Bill Cervenik, age 52, joined the RTA Board of Trustees in March 2007, as an appointee of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association. He has 18 years of public-sector experience, including three as Mayor of Euclid, and previously served the City of Euclid as a Councilman, Council President and member of the Planning and Zoning Commission. He is a member of the Cuyahoga County Central Committee of the Democratic Party, Club 59'ers, the Irish American Club, the Euclid Slovenian Society and the Euclid Chamber of Commerce. He formerly served on the Board of the Euclid Family Y, and as a Trustee for the Euclid Development Corporation.

Edward J. Kelley, Mayor of Cleveland Heights, is an appointee of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association. He has served on the RTA Board since Dec. 20, 2000, when he replaced Edward Thellman, the former Mayor of Walton Hills. Thellman had retired. A Cleveland Heights City Council member since Jan. 2, 1994, Kelley has served as Mayor and Council President part-time positions -- since Jan. 5, 1998. After 25 years, Kelley retired as personnel director in the Domestic Relations Division of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. He is now employed by the law firm of Kelley and Ferraro. Since 1991, he has also done consulting work for area non-profit agencies. He is active in numerous area community groups. Mayor Kelley has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University, and a masters degree of non-profit organizations (MNO) from the Weatherhead School of Management and the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.

Jesse O. Anderson lives in the City of Cleveland and has been an appointee of the City of Cleveland since March 1, 1990. He is now serving his sixth term. Semi-retired, he is self-employed as a Realtor and Financial Accountant. For the past 35 years, he has been an advocate for persons with disabilities.
