Mr. Rogerson, 52, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Chemtura Corporation, a position he has held since December 2008. Chemtura, located in Middlebury, Connecticut, is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, crop protection and pool, spa and home care products. Mr. Rogerson served as president, chief executive officer and director of Hercules Incorporated until its acquisition by Ashland, Incorporated in November 2008, a position he held since December 2003. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, Hercules is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals and related services for a broad range of business, consumer and industrial applications. Mr. Rogerson joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions before leaving the company to serve as president and chief executive officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation in 1997. In May 2000, Mr. Rogerson rejoined Hercules and was named president of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Mr. Rogerson held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement and chief operating officer. Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of the American Chemistry Council, First State Innovation and the Society of Chemical Industry. He holds a chemical engineering degree from Michigan State University. Kevin will join Great Lakes in January 2005 as executive vice president, specialty products and president/CEO of the Great Lakes BioLab Inc. subsidiary. Prior to Great Lakes, Kevin was president of Playtex Products Inc.'s consumer products division since 2000. A veteran of the consumer products industry, he has managed a variety of highly respected and well-known brands in household cleaning, personal care, food products, laundry/personal care, and pharmaceuticals. From 1995 to 1999, Kevin held numerous positions at Reckitt & Colman, Inc. where his most recent role was senior vice president and general manager of the household products division for North America. From 1998 to 1994, Kevin held vice president and general manager positions at Eastman Kodak Company. Kevin spent seven years at L&F Products Inc., two years at Nabisco Brands, and four years at Borden, Inc. primarily in product management roles.
David Dickey is executive vice president and group president Performance Products for Chemtura Corporation. He is responsible for Chemtura's Consumer Products, Petroleum Additives, Urethanes and Antioxidant/Ultraviolet businesses, as well as Global Logistics and Customer Care. He previously served as chief functional and services officer for Chemtura, responsible for all non-Finance functions, including logistics and customer care, strategic manufacturing, human resources, legal and procurement. Mr. Dickey joined Chemtura in March 2006 after spending several years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC). His last position at UTC was serving as general manager for Carrier, UTC's global air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration division, at Carrier's East Texas operations, where he had responsibility for the production, supply chain, logistics, engineering, quality assurance and continuous improvement functions. Mr. Dickey's other positions included serving as product director for UTC's Pratt & Whitney division in East Hartford, Connecticut; and as director, Supply Chain Management, business unit manager and financial controller/Human Resources associate at Pratt & Whitney's North Haven, Connecticut facility. He also served as general manager for Solectron Washington Inc. in Washington state. Mr. Dickey has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in management from Purdue University. He also completed the UTC executive and senior executive management programs at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.

Jeffrey Potrzebowski was named acting chief financial officer in November 2004. Previous to this role, Jeff was vice president of investor relations and financial analysis. He joined the company in June of 1993 as director of internal audit. In September 1996, he assumed the role of director of investor relations and was promoted to vice president in 2002. Larry was named chief strategy officer in December 2004. He was previously executive vice president, specialty products, a position he had held since September 1999. He joined the Great Lakes BioLab, Inc. subsidiary in 1970 and was named president and chief operating officer in 1987. Over the years he held various positions of increasing responsibility in the fields of engineering, business development, sales and marketing, and operations management. In May of 1994, Larry gained the additional responsibility of directing the Great Lakes Water Treatment business unit, which services both recreational and industrial markets. He was named executive vice president of specialty products in February 2003 with added responsibility for Great Lakes' specialty household cleaning business. Larry was graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in chemical engineering.

Stephen Forsyth, 53, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial functions and Information Technology. Mr. Forsyth joined Chemtura in May 2007 from Hexcel Corporation, where he served as executive vice president and CFO. During his 26 years at Hexcel, Mr. Forsyth served as vice president of international operations, responsible for one-third of Hexcel's business, and had general management responsibilities for the company's global specialty resins and European chemicals businesses.
Zoe joined Great Lakes in February 2001 as senior vice president and chief information officer. Prior to Great Lakes, she was vice president, information technology at Ingersoll-Rand Company's IR Security and Safety sector. From 1991 to 1999, Zoe worked at Blount International, Inc., a diversified international manufacturer of outdoor products, industrial and power equipment, and sporting equipment where she was vice president, information systems. From 1991 to 1997, Zoe held several positions at Blount's Outdoor Products Group including director of information systems, manager of division information systems, and manager of systems development. Prior to that, Zoe held positions in consulting and systems development. Zoe earned a B.A. in Psychology from University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from University of Oregon in 1995.
Angelo Brisimitzakis has led Compass Minerals as president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors since 2006.
Prior to joining Compass Minerals, Dr. Brisimitzakis was executive vice president and general manager of Great Lakes Chemical Corporation's flame retardants and performance products segment.

Martin M. Hale, 64, has served as a director of Great Lakes since February 1979. Mr. Hale served as non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Great Lakes from 1995 until May 2000. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the executive vice president of Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc., a registered investment advisor specializing in asset management, a position he also held from 1983 until December 31, 1999. Prior to 1983, Mr. Hale was president and chief executive officer of Marsh & McClennan Asset Management Company. He currently serves as a director of Octel Corp. and previously served as a director of OSCA, Inc. Mr. Hale is a trustee of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Maurizio is executive vice president for polymer stabilizers. In addition, he is Director of Asia Stabilizers, a joint venture with Miwon Commercial Co. Ltd., and Chairman of Gulf Stabilizers Industries, a joint venture with the Al Zamil group of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to his current role, Maurizio was vice president of business management and marketing for polymer stabilizers. He joined Great Lakes in 1994 where he directed business development for the polymer stabilizers business. From 1985 to 1994, Maurizio handled strategic planning for Enichem Synthesis SpA after serving in product management at SOL Industries. Maurizio holds a degree in chemical engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and his M.B.A. from Bocconi University of Milano.
Myles S. Odaniell, 46, has served as Executive Vice President of Crompton specialty chemicals business since June 2004. Prior to that time he served as Executive Vice President Plastics and Petroleum Additives. Before joining Crompton in June 2003, Mr. Odaniell worked for more than 20 years at Cytec Industries Inc. /American Cyanamid Company, where he served most recently as president of coating and performance chemicals and president of Cytec Latin America. Mr. Odaniell also served on the board of directors of Cyro Industries, a joint venture company with Degussa Huls. In addition, Mr. Odaniell spent two years in The Netherlands as vice president and general manager of Surfactants & Specialty Monomers. Mr. Odaniell received a B.S. in chemistry and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

Robert Wedinger, Ph.D., is executive vice president, Strategic Initiatives, for Chemtura Corporation. He previously was Chemtura's chief business officer, responsible for Chemtura's commercial organization and businesses operations. Dr. Wedinger joined Chemtura in 2006 as vice president and general manager of Process Chemicals and Polymers and was instrumental in divesting the company's EPDM business in mid-2007. Dr. Wedinger came to Chemtura from J.M. Huber Corporation where he served most recently as vice president and general manager of Performance Materials and prior to that, as vice president and general manager of Consumer Products. His other previous positions include service as vice president and general manager of pharmaceutical fine chemicals for Honeywell International (AlliedSignal) in New Jersey; global technical director for the food ingredients division of FMC Corporation in Pennsylvania; and several positions in FMC Corporation's lithium division in North Carolina. Dr. Wedinger earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and biology from Wagner College and a Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was a post-doctoral research fellow in synthetic organic chemistry at Harvard University. He holds 10 U.S. patents and has three patents pending.

Billie Flaherty is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Chemtura Corporation. Previously, she was Chemtura's associate general counsel for litigation, environmental, health, safety and security, and regulatory affairs. Ms. Flaherty came to Chemtura in October 2005, having served as vice president, environmental, health and safety for Pitney Bowes Inc. and, prior to that, for GenTek Inc. At Pitney Bowes, she was responsible for creating, attaining and maintaining a world-class environmental, health and safety program. She oversaw GenTek's regulatory affairs, environmental services and occupational health and safety, including industrial hygiene, workers compensation, and property protection. Before that she served as in-house counsel for various organizations and was involved with environmental, health and safety, corporate compliance, product liability, insurance and commercial litigation, and antitrust. Ms. Flaherty earned a Bachelor of Arts at Bethany College in West Virginia and a Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is Responsible Care coordinator with the American Chemistry Council and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Chemical Industry Council of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as well as with the State of Connecticut as Authorized House Counsel.

Raymond E. Dr. Lechleiter, 49, is executive vice president, pharmaceutical products and corporate development at Eli Lilly and Company. Since joining Eli Lilly in 1979, Dr. Lechleiter has held various positions of increasing responsibility including director, pharmaceutical product development in the United Kingdom; executive director, pharmaceutical product development for Lilly Research Laboratories; vice president, development and regulatory affairs; and senior vice president, pharmaceutical products. Dr. Lechleiter is a member of the American Chemical Society. He also serves on the Science and Regulatory Section Executive Committee of PhRMA, the pharmaceutical industry trade association. He serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School. Dr. Lechleiter also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children's Museum of Indianapolis and as the chair of the Board of Corporate Advisors of the American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Hale, 62, served as nonexecutive chairman of the Board from 1995 until May 2000. From 2000to 2002, he served as the executive vice president of Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc., a registered investment advisor specializing in asset management, a position he also held from 1983 until December 31, 1999. Prior to 1983, Mr. Hale was president and chief executive officer of Marsh & McClennan Asset Management Company. He currently serves as a director of OSCA, Inc. and as a trustee of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Mr. Hale serves on the Great Lakes Audit and Finance Committee.
Mr. Fulton, 69, retired in 1998 as president and chief executive officer of Landauer, Inc., a provider of radiation monitoring services. Prior to joining Landauer in 1978, his career included various management positions at Union Carbide Corporation, BASF Corporation, and ICN Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Fulton serves on the boards of the Advocate South Suburban Hospital and the Bethel Community Facility. He also serves as a life trustee on the board of the Chicago Theological Seminary. Mr. Fulton is chairman of Great Lakes Governance and Nominating Committee and serves on the Compensation and Incentive Committee.
