Kristen O’Hara is an innovative strategic marketer specializing in brand development, consumer insight and marketing integration. She has been at the forefront of the complex and ever-changing consumer/brand/media conversation. O’Hara is SVP, Managing Director of the Time Warner Global Media Group, leading its Marketing, Sales and Insights & Innovation teams since 2004. She was a key architect in reinventing the integrated marketing model by shifting the Group’s emphasis from transactional sales to insight and idea driven solutions that build brands and businesses. A catalyst for creativity and collaboration across the Time Warner enterprise, she has helped key Time Warner advertisers bring innovative solutions to market. Additionally, she has helped existing Time Warner brands create new products and platforms. While serving as Time Inc.’s Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Sales Strategy, O’Hara partnered with American Express Publishing on a ground-breaking database marketing tool that transformed print from a mass reach medium into a highly targeted ROI vehicle. The tool continues to be instrumental in extracting insights for and driving revenue from key categories such as fashion, retail, electronics and automotive. This achievement garnered O’Hara the Time Inc. President’s Award in 2002. In her nearly ten years at Young & Rubicam, O’Hara led integrated teams that shaped brands across a wide-array of categories including Sony Electronics, AT&T, Philip Morris, Dr Pepper, Kentucky Fried Chicken and The Bronx Zoo. Additionally, she helped the agency secure nearly half a billion dollars in new business from new and existing clients. She became a master at finding the intersection between a brand’s DNA and the consumer’s behavior. Her segmentation work on Sony Electronics shifted the marketer’s approach from product centric to consumer centric, enabling the agency to craft communication that connected more emotionally with consumers. O’Hara serves on the Heart Truth Campaign Advisory Board, consults with First Candle, a nonprofit fighting for the prevention of SIDS and is an active volunteer at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and has served on its Board of Admissions. She resides in Bronxville, New York with her husband, child and dog.

Maggie Rubey Lynch is the Corporate Vice President of Time Warner Worldwide Recruitment & Executive Search, an enterprise-wide search practice dedicated to assembling elite leadership teams with the highest caliber of top-tier, diverse talent essential to achieving ongoing business success and future growth. Partnering with senior management and Human Resources teams across the company, Maggie is responsible for identifying and fulfilling Time Warner?s current and future human capital needs while serving as a catalyst for generating significant strategic benefits to the business, including increased internal mobility and workforce diversity. Appointed to her role in October 2002, Maggie assembled a world-class team of executive search professionals and developed and oversaw the implementation of an enterprise-wide recruitment model that has set a new industry standard and best practice for in-house search firms. The Worldwide Recruitment & Executive Search group partners with every Time Warner business unit, providing senior- level search, research/market intelligence, enterprise-wide processes & platforms, and recruitment programs & events while realizing cost savings of over $40 million in lieu of paying outside recruitment agency fees. She has also created a first time corporate revenue stream by conducting senior searches for some of Time Warner?s many joint ventures. In an effort to support Time Warner's objective of increasing diversity within the workforce as well as internal mobility, Maggie created a unique strategy of combining traditional search methodology and strategic sourcing to ensure that top tier, diverse candidate slates, internally and externally, are presented for every assignment. This formula is unmatched in any industry. Maggie also launched an enterprise-wide internal career web site designed to promote employee movement globally. During this time, placement of diverse senior executives increased markedly and internal moves have more than tripled. In 2003, Maggie expanded the team and opened a satellite office in London to recruit for Time Warner businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Recruitment assignments for Latin America and Canada are conducted from her New York office. Expansion into Asia Pacific will be finalized this year. Maggie was previously with Warner Bros. Entertainment in Los Angeles, where she developed the in-house executive recruitment function that served as a model for the enterprise-wide practice she leads today. She and her team at Warner Bros. offered a full array of executive search and research/market intelligence services that eliminated the company?s need for outside search agencies. During her tenure, the recruitment team realized in-house cost savings of $42 million while filling more than 5,000 positions. Word of the group?s expertise spread to other Time Warner units, eventually leading to additional senior-level search engagements with West Coast divisions of Time Warner. Ultimately, Maggie was recruited by Time Warner Corporate to apply a similar, expanded practice across the enterprise. Before joining Warner Bros. in 1998, Maggie was a principal in the Los Angeles-based retained executive search firm of Gary Kaplan & Associates. Specializing in the entertainment industry, she was responsible for new business development and senior level search. Her placements ranged from senior vice president to president/CEO within Los Angeles-based studios and included, among others, Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, Fox, Paramount, and Sony. Maggie began her career as a line executive in the retail industry with Dillard's Department Stores in Texas. She rapidly advanced in the organization, being promoted to buyer and then store manager with a P&L responsibility of $50 million, becoming the youngest store manager in the company history. In 1991, she transitioned into human resources with Robinsons-May Department Stores in California. Drawing from her line experience, she was responsible for recruiting senior executives for the Store and Merchant organization. She was later promoted to Divisional Vice President of Organizational Development, responsible for succession planning within the senior ranks. A native of Texas, Maggie received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southwest Texas State University in 1986. A member of Women in Film, Maggie is also a member of the Executive Search Information Exchange (ESIX) and an active participant in the Alzheimer?s Association and the American Heart Association. As a result of her line experience, Maggie brings a unique mix of practical business experience and judgment to the search business. She has a passion for people and enjoys the ability to run a successful "business within a business." She is committed to ensuring that Time Warner is viewed as an employer of choice. She particularly enjoys her collaborative role with corporate officers and divisional executives across the enterprise and the opportunity to translate their specific business needs into tangible recruiting strategies that she and her team can bring to fruition.
