For over 75 years his forefathers have sold and serviced automobiles in central Illinois. Todd's automotive career started in his family's old downtown location in which he worked in every department of Grant Automotive. In 1987 he earned a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University majoring in business. After graduating from SIU, he worked at Buick Motor Division as a field manager both in Michigan and California. He returned to his hometown of Taylorville in 1997 with his wife and two boys to join his father. Their vision was to build a new General Motors flagship state-of-the art facility that would offer both customers and employees a state of the art experience. Terry Grant started in the automotive business in 1961 as a salesman and is the 3rd generation to sell cars & trucks in Taylorville, Illinois. Through the years he has been involved in 3 Ford, 1 Chrysler, and 1 GM Franchises. He has a strong commitment to the community, serving on different charity, church, county and state government boards. His belief in "You have to contribute back to the community" is evidenced by this committment.
