on to form Greystone Private Equity LLC, an asset acquisition company, of which he was Co-CEO. In March 2009, Adam and Jonathan Reich formed Counsel RB Capital, LLC, a company specializing in the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Jonathan is an accredited lawyer and is licensed in New York and Connecticut. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.

Kamal is a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Prior to joining ICG, Kamal was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Advanta Business Cards, a leading issuer of credit cards to small businesses. Since 1994, Kamal served in various other capacities at Advanta including vice president of corporate development and vice president of investor relations at Advanta Corp. and chief financial officer of Vehicle Information Network, an early stage company that Advanta had invested in. Earlier in his career, Kamal was a senior manager in the financial advisory services group at Coopers & Lybrand, where he provided financial consulting services to a broad range of companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, and business reorganizations. He also served as an audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Kamal brings over 20 years of diverse experience to Internet Capital Group and its partner companies.
