Allen T. Nelson, Jr. is Chief Financial Officer of Greystone Bank, responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, investment portfolio management, asset liability management, and regulatory reporting. In 32 years of banking experience, Mr. Nelson has worked with banks from Maryland to North Carolina, where he has overseen the operations of all corporate financial systems, including general accounting, profitability measurement, internal auditing and risk management. Prior to joining Greystone Bank, Mr. Nelson was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Capital Bank and Capital Bank Corporation in Raleigh. He holds a BBA in Financial Management from Roanoke College and an MBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary. He also attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.

Robert Denlinger is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Greystone Bank, overseeing deposit operations, information technology and regulatory compliance. During his 30-year career in banking, he has managed branch operations, data processing activity, electronic banking, and loan operations. Immediately prior to joining Greystone Bank, he was a consultant serving banks throughout North Carolina. Mr. Denlinger holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Campbell University in North Carolina. He has also studied at the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University and the BAI School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Charles D. Bryant, Jr. is Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Greystone Bank, with overall responsibility for underwriting, quality and production of the Bank's loan products and portfolio. He is a banking executive with 23 years of experience throughout the Carolinas as a credit specialist. He has extensive experience in managing sales teams and risk management functions as well as consulting with community banks on credit-related issues. Mr. Bryant has a BSBA in Business Management from Appalachian State University. He has attended the Young Executive Institute at the University of North Carolina and the Executive Program of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Randall Floyd has served as our Associate Pastor for Education & Evangelism at Grey Stone since 2005. His focus is in equipping Sunday School, Connecting People, and Spiritual Growth/Discipleship. He received training at Florida State University; Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and is completing a Doctoral Dissertation at Trinity Theological Seminary. Randall is married to Shannon, a National Board Certified School Teacher. They have two sons, Nick & Connor. Randall volunteers as a Christian Educational Consultant & Trainer and is the founder of Educational Evangelism Ministries. He has authored and published several curriculum materials including Vital Truth- Scripture; TM412; In Him- A Nation Under God? ; Seven Steps to an Effective Revival; and Are You God's Type? He enjoys history, movies, coaching soccer, travel, and spending time with his family. Prior to his ministry in NC, Randall served on staff with churches in VA, KY, IN, & GA; and was a Contracted-Corporate Trainer for Ericsson & ExecuTrain. His favorite verse is Luke 10:27.
