Mr. Danziger is President and Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
Mr. Danziger also serves as a director of Monro Muffler/Brake, Inc., and Bloomingdale
Properties, Inc., a family investment operation. Mr. Danziger serves on the landscape
advisory committee for Storm King Art Center. Mr. Danziger received a B.A. from
Harvard University in 1962 and an L.L.B. from Yale Law School in 1965.
Anthony Galici is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
Mr. Galici has been in his present position with Griffin since July 1997, when
Griffin became a publicly traded company as a result of being spun off from its
previous parent company, Culbro Corporation ("Culbro"). Mr. Galici had been
with Culbro from 1985 - 1997. Prior to that time, Mr. Galici was with Touche Ross
& Co. Mr. Galici received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University in 1978
Mr. Gamzon joined Griffin in January 2008 as Vice President of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
Prior to Griffin, Mr. Gamzon served as a Senior Analyst at Alson Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm and previously worked at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and PepsiCo. Mr. Gamzon's experience includes corporate finance, strategy, private equity and public security investing. Mr. Gamzon received a B.A. from Yale University in 1991 and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 1997.
From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Danziger was in charge of sales & marketing at General Cigar where he was a key architect and leader of the company's repositioning at a time of great change in the cigar industry. In addition to restructuring the sales and marketing areas of the company, Mr. Danziger oversaw a number of acquisitions and integration efforts that solidified General Cigar's market leadership. The result was renewed sales growth and substantially enhanced profitability. Mr. Danziger also supervised information technology, shipping and logistics. Previously, Mr. Danziger had worked for two years as head of sales & marketing of Villazon, which had been recently acquired by General Cigar. During this time, Villazon achieved record sales levels. Prior to Villazon, Mr. Danziger had been vice president of corporate strategy for Culbro Corporation, then General Cigar's parent, and had been highly involved in its acquisitions, divestitures and reorganization. Previously, he had spent two years in operations at The Eli Witt Company, Culbro's majority-owned convenience store distributor. This gave give him a broad perspective on the convenience store industry and distribution issues as a whole. Mr. Danziger's first experience after college was as a member of the principal investment group of Shearson Lehman Hutton (now Lehman Brothers). That group was charged with investing the firm's leveraged buyout fund. Later, he worked closely with the firm's financial restructuring group on Southmark Corporation, a bankrupt real estate and financial services company. After Lehman, Mr. Danziger brought his financial experience to the City of New York, where for two years he served as deputy director of budget & analysis for the Bureau of Bridges during New York's financial crisis of the early '90s. At that time, the city's infrastructure was in dangerous disrepair. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Mr. Danziger is a director of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. and Doral Bank, NY.

Tom is the Chairman of Ingleside Investors and oversees all aspects of the firm's investing activities. During his tenure, Ingleside and its affiliates have invested in numerous transactions as both lead and co-investor. From 1966 to 1981, Tom was Chief Financial Officer and a Director of ACLI International. Tom currently serves as a Director of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc., Trustee and Treasurer of Phillips Academy, and Vice Chairman of Citizens for NYC. Tom received a BA from Yale University.

Winston J. Churchill has been a director of Amkor since July 1998. Mr. Churchill is the managing general partner of SCP Partners, a multi-stage venture capital firm with over $800 million under management that invests in technology-oriented companies. Mr. Churchill is also Chairman of CIP Capital Management, Inc., an SBA-licensed private equity fund.
Previously, Mr. Churchill was a managing partner of Bradford Associates, which managed private equity funds on behalf of Bessemer Securities Corporation and Bessemer Trust Company. From 1967 to 1983, Mr. Churchill practiced law at the Philadelphia firm of Saul Ewing, LLP, where he served as Chairman of the Banking and Financial Institutions Department, Chairman of the Finance Committee and was a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Churchill is a director of Griffin Land and Nurseries, Inc., Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. and of various SCP portfolio companies.
In addition, he serves as a director on the boards of a number of charities and as a trustee of educational institutions including Fordham University, Georgetown University, Immaculata University, the Gesu School and the Young Scholars Charter School. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Churchill served as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System.
