Il Young Ryu was elected as an Executive Director at our shareholders’ meeting in September 2005 and served as our Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, Representative Director and Chief Executive Director from September 2005 to June 2008. In 2004, he founded CJ Internet Japan and served as its Chief Executive Officer. In 2003, Mr. Ryu held the “Online Game Fantasy Star” event with the Softbank group. In 2002, Mr. Ryu formed an alliance between Techno Blood Inc. and Dasan Venture and managed Techno Blood & Dasan, the first Korea-Japan IT Fund. In 2001, he organized a Korea/Japan Bridging Business for Cultural Exchange between Korea and Japan. In 1999, Mr. Ryu founded Techno Blood Inc.

Seung Taik Baik was elected as an Executive Director at our shareholders’ meeting in March 2006, served as our Chief Operating Officer from August 2006 to June 2008 and has served as a Director since December 2005. Mr. Baik has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of NEOCYON, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Baik served as the local representative for Northeast Asia of Entrepreneurs Organization in 2004, and has served as the President of the Korea branch of Entrepreneurs Organization since 2005.

Julie joined the CounterPULSE staff in July of 2008 as the Front of House Coordinator. She comes to CounterPULSE after having spent the last decade earning her B.A in psychology from Macalester College in Minnesota, traveling and studying art history in Europe, living and working as a visual artist in Mexico, and finally plunging into San Francisco in 2007. She currently studies dance with Sara Shelton Mann and serves as Company Manager for Jess Curtis/Gravity.

Deepak leads Gravity's Information Integration (EP and MDM) Service Line. Deepak joined Gravity in its formative years and has been a strength behind various initiatives. Deepak spent four years at Tata Consultancy Services before joining Gravity. Deepak holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Deepak has been critical part of several projects for some of the most reputed companies across United States, India, United Kingdom and South America including P&0 Nedlloyd, Xerox, The Industrial Company (TIC), Sat Corporation and Kraft Foods.

Helen has over 25 years of fitness experience, is a respected international presenter, owner of Heavens Fitness Club, HI Fitness Management and Fusion Fitness Training in Calgary. She has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to the fitness industry receiving the 2005 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, 2006 and1996 CanFitPro Presenter of the Year, 1996 IDEA Program Director of the Year, 2001 Women of Vision award, and the recipient of the 2001 Mall Peepre National Fitness Leadership Memorial award. Helen brings a wealth of experience to her presentations as a business owner, instructor trainer, writer, video producer and elite athlete as a past World Champion synchronized swimmer. She is an honoured member of the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame and International Aquatic Hall of Fame. Helen is developer of the Fusion Fitness Training mind/body certification and a master trainer for the Nautilus Health and Fitness Group, Schwinn Cycling, Gravity, efi Sportsmedicine and BOSU and fitness columnist for numerous magazines and newspaper including the Fitness, Self, Chatelaine, Flare and The Calgary Herald.

LEON ROOKE is the author of seven novels including The Fall of Gravity, which was chosen by The Globe and Mail as one of 2000's top books. His 1981 novel Shakespeare's Dog won the Governor General's Award and his novel A Good Baby was made into a feature film. Other major awards include the W.O. Mitchell Prize, the Canada-Australia Literary Prize, and the CBC Fiction Prize. He has published over 300 short stories, as well as poetry and plays, and is the founder of the Eden Mills Writers' Festival. He was recently appointed a member ot the Order of Canada. A native of North Carolina who has lived in Canada for many years, Leon Rooke makes his home in Toronto and Mexico with his wife Constance.

Michael Tonetti has accumulated over forty thousand hours of hands-on bodywork time in the past thirty three years. He has extensive experience working with professional triathletes, bicycle racers, long distance runners, pro footbag players and a variety of other competitive athletes. He is just starting his fifth season working with the Chico Rooks professional soccer team. He also has been doing rehabilitation work for the past twenty years with people suffering from whiplash, strokes, traumatic brain damage, shoulder, back, hip, knee, and foot injuries, chronic headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, flexion contractures after coma, and repetitive strain injuries with referrals from Physiatrists, Physicians, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, and Neurosurgeons. When Michael ran a body awareness program for 500 workers in a manufacturing facility two days a week for two and a half years, his duties included: safety assessment, work station design, teaching body mechanics classes, and massage therapy. In the 90's Michael was California certified to teach post-secondary school anatomy, kinesiology, and massage. He has taken numerous groups through 100+ hour courses in structural integration/deep tissue massage. In the late 90's he also received AFAA certification as a personal trainer/fitness counselor. Since 99 he has been working on a book, MAKING PEACE WITH GRAVITY, about movement efficiency and joint preservation. Michael began his study of bodywork in 1970 with yoga and within months he was studying and practicing massage as well. He has continued to practice yoga, but not to the degree that he has practiced massage. He has a volume of information about how one's yoga practice can be refined for safety and effectiveness. After ten years of extensive massage practice as a hobby, he decided to make a career of it. With that choice, Michael increased his study in earnest. He has been exposed to and influenced by the structural integration work of Ida Rolf, the Alexander technique, Trager rocking, Feldenkrais awareness through movement, myopathic muscular therapy (19th century osteopathic techniques), myofascial release, Swedish massage, symmetrical movement, Reiki, tai chi, bioenergetics, assisted stretching, pumping mobilization, cross fiber friction, exercise training/fitness counseling, and Applied Kinesiology. In addition to his love of bodywork, his lifelong participation in athletics and music has continually inspired him to study and learn about the human body. The recurring theme of better performance through better form, which he learned from coaches in swimming, baseball, football, basketball, running, archery, as well as from teachers in singing, bass guitar, and drumming has influenced Michael's work from early on. He has done extensive form work with bicycling, running, hiking, weight and resistance training as well as with basic movement. His ideas on exercise and movement form were developed through years of careful study, observation, experimentation, and success with thousands of clients, as well as with his own body. His distinct contributions to the field are his many joint stabilizing exercises and his development of whole body exercises for repatterning movement. He continues to study, write, ride bicycles, dance, kick a footbag (a.k.a. hacky sack), practice decompressing movement, and massage. Personal experience as an athlete, dancer, musician, and dedicated bodyworker has given Michael a vantage point that can benefit virtually everyone.

Sachin spearheads Gravity's Enterprise Application Integration and Process Integration Service Line. His service line covers SAP XI/PI and integration through other key technologies. Sachin played high impact role at Cap Gemini's NetWeaver practice and worked there for 3 years before joining Gravity. He has played one impact role after another on some most complex projects across India, United Kingdom and United Sates for customers such as Marks & Spencer, Fuel Quest, Chorus, Visteon and Thomson.

Jungil Lee was elected as an Independent Director at our shareholders’ meeting in March 2006 and has served as a member of the audit committee since March 2006. Mr. Lee is currently the managing attorney of Daesung International Law Office. Mr. Lee is a member of both the Korean and New York bar associations. Mr. Lee is a member of the committee to review the Citizens’ Request for Audit based on Article 40 of Anti-Corruption Act at the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea since February 2006. Mr. Lee was an outside director of Pyeong Hwa Automotive Co., Ltd. from March 2002 to March 2005.
