Craig manages Green Street's analytical research team covering the residential property sector, including apartments, student housing, and manufactured housing. He has served as a Senior REIT analyst since 1993. Craig is a member of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), a 4-time recipient of Realty Stock Review's Outstanding Analyst award, and received Zacks Five-Star Analyst award in 2001. More recently, Craig was recognized as the fourth most influential person in the multifamily industry by Multifamily Executive Magazine. His 18 years of industry experience also includes real estate consulting at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. and real estate finance at Union Bank. Craig earned his M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Columbia University and B.A. from U.C. San Diego.

Tony manages Green Street's institutional sales efforts. Prior to joining Green Street in 2005, Tony was the Regional Director for Prudential's defined contribution group. He has also held senior sales positions with New York Life, Delaware Investors, and Met Life. Tony holds a B.S. from Ohio State and an M.B.A. from University of Arizona.

David joined the Green Street trading desk in 2008. He brings over 20 years of trading experience and has managed trading desks at Hoak, Breedlove, Wesneski, and Southwest Securities. David also spent four years on the buy side as the trader of a hedge fund. He is a former President of the Dallas Security Traders Association. He holds a B.S. from Henderson State University.

Scott joined Green Street's institutional sales team in 2008. Prior to joining Green Street, Scott held senior institutional sales positions with JPMorgan as well as Prudential Equity Group. Scott brings over 11 years of general and REIT-specific institutional sales experience. Scott holds a B.S. and a B.A. from the University of Alabama.

Jim manages Green Street's analytical research team covering the retail and health care property sectors. He has served as a Senior REIT analyst since 1994 and most recently managed the office and industrial research team. Jim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a recipient of Realty Stock Review's Outstanding Analyst award, and was named an All-Star REIT Analyst by the Wall Street Journal in 1999. His 22 years of industry experience includes providing financing for REITs, publicly traded homebuilders, and private real estate companies as a Vice President at Bank of America and Chemical Bank. Jim earned his M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Columbia University and B.A. in Economics from Duke University.

Lynn has served as head of Green Street's Dallas-based trading operation since January 1995. Lynn is a securities broker dealer principal, and has been active as a REIT trader since 1979. Before joining Green Street, Lynn worked at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes and Lovett, Mitchell, Webb & Garrison. Lynn earned her B.F.A. from the University of Houston.

Michael joined Green Street Advisors in 2000, and currently manages the technology group. He is responsible for the design and implementation of Green Street's various software applications. Michael graduated cum laude, with a B.S. from U.C. San Diego.

Mike co-founded Green Street in 1985 and has headed up the firm's research efforts ever since. Research accomplishments include the design of Green Street's valuation models as well as thought-leading work on capital-expenditure requirements and performance measurement for real estate companies. Mike has also authored company-specific reports on dozens of REITs throughout virtually every property sector. He currently is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts' (NAREIT) Institutional Advisory Panel to the Board of Governors, and, in recognition of contributions made to the REIT industry over his career, is a past recipient of NAREIT's Industry Achievement Award. He is often quoted and interviewed in the financial press and is also a frequent speaker at REIT and real estate industry conferences (e.g. NAREIT, PREA, ICSC, etc). Mike earned his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and his BS in Finance from Arizona State University.

Richard joined Green Street in 2009 to help establish the European trading operation. He has nearly 30 years experience in trading, sales and trading management in both London and New York. Prior to Green Street Richard served as a senior Sales Trader and Head of the Nordic Team specializing in property stocks at Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander. His experience also includes senior trading positions at Danske Securities, BBV LatInvest, SE Banken Enskilda. He started his career as a stockjobber at Wedd Durchlacher Mordunt & Co. Richard is a FSA Registered Representative.

Robin joined Green Street's London office in 2008 to take on responsibility for all operational aspects of the business outside North America. Having returned to London in 2001, following 8 years in Asia with Jardine Matheson & Co. and WorldWide Shipping Agency, he spent over 6 years as co-founder and Operations Director for the Interest Exchange and the Property Investment Market, which created a new stock exchange allowing members of the public to invest directly in fully securitized property assets. Robin holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Cedrik co-manages Green Street's research team covering the office property sector, and leads coverage on the industrial property sector. Cedrik joined Green Street in 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). His prior experience includes investment analysis with Sun Life Financial, and REIT research at Fiduciary Trust Company International. Cedrik earned his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also holds a Master's in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in History from Universite Laval.

Dev Ghose is an executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership, governance, and finance with three New York Stock Exchange listed public companies, and ten years with two Big Four public accounting firms in the US and the UK. Prior to being appointed Executive Vice President and CFO for Skilled Healthcare, LLC in January of 2008, Dev was Managing Director International for Green Street Advisors, the premier independent research and consulting firm focused on publicly traded real estate securities in the US. From 2004 to 2006, Dev served as the Executive VP and CFO of Shurgard Storage Centers, a $5 billion international real estate development and retail operating company. From 1986 to 2003, Dev served as part of the executive team at HCP, Inc. which invests primarily in real estate serving the healthcare industry, most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Dev is a Certified Public Accountant in California as well as a Chartered Accountant in the UK. He attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Delhi in India and earned an Executive MBA from UCLA.

Diana joined Green Street in February 2009 to help establish further coverage of European REITs. She comes from the European real estate investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she has been involved in numerous M&A and financing transactions across UK and continental Europe. Her prior experience includes M&A investment banking at Credit Suisse in London and corporate finance strategy with McKinsey in Amsterdam. She holds a Master's in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and is a CFA. Further professional affiliations include memberships of the UK CFA Institute and ULI.

Haendel co-manages Green Street's research team covering the residential property sector, with a particular emphasis on apartment REITs. Haendel has over 10 years of REIT experience and is a member of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). Before joining Green Street, Haendel worked in REIT equity research at Bear Stearns and UBS, as well as in real estate investment banking at UBS. Haendel earned his M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business and his B.A. from Adelphi University.

John is a research analyst covering the office and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Green Street in 2008, John was Vice President and lead analyst covering U.S. REITs for Credit Suisse. John's experience also includes REIT research with Citigroup and Merrill Lynch, leveraged finance at Natexis Banque Populaires, and credit analysis with Bank of America's corporate finance division. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Real Estate Board of New York, and NAREIT. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Michael co-manages Green Street's research team covering the office property sector, and leads coverage on the self-storage property sector. Michael is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Before joining Green Street in 2002, he worked in REIT investment banking at A.G. Edwards. Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and earned his B.A. in Economics from Indiana University.

Damon manages the marketing team at Green Street Advisors and joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining Green Street, he spent twelve years in sales with Rockwell and JDSU. Damon received a B.S. in engineering from the University of Illinois.
