Stewart found his biggest commercial success with the Top Ten album Bombs Away Dream Babies and its single "Gold" in 1979. He released several of his albums and albums by others on his own Homecoming label starting in the 1980s. Airdream Believer appeared on Shanachie in 1995, followed by The American Folk Song Anthology on Delta in 1996. Rough Sketches and the live Bandera were released in 1997 and 1998, respectively, by Folk Era. His sound design credits include the Broadway productions of: CITY OF ANGELS , SWEENEY TODD, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and SOPHICASTED LADIES. Mr. Fox is also the inventor of audio automation for the theatre. When not working in the theatre, Bernard is a recording engineer with many Gold and Platinum Album credits.

For over twenty years Catherine Wilshire has proven her ability in the entertainment industry. With her extensive hands on involvement in all phases of production including Producing and Casting Motion Pictures, Television and Commercials and for the USA, Germany and Japan. She combines a strong background with a proven track record in negotiating and assisting on a budget conscience basis in various stages of packaging, and developing, and producing projects to be marketed and sold.

Jason Jablonski is a world-champion Xterra triathlete who has devoted his entire career to helping kids achieve their individual potential. Competing in events all around the world, he has raced in more than 70 competitions and taken home countless honors. Jablonski is a certified teacher who has used the same energy and passion he brings to professional cycling races to teach kids the power of fitness and staying in shape. He is the Co-founder and Director of the Central Washington Youth Fitness Initiative, a new youth-focused cycling program which focuses on promoting fitness to children who are less inclined to exercise. Jablonski has been involved with numerous youth-focused projects designed to boost children's? self-esteem while helping them gain valuable fitness skills needed to create a strong foundation for the rest of their lives. He is one of the founding members of the Wenatchee Valley Velo Cycling Club and has worked to establish USCF status, trail maintenance groups and a youth cycling program in the Wenatchee area. Jablonski continues to blaze new trails in the cycling arena. He was a member of the 24-Hour National Champion Elite 4-person team and in 2003 and 2004, was the world amateur Xterra champion. He is also a key advisor for Gold?s Gym International in their national effort with the American Diabetes Association?s Tour De Cure, which is a series of bike rides across the United States.

Jeremy Lutz has baseball in his blood. His dad ran the Little League and travel program in Fox Lake his whole life, so it was no surprise that when he asked Jeremy to coach the Grant Bulldogs Travel Team, it was the start of a developing youth coaching career. At that point Jeremy had already earned All Area honors and All County honors as a left-handed pitcher for Grant High School in Fox Lake and qualified for Team IL in the Perfect Game program. He had also played ball at the College of Lake County, where his team was conference contenders, and Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. He went on to become one of the four founders of the Lake County Sidewinders, which plays in Mikea s Memorial League, and draws its talent from Grant Township, Lake Villa and Antioch. Subsequently, he joined the Lake Forest Baseball Association first as in in-house coach and now as coach of the 14Gold travel team. When Jeremy is not coaching, he is stays occupied as a southpaw for independent teams such as the Kenosha Kings of the WI State League and the Lookouts of the Midwest Suburban League.

John Bush joined AFC Lightning as the head coach of the '90 Gold in 2000 and has been coaching for AFC Lightning for six years. He has been involved in developing soccer players at the youth level for over 11 years. John joined the staff after 5 years with Clayton County Soccer Association as a head coach for the boy's select program and director of the Clayton Adult Soccer Association. While with Lightning, John has had great success developing players many of whom have earned promotion to AFC's top teams. John has coached players that continue to excel today playing at both the high school level and NCAA Div. 1. John grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Jonesboro High School before moving on to Clayton College and State University.

John is an assessor for the Good Citizen scheme and can judge at all levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold. He has also acquired from the British Institiute of Professional Dog Trainers a certificate of competence to train basic obedience to Novice level. Where possible, he has worked his dogs in displays for the club at various venues, including Crufts, and been part of the Gold display team at Discover Dogs. Keen to promote modern training methods he keeps old, tried and tested methods, in the toolkit. He advocates clicker training as a fast and effective training method at all levels.

John Macken joined Ivanhoe in November, 2003, after a 19-year career with mining giant Freeport McMoran Copper and Gold, most recently as Freeport's Senior Vice-President of Strategic Planning and Development, based in New Orleans. He spent a total of 13 years with Freeport's operating unit, P.T. Freeport Indonesia (PTFI), culminating in the position of Executive Vice-President and General Manager at Freeport's Grasberg mining complex in Papua, the world's largest single copper and gold mine. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Ivanhoe Mines, Mr. Macken has a mandate to assemble and lead the management team charged with bringing into production the company's world-class copper and gold discoveries in Mongolia's South Gobi region.

Kirsty joined DDA from Really Useful Films in January 2006, having initially worked with the company on the International publicity campaign for THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA in 2004. Kirsty is currently working on the international campaigns for three Dino de Laurentiis productions- VIRGIN TERRITORY, THE LAST LEGION and HANNIBAL RISING. She was an integral part of co-ordinating the BVITV European tour of the award-winning TV show GREY'S ANATOMY which travelled to Paris, Monte Carlo , Milan and Rome this summer and was also core to the team which worked on the DVD launch of HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE for WHV. Most recently, she's acted as a personal publicist to director Jonathan Demme on tour to the Munich, Deauville and San Sebastian film festivals in support of the music feature documentary, NEIL YOUNG: HEART OF GOLD.

Lawrence J. Greenberg joined Gold, Gold & Bernblum in 1974. Mr. Greenberg became a partner in the firm known as Gold, Gold, Bernblum & Greenberg in 1979. In 2006, Mr. Greenberg entered into a partnership with Mark T. Gould of North Haven for the general practice of law. The firm was called Greenberg & Gould, LLC and lasted until May of 2008 when Mr. Gould became a Judge of the Connecticut Superior Court. The firm continues business under its current name Bernblum & Greenberg. Mr. Greenberg represents clients in all areas of real estate and land use. He is engaged in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has been involved in complicated Section 1031Tax Deferred Exchanges.

Mark Holder became a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Representative in 2001 as a member of The Brase Financial Group. His primary goal is to work with positive people who welcome the opportunity and responsibility associated with providing financial analysis that relates to their personal and professional needs. Mark is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and his achievements include Million Dollar Round Table (2005), New Financial Representative of the Year, and Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards. Mark Holder graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a major in finance and minor in economics. He is a native of Chillicothe, Missouri, and now lives in Leawood with his lovely wife, Lisa. He enjoys playing golf, cards and anything sports-related.

Nathan Lewis was Chief International Economist and later Global Strategist for firms providing investment research to institutions. Today, he is involved in asset management. He previously worked in financial journalism in Toyko. His writing has been published in the Financial Times, Asian Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, Japan Times, Daily Yomiuri, Nikkei Business, Pravda, and other publications. Nathan Lewis has also written for academic publications, and has appeared on television in Asia and the Middle East. Nathan Lewis is the author of the must-read guide Gold: The Once and Future Money.

Peter is Visor Consultants' Managing Director and regularly helps organisations plan and deliver highly successful scenario based exercises as well as Crisis Management & Business Continuity workshops, corporate resilience courses and motivation sessions. He often appears on BBC, CNN, Sky ITN and other international News broadcasts and documentaries discussing numerous crises, especially the impact of terrorism and similar risks. He has considerable real time experience gained at the front line of events such as terrorist sieges, bomb scenes, disasters, reputational crises, product recalls and other corporate dramas. His knowledge of crisis decision making is quoted in the UK Government (Cabinet Office) Guide on Integrated Emergency Management and he is the author of many other advice guidebooks including the original UK Govt. (DTI) booklet 'Preventing Chaos in a Crisis'. He is a Special Advisor to a number of key organisations including the Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness and the Business Continuity (BC) Institute London Forum. He is in addition, a Special Advisor to the editorial board of Continuity Professional Magazine in the USA and is listed in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses. Peter is the primary author of the ubiquitous Gold, Silver & Bronze command structure, a Fellow of numerous industry associations and member of the Guild of Freemen of the City of London.

Mr. Shawn Casey who was once a real estate attorney turned to internet marketing soon after leaving his past career behind. Mr. Tsementzis brings eight years of experience as a Executive Assistant in the mining industry, most recently working for the Chairman and CEO of Goldcorp Inc from 1997 to 2005. Ms. Tsementzis is proficient organizing major corporate events including AGMs, Trade Shows and shareholder luncheons. She excels at Sedar Filings and corporate communications, and manages Grandview Gold's Canadian office and Investor Relations.

Walter Russell Mead is the Henry A. Kissinger Senior Fellow for US Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations, is one of the country's leading students of American foreign policy. He is also on the Executive Committee of the Editorial Board of The American Interest magazine. His recent book, Special Providence: American Foreign Policy and How It Changed the World (2002) was widely hailed by reviewers, historians and diplomats as an important study that will change the way Americans and others think about American foreign policy. Ed is a former Howe Street broker. During the late '90s, while many Wall Street firms were abandoning commodities all together, Ed toiled for his clients on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He was able to make his clients money even during the most vicious bear market for gold in the past two generations. Ed is now excited to take his skills and knowledge of precious metals and apply them to one of the biggest bull markets history has ever seen. Mr. Taylor is editor of J Taylor's Gold, Energy & Techn Stocks newsletter. A native of Ohio, he has resided in New York since 1973 when he began working there for Barlcay's Bank International. His interest in the role gold has played in U.S. monetary history led him to research gold and into analyzing and investing in junior gold shares.

Bruce Bragagnolo is a securities lawyer with extensive experience in the junior resource sector. Mr. Bragagnolo will be focusing his energies on administration and finance for the Company and with regulatory compliance.

Dustan E. McCoy was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation in December 2005. Previously, he had served as President of the Brunswick Boat Group since 2000. Mr. McCoy joined Brunswick in 1999 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold Inc. Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. McCoy served as Executive Vice President for Witco Corporation, with operating responsibility for a variety of global businesses and functions. During his six years at Witco, Mr. McCoy also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. His previous experience also includes 15 years with Ashland, Inc., where he served as Associate General Counsel with responsibility for the corporate law department and major litigation. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Juris Doctor degree from Chase Law School. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

Mr. Ford has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a director of the Company since its formation in August 1996, and was the Company's Chief Executive Officer until July 2002. Mr. Ford is also a director of Americredit Corp., Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. and McMoRan Exploration Co. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Southern Methodist University (S.M.U.) and as a trustee of Southwestern Medical Foundation. Additionally, he was the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Golden State Bancorp Inc., a holding company whose primary asset was its indirect ownership of California Federal Bank, from September 1998 until it was sold in November 2002. Mr. Ford received his B.A. degree from S.M.U. in 1966 and his J.D. degree from S.M.U. Dedman School of Law in 1969. In 1995, he was named a Distinguished Alumni of S.M.U.

Jay Sujir, Director. Mr. Sujir is the senior partner with Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno, a securities law firm with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Sujir is a director on several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

John (Chuck) Forrest is a Chartered Accountant who commenced his career with Price Waterhouse and has since had over 25 years experience in advising private and public companies in Canada, including 16 years in mining and exploration companies. He is currently a director of TSX-V listed, Majestic Gold Corp. which is exploring and developing gold properties in the People's Republic of China (Majestic Gold Corp is a shareholder in CCG and CCG is a shareholder in Majestic Gold).
