Great Wolf Resorts Inc.

Mr. Churchey is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Great Wolf Resorts (Nasdaq: WOLF). Previously he was, from 1999 until its sale in 2003, the Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of RFS Hotel Investors (NYSE:RFS), an owner and manager of 58 hotels. Mr. Churchey currently serves as Director of Innkeepers USA Trust (NYSE:KPA) and Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR). He was the CEO of Golden Gate National Senior Care, the successor entity to Beverly Enterprises. Prior to joining RFS (1997-1999), Mr. Churchey was Senior Vice President and CFO of FelCor Lodging Trust, a publicly traded hotel REIT with a total market capitalization (at the time) of over $3 billion. In that capacity, he was responsible for FelCor's capital market activities and the supervision of all financial, treasury, investor relations and reporting functions. For approximately 15 years prior to joining FelCor, Mr. Churchey held various positions in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, including Chairman of the firm's Hospitality and Real Estate practice for the Southwestern United States. Mr. Churchey holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and is a C.P.A.

Mr. Calder has served as our Chief Financial Officer since we commenced operations in May 2004. From September 1997 to April 2004, Mr. Calder served in a number of management positions with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a public company, and its predecessor company, serving most recently as chief financial officer. Additionally, from October 2001 to November 2002, Mr. Calder served as chief accounting officer of MeriStar Hospitality Corporation, a public company. From May 1995 to September 1997, Mr. Calder served as senior vice president and corporate controller of ICF Kaiser International, Inc., a public consulting and engineering company. Prior to that time, from 1984 to May 1995, Mr. Calder worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP in various capacities, serving most recently as senior manager for the real estate industry. Mr. Calder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Calder is a certified public accountant and is president and treasurer of the Thomas W. Hetrick Memorial Scholarship Fund, a private, non-profit organization.

Mr. Churchey was our Interim Chief Executive Office from May 2008 until December 2008. Mr. Churchey is Co-chairman of the board of MCR Development, LLC, a private hotel construction and management company. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Gate National Senior Care (the successor to Beverly Enterprises), from March 2006 to September 2007. Mr. Churchey served as President and Chief Operating Office of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., a NYSE-listed hotel real estate investment trust, from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Churchey served as a director of RFS from 2000 through 2003. From 1997 to 1999, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FelCor Lodging Trust, Inc., a NYSE-listed hotel real estate investment trust. For nearly 15 years prior to joining FelCor, Mr. Churchey held various positions in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Mr. Churchey currently serves as one of our independent directors. Mr. Churchey has been a director of our company since 2004.

Mr. Vittoria, who has served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2006, is not a party to an employment agreement with the Company. He receives no compensation and does not participate in any of the Company s insurance plans.
