Hunt is responsible for the day-to-day management of Grubb & Ellis Company as its interim chief executive officer; he also serves as a member of the board of directors. Hunt is the managing partner of California Strategies LLC and previously served as an executive vice president and member of the board of directors of The Irvine Company, a 140-year-old privately held real estate investment company best known for the communities it has planned and developed on the Irvine Ranch in Orange County, California. Hunt is also a member of the boards of Glenair Inc., The Beckman Foundation and William Lyon Homes.

Hull is the president and chief executive officer of Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc., the managing broker-dealer of the various investment programs sponsored by Grubb & Ellis Company and its subsidiaries, a position he has held since 2005. He began his career in the securities industry in 1988 at the NASD (now FINRA) and was in private practice at two international law firms for six years prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc. Hull holds securities registrations as a general securities principal and financial and operations principal. He is admitted to practice law in California, New York and Massachusetts.

Van Berkel oversees operations and business integration for Grubb & Ellis, having joined NNN Realty Advisors in August 2007 to assist with the merger of the two companies. He is responsible for the strategic direction of all Grubb & Ellis’ human resources, marketing and communications, research and other day-to-day operational activities. He has 25 years of experience, including more than four years at CB Richard Ellis as senior vice president, human resources as well as in senior global human resources, operations and sales positions with First Data Corporation, Gateway Corporation and Western Digital.

Hanson joined Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors in July 2006 as its chief investment officer and served in an identical capacity with NNN Realty Advisors upon its formation later that year. He is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real property for the various investment programs sponsored by Grubb & Ellis and its subsidiaries, and was elevated to president of Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors following the merger between Grubb & Ellis and its parent company, NNN Realty Advisors. Hanson has a long history with Grubb & Ellis, having served as a senior vice president of the company’s Institutional Investment Group and as one of the firm’s most successful investment brokers for ten years.

Pehlke joined Grubb & Ellis Company as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2007, bringing more than 30 years of experience in senior financial positions at global companies in the telecommunications, financial services and food and consumer products industries. His professional experience includes roles as chief financial officer, executive vice president and director of Hudson Highland Group, chief financial officer and executive vice president of ONE, Inc., and vice president and treasurer of Ameritech Corporation. He also has served on the boards of several public and private companies throughout the world.

Andrea R. Biller, General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Secretary , joined us in March 2003 as General Counsel and became our General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Secretary in November 2006. Ms. Biller has also served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of NNN Healthcare/Office REIT, Inc. since April 2006, Secretary of NNN Apartment REIT, Inc. since January 2006 and Secretary of T REIT Inc. since May 2004. Ms. Biller has served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of G REIT, Inc. since December 2005 and June 2004, respectively. Ms. Biller served as Special Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporate Finance, in Washington D.C. from 1995-2000, and as a private attorney specializing in corporate and securities law from 1990-1995 and 2000-2002. Ms. Biller received a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, an M.A. in Psychology from Glassboro State University and a B.A. from Washington University. Ms. Biller is licensed to practice law in California, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Leupp is an executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis Company and president of its subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Alesco Global Advisors. Founded by Leupp in 2006, Grubb & Ellis Alesco Global Advisors will launch and manage a family of U.S. and global opened and closed-end real estate mutual funds, separate accounts and hedge funds. He formerly served as managing director of real estate equity research at RBC Capital Markets, the same role he previously filled at Robertson Stephens. Leupp was vice president of the Staubach Company and development manager at Trammell Crow Residential before entering the securities industry.

Jeredith Duvall joined Grubb & Ellis Company in 2008 as Vice President, Office/Investment Group. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Jeredith was with TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in California where she specialized in investment sales of office and retail properties, land acquisition, site selection, leasing and purchase negotiations, and tenant representation. Jeredith brings with her over twenty years of experience in real estate and the business arena. She is a licensed estate professional in Texas as well as three other states. Her insights and abilities allow her to fully access the scope of a project and secure the needed resources to consistently deliver successful outcomes.
