Mr. Yaakov Elkon joined Graphnet in 1989. Through his vision and leadership, he has provided a strong foundation for Graphnet to become a global leader in the messaging industry. Graphnet specializes in a full range of value-added messaging and auxiliary services for the enhancement of information distribution through proprietary, public and private networks. Prior to joining Graphnet, Mr. Elkon was a senior architect with International Business Machines (IBM) and the Vice President of Messaging with the Sprint Corporation. Mr. Elkon received a BSc degree in Aeronautics and ScD degree in Computer Science, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Idan Elkon joined Graphnet in 1993 and has held various positions including, Marketing Analyst, International Business Liaison, Director of Carrier Relations/Business Development and Vice President of Carrier Relations/Business Development. Mr. Elkon has been instrumental in developing and managing Graphnet's global pricing, telecom purchasing, routing, network provision and carrier settlement & reconciliation departments. In 1997, Mr. Elkon directed Graphnet's venture into the telephony business in Europe and the United States. Mr. Elkon received his BA degree in Economics and International Relations from Wesleyan University.

Mr. Conte is responsible for the finance/treasury department of Graphnet. Mr. Conte joined Graphnet in 1989 and has held various positions, including Graphnet's representative to the International Telecommunication Union, Intelsat and the Federal Communications Commission. He was Vice President of Technology Sales and Channel Sales until 1999. Prior to joining Graphnet, Mr. Conte was employed with the ITT World Communications as Vice President of Revenue Accounting and Settlements. Mr. Conte has a B.Sc. degree from Holy Cross College and an M.B.A. from Farleigh Dickinson University.
