Charles Hagopian, Vice President Customer Service, has twenty-seven years of engineering, procurement and construction experience (serving the food, consumer product, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and high tech markets) and 8 years of facilities and program management experience with a world-class photovoltaic manufacturer.
Mr. Keck joined GT Solar International, Inc. in April 2006 as Vice President, Silicon Development. Prior to April 2006, he operated his own consulting business relating to the silicon industry. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Keck was Vice President of Business Development, Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Advanced Silicon Materials Incorporated (ASIMI) of Moses Lake, Washington and Butte, Montana, one of the leading manufacturers of ultra-pure silicon in the world. He focused on the manufacture of silane gas and polysilicon for wafer fabrication companies and semiconductor companies. During his tenure at ASIMI, Mr. Keck worked on two major expansions including having overall responsibility for commissioning and starting up ASIMI's green-field facility in Butte, Montana. Early in his tenure at ASIMI, he was responsible for the design and operation of equipment that produced silicon. Prior to joining ASIMI, from 1987 to 1989, he served as a thermodynamics engineer with Lockheed Missiles & Space Corporation, where he was responsible for the design and testing for heat transfer systems in spacecraft. He has a degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Heiko Moritz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has eighteen years of experience in research, product design, and sales and marketing in the semiconductor, vacuum and photovoltaic industry. Dr. Moritz received a B.S. in Engineering Physics, with a focus on mechanical design, and a Ph.D. in Solid-State Physics. In addition to numerous technical papers, he has been awarded patents on the mechanical design and processes of a variety of applications and technologies. In addition to his responsibilities in product marketing at GT Solar, Dr. Moritz focuses on the configuration and modeling of wafer, cell and module lines, as well as on the product management and market introduction of new products. He has been invited to speak at international photovoltaic conferences and workshops.

Peter Bihuniak, Ph.D. is GT Solar's vice president of technology and chairman of its Technical Advisory Board. He is an accomplished senior operating and technology executive with extensive domestic and international experience in manufacturing oriented business.
Before joining GT Solar, Dr. Bihuniak served as technical managing director for ASI Industries GmbH, now a division of ersol Solar Energy AG. Previously, as vice president of technology and chief technology officer for BP Solar, Dr. Bihuniak had worldwide responsibility for technology and product development.
Prior to his career in the solar industry, Dr. Bihuniak made considerable contributions in the flat glass industry having served as director of research and development at Pilkington, L-O-F and, before that as general manager of the Specialty Products Division at PPG Industries. Dr. Bihuniak also played a significant role in the commercialization of speciality materials while at GE Lighting, where he led technical and marketing activities in high purity materials for semiconductor and fiber optic applications. He began his career at Corning, Inc., in basic and applied R&D concentrating on speciality glasses and fiber optics.
Dr. Bihuniak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ceramic science summa cum laude from Rutgers University, a Master of Science degree in materials science from the University of California, Berkley, and a doctorate degree in ceramics from Alfred University. He also holds numerous patents and publications, and is a Fellow in the American Ceramic Society.

Ernest L. Godshalk has served as a director since July 2006. Godshalk is managing director of Elgin Management Group, a private investment company. He is also a director of Verigy Ltd., which provides test systems and solutions to the semiconductor industry, and Hittite Microwave Corporation, which provides integrated circuits, modules and systems for technically demanding radio frequency, microwave and millimeterwave applications. From February 2001 until he retired in December 2004, Godshalk served as president, chief operating officer and a director of Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc., a supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. From April 1999 until February 2001, Godshalk served as Varian Semiconductor's vice president and chief financial officer.
Godshalk is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School.

Mr. McDermott is responsible for strategic analyses, managing deal origination, investor relations as well as overall Cadent management. He has been involved in the energy business since 1979, primarily as an investor of private equity capital on behalf of institutional investors. His experience extends through many sectors of the energy industry including oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield services, natural gas transmission, petroleum products distribution and electric power generation and related service companies. Prior to forming Cadent in 2003, Mr. McDermott was a Managing Partner of RBC Capital Partners. In that capacity, he was responsible for the formation and management of the RBC Energy Fund. Under Mr. McDermott's direction, the fund management team was formed, and eight investments were completed. He is currently a director of Logan Holdings, Inc., Argos Utilities Corporation and Nytis Exploration Company. Prior to joining RBC, Mr. McDermott formed Energy Investment Corporation, a consulting firm providing advisory services to major corporations and financial sponsors. From its founding in 1980 to 1995, Mr. McDermott was a principal with First Reserve Corporation, a private equity fund manager specializing in energy industry investments. At First Reserve, Mr. McDermott's primary responsibilities included investing capital in and managing activities of portfolio companies. He was involved in over 20 investment transactions and initiated several growth strategies. During this period, Mr. McDermott was a director of Maverick Tube, Berkeley Petroleum and First Reserve Gas Corporation. Mr. McDermott holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
