Kenneth P. Regan and James S. Wieland founded GOLDMARK in March, 1981. As a principle owner, Ken is Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and is an active partner with GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN Real Estate Services, Inc. and GOLDMARK Development Corporation. Prior to founding GOLDMARK, Ken began his real estate career in 1979 with Warner and Company, Fargo. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant National Bank Examiner for the OCC Division of the U.S. Treasury. He holds a B.S.B.A degree in Business Management from the University of North Dakota. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). Ken is a member of the Fargo Chamber of Commerce, FM Apartment Association, FM Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

James Echtenkamp joined GOLDMARK in January, 1990 as a partner and principal of the GOLDMARK Minneapolis Regional Office. Following graduation, Jim served as a tax consultant for Touche Ross & Co. From 1983 to 1989 he was an attorney with Arthur, Chapman & McDonough, P.A. in Minneapolis where he became a shareholder in 1988 and a managing partner in 1989. Jim graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1978 with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and from Drake University School of Law in 1981 with a Juris Doctorate. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Private Bank, Minnesota, holds a real estate broker's license in Minnesota and has been licensed to practice law in Iowa and Minnesota.

June has over 25 years of real estate experience providing administrative, marketing and office management services to West Acres Development (the developer, owner and manager of West Acres Regional Mall) and Schlossman Commercial Real Estate prior to the merger with GOLDMARK Commercial. At GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN she continues to provide administrative and marketing services and oversees licensing and insurance. She has her real estate license and is a Notary Public. June is active in a variety of community and volunteer activities including being past local president and state president of the Red River Valley Chapter Business & Professional Women, Women's Leadership Council of the United Way of Cass Clay, NDSU's Expanding Your Horizons, Adopt-A-Pet, March of Dimes and the Big Sister Program. She takes a particular interest in equine activities by volunteering at the North Dakota Horse Park, North Dakota Horse Council, Alpha Equus English Riders and SunDance Riding Therapy.

Brian joined GOLDMARK Property Management in 1998 as a Property Manager and in 2000 was promoted to Area Manager. He currently manages a diverse property portfolio of 900 apartments and approximately 550,000 square feet of commercial property in Fargo and Moorhead . His responsibilities include all facets of property management including tenant and owner relations, tenant retention and capital improvements. Brian has extensive experience in customer service, employee training and management. He obtained his real estate license in 2007 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fargo-Moorhead Apartment Association and was named that organization's Property Manager of the Year in 2003. Brian lives in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota with his wife and 2 children.

Mr. Jake Krieg is a 2nd Degree Black Belt certified by the Kukkiwon in Korea. Mr. Jake started his NWMA training at Courts Plus and Fitness center under Teressa Gilbertson when he was 9. He has always enjoyed sparring and breaking. Jake has qualified for nationals in sparring and forms multiple times, but has never chosen to compete at the national level. He is employed by Goldmark Property Management, goes to school for business and economics at North Dakota State University. Mr Jake is the head instructor for the Kindred gym.

Jerry joined the GOLDMARK Commercial Corporation team in 2001 as an Associate Broker after GOLDMARK Property Management acquired his company Northern Realty Management. Jerry has been involved in property management, investment and brokerage for over 20 years in the Grand Forks, ND market and manages the Grand Forks branch office of GOLDMARK SCHLOSSMAN. Jerry is a native of Grand Forks, a graduate of the University of North Dakota and is very active in the Grand Forks business community. He is Past President of the Grand Forks Apartment Association, a former Director of the North Dakota Apartment Association and has been recognized numerous times by those organizations for a variety of commendations.

Patrick joined GOLDMARK in 1999 while a student at North Dakota State University. He transitioned through several roles to become a Commercial Agent in 2002. Patrick has experience with a variety of office, retail and industrial projects including extensive experience with the development and land sales of Fargo Industrial Park land. He is considered our industrial property expert. He is a native of Warren, Minnesota, a graduate of North Dakota State University and is active in the Fargo Kiwanis Club.
