Great Basin Bank of Nevada

Dallas E. Haun is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevada State Bank, and Executive Vice President of NSB's parent company, Zions Bancorporation. Taking the reins on September 3, 2007, Mr. Haun brings nearly 30 years of strong commercial banking expertise and substantial managerial experience to his leadership position with Nevada State Bank. Mr. Haun most recently served as executive vice president for California Commercial and Private Banking Services at City National Bank in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the bank's executive committee. In that position, Mr. Haun oversaw 12 regional commercial and private banking centers as well as business development officers in a geographical area ranging from San Diego to the Bay Area. Mr. Haun began his career with Detroit Bank and Trust in Michigan, but soon came west and spent 20 years with Harbor Bank of Long Beach. He served as president and chief operation officer of Harbor Bank until that bank's sale to City National in 1998.

Erich Bollinger, Executive Vice President/Chief Corporate Banking Officer, is responsible for all aspects of commercial banking. His 24 years of banking experience includes a 15-year career with City National Bank including a leadership role in Orange County. Most recently, he was with Bank of America in Southern California, where he focused on middle market, corporate and investment banking.

Sanford Sadler serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Nevada State Bank, overseeing all aspects of credit administration, including loan approval, loan servicing, construction disbursement and appraisals. Sadler brings to this position more than 25 years of Nevada banking experience and nearly 40 years of total experience in the financial services field.

Terry Shirey serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. A licensed certified public accountant, he has more than 10 years of experience in managing accounting and financial records. Before joining the banking industry, he was an audit manager for an accounting firm that audited financial institutions, including multi-bank holding companies.

Bruce Hillier is Executive Vice President of Administrative Services, which includes Accounting/Finance, Business Intelligence, Consumer and Small Business Lending, Human Resources, Marketing, Property Management, Purchasing & Facilities, Retail Banking Administration, and Training. He also serves as a liaison with Zions Management Services in the areas of security and IT services. Hillier's banking background encompasses more than 30 years.

Craig Kirkland, Executive Vice President/Retail Banking Officer, heads up the bank's retail branch system. His 20 years of experience in banking includes positions as branch manager, regional manager, and division manager in California banks. A native Nevadan who grew up in Las Vegas, he recently returned to Southern Nevada to accept his current position.

Kevin Sullivan, Executive Vice President/Northern Corporate Administrator, plays a key role in leading the bank's efforts in northern and rural Nevada. With more than 20 years of banking experience, he previously served as corporate lending manager for northern Nevada, overseeing all commercial loan activity. He serves on the Renown Health Community Board and The Children?s Cabinet board.

Rudiger Merz serves as Executive Vice President, Marketing. An expert in Enterprise Marketing Management and Customer Relationship Management, he spent several years as a consultant, advising clients how to build profitable customer relationships and improve marketing operations. His background in organizational change, as well as advertising and marketing, will help the Marketing Department support the bank's strategic initiatives.

Russell Price, Executive Vice President, heads The Private Bank, which offers personalized financial services to high net worth clients. He has more than 10 years of experience in investment management. He serves on the board for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and is a founding member of the Southern Nevada Society of Financial Analysts.

Bob Walter serves as Executive Vice President and Risk Manager. With a total of 32 years of banking experience, he has been involved in banking and lending in Nevada since 1985. Walter has managed real estate lending divisions, credit departments and loan committees for several Nevada banks, and has additional experience as a real estate appraiser.

Jeff Jenkins is Executive Vice President/Statewide Real Estate Lending Manager. With more than 28 years of real estate banking management experience, he heads all real estate interests for the bank throughout Nevada. He most recently led a team in managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of real estate assets for a major California bank.

David Ezra, broker and owner or Ezra International Realty, is a native southern Nevadan and was chosen for the prestigious In Business Las Vegas Who's Who in Southern Nevada Real Estate 2006. Prior to opening his own brokerage, Ezra served as CEO and President/High Rise Division for Prudential Americana, CEO and President of Vegas.com, LA.com and Hawaii.com.

A native of southern Nevada, Gary Stewart was involved in the construction and concrete industry for 25 years before founding Central Grading Company, where he served as president and owner. Mr. Stewart spent five years on the Nevada State Public Works Board, and he has served on the NSB board for more than 30 years.

Harris H. Simmons is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Zions Bancorporation; chairman of Zions First National Bank; and a director of Questar Corporation and O.C. Tanner Co. Mr. Simmons has served in a variety of positions with Zions First National Bank and Zions Bancorporation in more than 30 years with the organization. He is a past president of the American Bankers Association.

Dr. Hugh Bassewitz has been an orthopaedic spine surgeon at Desert Orthopaedic Center in Las Vegas since 2000. An instructor at two local universities, he has authored numerous publications and spoken at national medical conferences. Dr. Bassewitz serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas/United Jewish Community since 2004 and will co-chair the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the United Jewish Community, beginning in June 2008.

John J. Gisi is Chairman of National Bank of Arizona, a 23 year-old, statewide business bank with approximately $5.5 billion in assets. As the bank's original CEO, he has managed the bank from its inception in 1984 to its current position as Arizona's fourth-largest bank, with 75 locations in 53 communities statewide. Mr. Gisi serves on the Board of Directors for National Bank of Arizona and Vectra Bank Colorado, another subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation.

John Larsen is chairman of the board and president of Port of Subs, Inc. Trained as an accountant, he purchased a small sandwich company in 1976 and developed it into a successful franchisor with more than 140 shops in six Western states. Mr. Larsen was selected to head the state delegation to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995 and held the position of Nevada State Retail Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers for a number of years.

Ross Eardley is a 1975 graduate of Brigham Young University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In June 1975, he began his public accounting career with the national accounting firm, Alexander Grant & Company (now Grant Thornton). Ross was one of the founders when McMullen, McPhee & Company was formed in September 1982. He has more than 31 years of experience serving a variety of clients in numerous industries -- providing them with audit as well as tax and consulting services. Ross is a member of the AICPA, NSCPA and the Elko Sunrise Rotary Club. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Great Basin Bank of Nevada.
