Larry T. Miles joined the Company in 1988 as a tax accountant, and since that time has held several positions in the finance and accounting areas. He has served as Vice President of Finance since March 2001. He was elected Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in April 2004. Before joining Intergraph, Mr. Miles worked in public accounting for six years. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Larry J. Laster joined the Company in 1981 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 1987 through February 1998, at which time he resigned from the Company to serve as Chief Operating Officer of a privately owned company specializing in the development, sale, and support of business systems for the petroleum distribution and convenience store industries. He rejoined the Company in June 1998 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPS.

Array

Mr. Dickson has led processor design teams for many years while with Fujitsu Microelectronics, Intergraph Corporation and Cray Laboratories among other companies. Like Sachs, he has developed strong experience in solving reuse and ASIC design challenges. Dickson has almost 30 years experience designing mainframes, microprocessors and DSP architectures. He has significant experience developing issue and pipeline control logic, integer and floating point function unit designs, and other designs. He holds a BSE from San Diego State University.

Mrs. Nolen is a graduate of Purdue University (BS) and Ball State University (Masters in Urban and Regional Planning). She is currently responsible for management of the international distribution channel for Intergraph Mapping and Geospatial Solutions, a division of Intergraph Corporation, Huntsville , AL . In this role, Ms. Nolen is responsible for the marketing, sales and technical support of Intergraph product into Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia , Korea , India , the Middle East, Turkey , Israel and Ireland .

Mr. Twomey was president of The St. Joe Company from 1999 until his retirement in 2006. He is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of PartnerRe (NYSE: PRE), an international reinsurance company. He is a director of Prime Property Fund LLC, a privately held company organized as a REIT and managed on behalf of investors by Morgan Stanley. He previously served as a director of Doral Financial Corporation (NYSE: DRL) from 2007 2009, of Novelis from 2006 2007, and of Intergraph Corporation from 2004 2006. Prior to joining The St. Joe Company, Mr. Twomey was vice chairman of the board of directors and chief financial officer of H.F. Ahmanson & Company and its principal subsidiary, Home Savings of America. Prior to joining Ahmanson in 1993, he was chief financial officer at First Gibraltar Bank, a company owned by MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings. He serves on the board of trustees of the University of North Florida and is the chairman of the board trustees of the United Way of Northeast Florida. He holds master s degrees from Duke University and The George Washington University and a bachelor s degree from the University of Virginia.

Michael Bills is the founder and President of Bluestem Asset Management, LLC which is the general partner to Bluestem Partners, LP, a fund of hedge funds. Before founding Bluestem, Michael served as Chief Investment Officer for the University of Virginia from June 2001 until January 2003. He formerly served as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Tiger Management, LLC. Previously, he was a Vice President of Equity Trading and Arbitrage Division at Goldman, Sachs & Company. Michael also serves on the board of The Nature Conservancy and the advisory board of Lone Pine Capital. Mr. Bills received his B.A. at the University of Virginia in 1978 where he was an Echols Scholar, graduating with distinction in three years. In 1981, Mr. Bills received his M.B.A. at Columbia University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Bills is an instrument, multi-engine, commercially rated pilot and resides in Albemarle County.
