Thomas J. Mazza holds the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Greatbatch, Mazza served Foster Wheeler, Ltd. as Vice President and Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President-Financial Systems and Vice President-Financial Planning and Analysis.

As Senior Vice President for Cardiac & Neurology, Mauricio Arellano is responsible for driving the design and manufacture of critical technologies for Greatbatch Medical's cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation and vascular access markets. Prior to joining Greatbatch, he held various management positions at Tyco Healthcare and Sony. Arellano currently serves as an advisory board member to the NUvention interdisciplinary program at Northwestern University.

As the Senior Vice President for Orthopedic, Susan H. Campbell leads Greatbatch Medical's orthopaedic team by bringing new technologies to this dynamic market and driving efficiencies across the supply chain. Prior to this position, she led the Global Manufacturing and Medical Power Groups for Greatbatch Medical. Prior to joining Greatbatch, Campbell held various management and manufacturing positions with Delphi and General Motors.

As Senior Vice President for Commercial Solutions, Susan M. Bratton is responsible for driving Electrochem¹s existing product portfolio and bringing new technologies to market to empower customers across a broad array of segments. Throughout her career at Greatbatch she has held a number of senior positions, including Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and Director of Procurement. Bratton currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the R.I.T. Executive MBA Program and on the Board of Directors for Insyte Consulting.

Bill R. Sanford is Founder and Chairman of Symark LLC, a private equity, technology commercialization, and business development organization. He is also Executive Founder and retired Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Steris Corporation (NYSE:STE), a global leader in infection and contamination prevention systems, products, services, and technologies. He serves as Chairman of Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE:GB) and as a Board Member of KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY), Cleveland Clinic, BioEnterprise Corporation, Kansas Bioscience Authority, and several early and growth stage technology companies and investment partnerships. Mr. Sanford is an experienced entrepreneur, executive, consultant, investor, and board member with extensive new venture, merger and acquisition, turnaround, senior management, and market development experience. His business career has focused on the development and commercialization of bioscience products, health services, advanced information systems, and other innovative technology applications. He holds several patents and is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).

Dr. Joseph A. Miller, Jr. has been Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Corning, Inc. since 2001. Before joining Corning, he served as Senior Vice President of E.I. DuPont de Nemours from 1999 to 2001 and held various executive positions with that company prior to that time. Dr. Miller also serves on the board of directors of Dow Corning Corporation and the corporate responsibility committee of that board.

Michael Dinkins has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USI Insurance Services since October 2008. He previously had served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co. from 2005 to October 2008, as Vice President, Global Control & Reengineering at Guidant Corporation from 2004 to 2005, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NCR Corporation from 2002 to 2004. Prior to 2002, Mr. Dinkins held senior positions at Access Worldwide Communications, Cadmus Communications Group and General Electric Company. He is a director of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Dinkins also serves on the following Committees of the Board of Directors of Greatbatch, Inc.

Pamela G. Bailey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Grocery Manufactures Association, a Washington, DC based trade association. From April 2005 until January 2009, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Personal Care Products Council. Ms. Bailey served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AdvaMed, the world's largest association representing the medical technology industry, from June 1999 to April 2005. From 1970 to 1999 she served in the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services and other public and private organizations with responsibilities for health care public policy. She is a director of MedCath Corporation, a national provider of cardiovascular services, and a director of The National Food Laboratory, a provider of integrated concepts to commercialization services to food industry customers. She also is a member of the board of trustees of Franklin and Marshall College.

William B. Summers, Jr. had been the Non-Executive Chairman of McDonald Investments Inc., an investment banking, brokerage and investment advisory firm, from 2000 until retiring in 2006. From 1994 until 1998, Mr. Summers was the President and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investments Inc. and from 1998 until 2000, Mr. Summers was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investments Inc. Mr. Summers is also currently a director of Wilson Greatbatch Technologies, Inc. and RPM International Inc., and a member of the Advisory Board of Molded Fiber Glass Companies and the Board of Executives of the New York Stock Exchange.
