GBC International Bank was organized in 1972 as First Women's Bank of Los Angeles. It was later renamed Guaranty Bank of California and, as of August 1st, 2007, became GBC International Bank. Our new name reflects the inclusion of international transaction financing among our specialties that also include commercial real estate financing and personal banking services. We have four branches in the Los Angeles area and two in San Francisco. Our experienced staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkian, Teochew, Vietnamese and Tagalog.
