Take-Two Interactive Software Inc.

Paul Eibeler has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2005 and President and a director of the Company since April 2004. Mr. Eibeler was also President of the Company from July 2000 to June 2003 and a director from December 2000 to February 2003. Prior to that time, Mr. Eibeler was a consultant for Microsoft s Xbox launch team. From July 2003 to October 2003, Mr. Eibeler was President and Chief Operating Officer of Acclaim Entertainment s North America Division, a company engaged in publishing video games and, from 1998 to 1999, Mr. Eibeler served as Acclaim North America s Executive Vice-President and General Manager. Acclaim filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the federal Bankruptcy Code in September 2004. During the seven years prior to 1998, Mr. Eibeler held various executive positions with Impact, Inc., a leading supplier of licensed toys and school supplies. Mr. Eibeler received a B.A. from Loyola College.

Lainie Goldstein was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2007. Prior to that time, she was Senior Vice President of Finance since joining Take-Two in 2003. Goldstein is a CPA with over 15 years of financial and business experience in the software, entertainment, retail and apparel industries, including more than 8 years overseeing the finance function of publicly traded companies. She joined Take-Two in November 2003 after seven years with Nautica Enterprises, where she served as Vice President, Finance and Business Development. Goldstein also held positions in the audit and reorganization departments at Grant Thornton and received her BS in Accounting from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Seth Krauss joined the Company in March 2007 from Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Executive Director in the Legal and Compliance Division. Most recently, Krauss was responsible for coordinating all significant regulatory and law enforcement matters in the U.S. and served as one of the Firm's senior liaisons to its regulators, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). From 1995 until joining Morgan Stanley in 2004, Krauss served as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Investigative Counsel in the New York County District Attorneys' Office. At the DA's Office, Mr. Krauss was responsible for leading complex, long-term investigations into violations of securities, banking, accounting, taxation and related laws and regulations, working closely with the SEC, NASD, as well as federal, state, and international financial regulators and law enforcement agencies. Among other matters, Krauss co-led the Office's investigation of the role of financial institutions in Enron's collapse. Krauss is a graduate of Duke University where, from 1992 until 1995, he served as a Trustee on its Board. Krauss received his law degree from Washington University, School of Law.

Samuel A. Judd has been Senior Vice President of Planning and Administration of the Company since July 2004. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Judd served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at the Simon & Schuster division of Viacom, Inc. Mr. Judd received his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania s Wharton School of Business.

Grover C. Brown, Esq. has been a director of the Company since March 2006. Mr. Brown, a former judge, has been special counsel at the law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. since March 2000. Previously, Mr. Brown was Partner at the law firm of Morris, James, Hitchens & Williams from 1985 to 2000. Mr. Brown served as Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery from 1973 until 1985 and was a Family Court Judge for the State of Delaware prior to that time. While a member of the Court of Chancery, Mr. Brown sat as a member of the Delaware Supreme Court on more than 100 appeals by special designation of the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts in Delaware and the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He received his law degree from The George Washington University and is a member of the American Bar and Delaware Bar Associations.

Michael Dornemann, an entertainment and marketing executive with more than 30 years of corporate development, strategic advisory, advertising and media experience became a Director of Take-Two in March 2007. Previously, Dornemann was an executive board member of Bertelsmann AG for 16 years and CEO of BMG Entertainment. As CEO, Dornemann was responsible for the oversight of BMG's music, television and games operations in 56 countries.

Michael Sheresky, a senior vice president in the Motion Picture Department at the William Morris Agency became a Director of Take-Two in March 2007. Mr. Sheresky focuses on representing major clients and developing business opportunities across the broad spectrum of the entertainment industry.
