Steve is a cum laude graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration. His career began as a production foreman for General Motors Corporation. He was then employed by Andersen Consulting and steadily progressed from an entry-level staff position to Manager. His experience included software integration in the areas of defense, retail, process manufacturing, and discrete manufacturing. He then worked for Holnam Inc., the largest manufacturer and distributer of cement and related products in the United States. Mr. Nugent was the manager of Software Application, responsible for all software system maintenance and new software development. In 1995, he joined Graceland as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and through 2002 was directly responsible for oversight of in-house Marketing, Customer Service, Research and Development, and Logistics functions, as well as oversight of domestic and international field sales representatives. During this time, revenues grew from approximately $5 million in 1995 to over $30 million. An export program that went into effect in 1997 resulted in approximately 20 percent of revenues coming from Asia, Western Europe and Canada. In 2003, he was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Steve is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC), and the Northwest Michigan Workforce Development Board. He is very active in the community, volunteering approximately 200 hours annually in youth sporting activities, including serving as Vice President of a local registered 501 (3) youth sports boosters organization.

Troy is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Graceland in 2001, he worked in several financial management capacities for Arthur Andersen and Holnam, Inc. He serves on the board of the Benzie County Economic Development Corporation. Troy is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Troy is very active in the community, volunteering approximately 150 hours annually in youth sporting and music activities, including serving as President of a local registered 501 (3) youth sports boosters organization.

A graduate of Western Michigan University with a major in marketing, Brent brings a variety of sales and marketing talents to Graceland Fruit. His experience includes working for such respected companies as Showtime Networks and Konica Minolta, where he achieved the highest increase in the country for district sales revenue and was recognized as District Sales Manager of the Year. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Graceland, Brent will oversee in-house marketing, customer service, and logistical functions, as well as managing Graceland's vast network of domestic and international brokers.

Ken Fitzhugh received a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University. Ken fills the important role of Procurement Manager for Graceland. In this capacity, Ken is responsible for directing organization-wide purchasing programs and policy development. He leads the department in procuring commodities, materials, equipment and services and manages commodity risk, ensuring that contracts are consistent with corporate objectives. Ken also leads negotiations with top suppliers to secure consistent supply and competitive pricing, managing supplier relationships as well as supervising departmental staff. Ken brings a wealth of procurement, sales and marketing, and managerial experience to this position, and is well acquainted with the food industry, most recently having full responsibility for the food and beverage business unit at Crystal Mountain.
