Deborah R. Frank, 48, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to the Altivity Transaction, she served as Vice President and Controller of Graphic Packaging Corporation since April 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Frank held various positions of increasing responsibility in the finance, accounting, audit, international and corporate areas at Kimberly Clark Corporation, most recently serving as Assistant Controller.

Kevin J. Kwilinski, 40, is Senior Vice President, Supply Chain of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. From March 10, 2008 until March 4, 2009, Mr. Kwilinski was Vice President, Supply Chain for Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to the Altivity Transaction, Mr. Kwilinski served in the following positions with Graphic Packaging Corporation -- Vice President, Supply Chain beginning in August 2006; Director, Shared Services from August 2004 to July 2006; Director, Sales & Manufacturing from February 2004 to July 2004 and Plant Manager of the Golden, Colorado facility from December 2001 until January 2004. Previously, Mr. Kwilinski served as a Senior Strategy Consultant with i2 Technologies, Inc. and held various management positions with other paperboard packaging companies.

Wayne E. Juby, 58, has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Graphic Packaging Corporation and Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since April 2001. Mr. Juby joined the Company in November 2000 and was Director, Corporate Training, until April 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Juby was Vice President, Human Resources, of National Gypsum Company, from 1994 until 1996.

John C. Best, 49, has served as Vice President, Business Development of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to the Altivity Transaction, he had served as Vice President, Business Development of Graphic Packaging Corporation since January 2006, with responsibility for Marketing, Research and Development and the successful sale of value-added products into the marketplace. Previously, he had served as Vice President of Sales for Graphic Packaging Corporation from August 1999 to December 2005. Mr. Best joined Graphic Packaging Corporation in 1994 as the Business Unit Manager for the Folding Carton division.

Mr. Beckett is chairman of the R.W. Beckett Corporation, a manufacturing business in Ohio, and a director of the Graphic Packaging Corporation, a NYSE-listed manufacturing company headquartered in Marietta, Ga. He is also a board member of The King's College in New York City and the author of two books. Mr. Beckett is married to Wendy Beckett.

Pat and Jimmy Cranford are the parents of Kitty and Josh. Josh is 29 years old and lives independently in the community. He has cerebral palsy. Pat was involved with the Developmental Disabilities Council when Families Helping Families was established and have supported the organization since its beginning. as a family, they feel strongly that parents need that "connection" that only another parent can give. That is why she is involved with Families Helping Families. Pat has been employed by Graphic Packaging (Riverwood International) for the past 35 years. She has also been very involved in the community through the following activities: former Ouachita Parish Special Education Advisory Council, former Blind/Deaf State Advisory Council, former Developmental Disabilities Council Vice-Chair and Chair, LaCAN member, State Families Helping Families Board, ARCO Board of Directors President, Vice President and current Secretary, teach a First Grade Sunday School Class at Cedar Crest Baptist Church and serve on the Ladies Ministry Team. She and Jimmy especially enjoy entertaining their grandchildren, Noah, Anna Beth, and Emily.

G. Andrea Botta , 53, has been a member of the Company s Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company s subsidiary Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since 1996. Mr. Botta is the President of Glenco LLC, a private investment company. From 1999 to February 2006, Mr. Botta served as a managing director of Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was president of EXOR America, Inc. (formerly IFINT-USA, Inc.) from 1993 until September 1999 and for more than five years prior thereto, Vice President of Acquisitions of IFINT-USA, Inc.
