Malcolm took over the role of President from company founder Jack Birnholz in November of 2004. Prior to this, Malcolm was the Chief Executive Officer of a group of a private investment companies based in the United Kingdom. Malcolm brings more than 30 years senior corporate experience and now holds a number of directorships. Malcolm has consulted for clients on various property projects as diverse as new construction, investments, and financing to mergers and acquisitions throughout Europe and North America. Malcolm is a true entrepreneur who formed his first company when he was 20 years old. He is a strong leader and throughout his career has successfully kept his management teams highly motivated and focused. He has championed the implementation of many innovative operational policies and procedures, as well as authored several published works and seminars. Malcolm is a British citizen and currently resides in Hertfordshire, England with his wife where he enjoys sporting events and reading.
