Greenway Medical Technologies Corp.

Bill Esslinger joined Greenway in the spring of 2000. Mr. Esslinger is the chief legal officer for Greenway and oversees all ongoing activities related to policies and procedures covering the privacy of and access to patient health information in compliance with federal and state laws, including the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Esslinger was in private practice, where his primary focus was on commercial litigation and mass toxic tort/products liability litigation. Mr. Esslinger is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and a charter member of the International Association of Privacy Officers. Mr. Esslinger earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the State University of West Georgia and his juris doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law.

Graeme Hennessey joined Greenway in January 2005. Starting at Greenway as a Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Hennessey played a key role in developing a strong customer base in Ohio and Indiana. He was promoted to the Regional Vice President of the Northeast Region in 2008. He has influenced this region's growth and it is now one of the more strategic parts of the country. Mr. Hennessey has been in this industry for over 8 years. He has 12 years of medical sales experience. Prior to working at Greenway, he worked as an Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Regional Sales Manager at A4 Health Systems and GE. Mr. Hennessey received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Davenport University.

Scott Snapp joined Greenway in January 2005. Starting at Greenway as a Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Snapp led sales in Colorado, Utah and Nevada. After two and a half years, he was promoted to the Regional Vice President of the Western Region in 2007. He has played a key role in Greenway's presence and growth in the Western Region of the country. Mr. Snapp has been in this industry since 1999. He began as a reseller in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to working at Greenway, he worked with WebMD in the Colorado and Wyoming regions. Mr. Snapp graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.

Matt joined Investor Growth Capital's New York office as an Associate with the IT team in 2005. He focuses on investments in the internet and digital media sectors. Prior to joining IGC, Matt spent three years with Canaan Partners, a multi-billion dollar venture capital firm, where he was responsible for early-stage investment activity across a broad spectrum of technology industries. Before joining Canaan, Matt worked in the technology investment banking group at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he completed numerous M&A, equity and debt capital-raising transactions in the semiconductor, communications, software and internet sectors. Matt began his career as a corporate finance analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Matt earned a B.A. in History, with honors, from Harvard College after three years of study. Matt currently serves as a Director on the Board of Dotomi and is a Board observer at ID Analytics and Greenway Medical Technologies. Top of page

Mr. Aspinall is Forerun's Chief Strategy Officer and provides leadership on corporate strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Prior to Forerun, Mr. Aspinall was at Bain & Company, Inc. which he joined in 1980 and was elected to the partnership in 1985. Mr. Aspinall also continues to serve as Senior Advisor to Bain and serves on the Board of Directors of Greenway Medical Technologies. Mr. Aspinall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom and is a graduate of Oxford University , where he received a Master of Arts degree with honors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He received his MBA with Highest Distinction from the Harvard School of Business Administration.

D. Neal Morrison has been a member of our Board since 2006. Since 1996, Mr. Morrison has been a Partner of Wachovia Capital Partners (formerly First Union Capital Partners), where he is focused on making investments in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Wachovia Capital Partners, Mr. Morrison served as a Director of Wachovia's Healthcare Finance Group (formerly First Union's Healthcare Finance Group) since 1987. Mr. Morrison received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his graduate degree from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.

Noah Walley joined Investor Growth Capital in 2003 as a Managing Director with the IT team, having previously spent five years as a General Partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in New York. Noah has been active in venture capital since 1994, and prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked for the venture capital firms of Bachow & Associates and Desai Capital Management. From 1990 to 1994 Noah worked at McKinsey & Company in New York. Noah has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and earned M.A. and B.A. degrees (first class) from Oxford University. Noah works out of ICG's New York office and focuses on software and technology-based services investments.

Mr. Richards has served as a director of the Company and the Bank since 1984. He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Management and earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is the President of Richards Mortgage Servicing and is a member of the Board of Directors of Greenway Medical Technologies. He is also a board member of Live Oak Shelter, Tanner Medical Foundation and Community Foundation of West Georgia.
