Mr.Sciacca has served as Chief Financial Officer and vice president, finance of Halifax since December 1999. He is responsible for the management and compliance of the company's corporate accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, tax and investor relations functions. From September 1996 through September 1998, Mr. Sciacca served as the vice president, finance, and chief financial officer of On-Site Sourcing, Inc. a legal document management services firm. From 1994 through 1996, Mr. Sciacca was a principal in a tax and consulting firm. He has a B.S. in accounting from Georgetown University, a masters degree in taxation from American University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Charles Harper is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Halifax. Charlie joined the company in October, 2004 through the acquisition of AlphaNational Technology Services where he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development from 1997 until joining Halifax. Prior to AlphaNational he was with IBM where he spent over 30 years in various service related positions. After several executive field management positions he was Director of Complementary Product Service where he launched and managed IBM’s multi-vendor services business for 10 years. Prior to his retirement from IBM he managed IBM’s alliance and acquisition efforts for Availability Services for North America. Charlie received a BA in economics from North Carolina State University in 1972 and a Masters in Business from Columbia University in 1986. He received a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in 1996.

Doug Reece is responsible for Halifax’s sales, marketing and business development efforts targeted at the commercial and public sector marketplace. Doug joined Halifax in November 2001 and brings over 15 years of sales experience in information technology services. Prior to joining Halifax, Doug worked for Veritas Software and Ernst & Young Consulting where he held various services sales and operations positions. Doug holds a BA degree in political science from West Virginia University and an MA in International Transactions from George Mason University.

As Vice President of Operations for Halifax beginning in April 2002, Mr. Foley is responsible for all aspects related to the development and delivery of services and support to over 1,000 Enterprise Maintenance clients. Mr. Foley joined Halifax in November 1998, initially to manage and implement the Virginia Department of Transportation / Virginia Retirement Systems seat management contract. Prior to joining Halifax, Mr. Foley spent 16 years in the computer service industry in various sales, operations and financial management positions with Sorbus, Bell Atlantic Business Systems, and DecisionOne. In addition, Mr. Foley has held key management positions with value added reseller organizations such as Emtec, Inc., MicroAge, Pride Technologies and Computerware. Hugh has a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration, with a major in accounting.

Prior to co-founding Halifax, Mr. Rogers was one of the founding limited partners of Colony Investors I, L.P. and currently is a principal of Colony Capital. Prior to Colony, Mr. Rogers invested his personal capital in a number of successful real estate restructuring and leveraged corporate acquisitions. From 1983 to 1988 Mr. Rogers was, along with David Bonderman and Tom Barrack, the initial "investment team" for the Robert M. Bass Group. Prior to 1983, Mr. Rogers served as an owner and director of DCI, a specialty food processing company, which he recapitalized and merged with an entity controlled by Richard Rainwater and Bass Brothers Enterprises. Mr. Rogers is a former Partner of KPMG Peat Marwick, and served as a coordinator of the original White House Conference on Small Business while on loan in 1979 from KPMG Peat Marwick to the White House. He was invited to serve as controller for the President's re-election campaign. Mr. Rogers received a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1969, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate; and he received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1972, where he was a Vehon Scholar. He is the Chairman of the Kenan Flagler Business School Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina and assists in the oversight of its Foundation's investments; a member of the Board of the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise; a member of the Board of the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University; and a former trustee of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Rogers is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed, a NYSE-listed asset manager of over $40 billion (principally mutual funds).

Peter McLellan, Q.C., is a partner with McInnes Cooper in Halifax. Peter has practiced for more than 25 years and is a member of the Bars of both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. With a focus on labour and employment law, and particularly on employment benefits, Peter represents many non-union employers. He frequently appears before the Nova Scotia and Canada Labour Relations Boards and the Labour Standards Tribunal on matters relating to unions. As an advocate in the courts, Peter has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada on a variety of labour matters including dealing with the rights of employers in union organizing campaigns and during collective bargaining. He has extensive experience in negotiating and interpreting collective agreements, strategizing on labour applications (such as recognizing "successor rights") and human rights issues; drafting policies and procedures; advising on workplace manuals, pay and employment equity issues, and representing clients in arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Peter has developed an extensive administrative law practice dealing with issues of pensions, employment law and related disciplines.

Deborah Hashey is Halifax 2014's Director of Communications and Partner Relations, responsible for building public understanding and support of Canada's bid for the 2014 Games and the many legacies that will benefit our communities for years to come. Hashey's most recent position was Vice-President, Public Affairs at Colour (formerly CCL), one of the region's largest marketing and communications agencies. As a senior consultant, she has spent 12 of the past 15 years providing strategic communications counsel and services to organizations such as Home Depot Canada, Oland Brewery, Sobeys Inc., Aliant, High Liner Foods, Parks Canada, Exxon Mobil, Air Canada Jazz and EMC Emergency Medical Care. A graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University's Public Relations Degree program, Hashey is also very active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors of HomeBridge Youth Society. She counts her involvement in the staging of the 2005 Concert for Asia, which raised more than $200,000 for tsunami victims in Sri Lanka, as one of her greatest accomplishments.

As Corporate Controller for Halifax, Ms. Cox is responsible for managing the accounting department, financial reporting as well as supporting the operational and accounting software systems used by Halifax. Prior to joining Halifax in 2001, Jamie spent 7 years in public accounting and 14 years as a principle in an accounting software firm specializing in sales and consulting. Ms. Cox has a B.S. in accounting from University of Alabama in Birmingham.

John H. Grover Chairman of the Board, Halifax Corporation Vice President, Treasurer, Director, Research Industries, Inc. John H. Grover has been a Director of the Company since 1984. He has served as Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Director of Research Industries Incorporated, since 1968 and as a Director of TransTechnology Corporation from 1969 to 1992.

Mr. Scurlock has been a Director and Vice President Research Industries (a private investment company) since 1983. Prior to that Mr. Scurlock worked as a Chemical Engineer for Atlantic Research Corporation. Mr. Scurlock is a graduate of Harvard University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He also holds an MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Halifax Corporation Charles McNew is responsible for directing the profitable growth and strategic evolution of the Company. He has recruited a talented new senior management team who are actively building a focused and responsive Enterprise Maintenance Solutions organization. Mr. McNew has over 25 years of progressive management experience and has held senior level management positions with a variety of public telecommunications and services companies. Mr. McNew joined Halifax in July 1999 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May of 2000. Prior to his current position he served as Executive Vice President for the Company. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. McNew was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer of Numerex Corporation, a publicly traded wireless telecommunications solutions company. Mr. McNew has a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University and a BS in accounting from Penn State.

A member of Aliron's Board of Advisors, Toups has long been a leader in engineering and management operations for both private companies and public agencies. In 1958, he became the founder and chief executive officer of a civil engineering firm that merged with Planning Research Corporation (PRC) in 1970. After holding several senior management positions, he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of PRC, overseeing the work of 8,000 employees working on engineering and computer system programs throughout the world. Toups retired from PRC in 1987, and now currently serves on the boards of NVR, CACI, Halifax, Geo Centers, Greenhorn and O'Mara, TelePad, Thermatrix, and Digicon. He also serves as a Member and Past President of George Mason University Foundation Board of Trustees, Inova Health System Foundation Board of Trustees, Professional Services Council, Northern Virginia Community Foundation, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

In December 1984, Mr. Hewitt founded Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) as a market research and consulting firm focused on IT in federal and state government. The firm provides clients with market research, trend analysis, tracking of major government programs, opportunity identification, and training to assist clients with market expansion. In 1998, Mr. Hewitt sold FSI to Primedia Information, Inc. Prior to FSI, Mr. Hewitt was a Senior Vice President of Kentron, which was acquired by PRC. Before that, he held senior level positions at CSC, including President of the INFONET Government Systems Division and Vice President of Program Development of the Systems Group. Prior to that, Mr. Hewitt was with Boeing Computer Services for six years, where he started and subsequently managed its Federal government marketing operations. Mr. Hewitt received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from North Carolina State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Long Island University. Mr. Hewitt served on Virginia's First Commission on Information Technology appointed by former Virginia Governor James S. Gilmore. He is a member of the following Boards of Directors: GTSI [GTSI], Halifax [HX], Sigaba and INPUT. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of Fortress Technologies, DSA, Sigma Federal and Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).
