Keith Hansen and his dedicated team of designers, project managers, and materials managers deliver a wide range of solutions including project definition and technology options, product design and development, fast prototyping, product testing and product qualification. Keith works closely with OEMs to ensure that their projects, regardless of scope, meet delivery deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Dave Cornyn has been with Grayhill's OEM Solutions team for three years, first as a Target Account Manager and currently as a Project Manager. Dave has 23 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Design Engineering in the electronics industry. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Jim's goal when starting Gray Hill Solutions with William Rowden was to build a company that was designed to solve tough problems with a great deal of flexibility and personal warmth. Jim believes that communication is vital for the creation of good software and good business solutions. His background in technology, urban planning, psychology and business management leads him to understand the environment in which needs arise, as well as the needs themselves. In order to solve a problem you must fully understand its context. With nearly 20 years of experience in providing solutions to complex institutional problems, Jim brings considerable technology brainstorming and problem-solving skills to Gray Hill. He has created technology master plans and applications for several major US states and cities. Jim is also responsible for Gray Hill's business development and partnering efforts and loves to examine new possibilities. Outside the office, Jim likes to travel, eat (very) well, create music and read. Just prior to starting Gray Hill, Jim also started another partnership with his wife, Vivian Lam.

Steve M. Barnett joined our board of directors in April 2005 and became our non-executive Vice Chairman of Operations in May 2006. He is an investor in, as well as an advisor to senior management of, marketing, manufacturing and distribution companies on improving operations. For more than two decades, Mr. Barnett has been President and Chairman of CDC, Inc. whose principal activity is the acquisition and management of small- to mid-sized manufacturing and distribution companies. Since April 2000, Mr. Barnett has served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of UCN, Inc., a technology-based telephone company specializing in automated call distribution and call-center management, including a wide range of long distance, data transmission and related communication services. In addition, since October 2004, Mr. Barnett has served as a Director of Medis Technologies Ltd., a company specializing in advanced technology regarding unique fuel cell power packs for portable electronic devices. Mr. Barnett has also served as an advisor to senior management of Grayhill, Inc., a manufacturer of electrical systems, since May 1993, and Joseph A. Freed & Associates, a national real estate development company, since June 1998. He has been a Director of Bank Leumi USA since October 2001. He has also served as Vice-Chairman of the Board and Director of Chicago's Jewish Federation since 1997 and as a member of the Board of Governors for the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College since 2003. Mr. Barnett received a J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from Carleton College.
