Rick A. Wilber has served as a director of the Company since October 2002 and is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Wilber formerly served on the Company's Board of Directors from October 1997 through May 2000. Mr. Wilber is currently the President of Lynn's Hallmark Cards, which owns and operates a number of Hallmark Card stores. Mr. Wilber was a co-founder of Champs Sports Shops and served as its President from 1974 to 1984. He served on the Board of Royce Laboratories, a pharmaceutical concern, from 1990 until April 1997, when the company was sold to Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical concern.

Keith F. Davis is Curator of Photography at the Nelson-Atkins and also serves as Fine Art Programs Director for Hallmark Cards Inc., both in Kansas City, Mo. He received a master's degree in 1979 in art history from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. After a research internship at the International Museum of Photography at George Eastman House, Rochester, New York, 1978-79, he became Curator of the Hallmark Fine Art Collections. Since 1979, he has curated some 70 exhibitions from the Hallmark Photographic Collection that have been presented in leading museums across the United States, and from Sydney, Australia, to Lausanne, Switzerland. In addition to teaching and lecturing widely on the history of photography, he is the author of more than a dozen catalogues and books, including An American Century of Photography, From Dry-Plate to Digital: The Hallmark Photographic Collection, 2nd edition (Abrams, 1999) and The Origins of American Photography, From Daguerreotype to Dry-Plate, 1839-1885 (HFF/NAMA, 2007). His various awards include a Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities (1986-87) for his work on the Civil-War era photographer George N. Barnard.
Steve DiGiacinto, a Professional Engineer and Associate in Risk Management, is currently the Director of Risk Management Services at Hallmark Cards. Prior to Hallmark, Steve worked in the environmental engineering field in the Kansas City, Missouri area for approximately 10 years.

Scott Thompson was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. After graduating from the University of Richmond in 1990, he worked in 19 states for Kraft Foods over nine years. Then he came to his senses and settled in Maine and is currently a sales manager for Hallmark Cards in Maine, NH and VT. Scott has a keen interest in Latin American history, culture, and literature (and food!). He has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and has enjoyed a few samplings of Central America in recent years.

Yolanda Medina Casey is Project Manager in the Visual Merchandising Division for Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri. She is responsible for managing numerous teams in the revitalization of the corporate owned stores. This entails product assortment, merchandising of product, environmental graphics and marketing. Yolanda also serves as the liaison for the company to numerous Hispanic initiatives both internal and external.

Bill Belcher is the Warehouse and Mailroom Supervisor for Keystone. He came to Keystone after working in operations management for both Boston State College and Hallmark Cards. He supervises the processing, packaging, and shipping of all student orders that flow into Keystone on a daily basis. Bill and his team also process and distribute the mail and student work that comes into Keystone from all over the world. Another part of Bill's job is to ensure that the proper level of student textbooks and materials are always available. He and his team are responsible for all of the textbook purchasing, and they monitor their inventory on a daily basis to make sure that the right mix of books and materials are on hand to fulfill orders. Bill and his team take a great deal of pride in their role at Keystone; quality work and timely delivery to all of Keystone's students is always their number one goal.

David has been an IT professional and educator for over 10 years. A corporate IT Trainer for Hallmark Cards, consultant, and Java and web development trainer in the Kansas City area during the past 5 years, David has instructed students from hundreds companies in the Midwest. He is a Sun-Certified Java Programmer, Sun-Certified Java Associate, and Master CIW Designer. David is CTT+ certified, a Gregorc Learning Styles Facilitator, and developed and delivered many classes on IT educational techniques. He is currently writing a series of courseware for Java technologies.

Rick Robson, Principal Environmental Chemist, Hallmark Cards, Inc. is currently working to identify and implement strategic environmental and sustainability initiatives. Waste reduction through process redesign, material replacement, and redirecting wastes to alternative uses are primary goals. Rick is currently leading Hallmark's participation in the Kansas City Regional By-Product Synergy Project. The BPS project brings local organizations together in facilitated work groups to find and implement synergistic business opportunities particularly to reduce waste. Rick has a B.S. degree in Physics from Kansas State University and over 25 years experience in the environmental arena. In his spare time, Rick builds energy efficient homes incorporating green building technology.

Rick joined the Enterprise Center in January 2006 as Vice President of Business Development. Before joining ECJC, Rick was co-founder and COO of Inventive Play, LLC, a direct marketer of products for individuals with Alzheimer's disease. Prior to that, he was general manager of Allied Products, Inc., the start-up gift division of a diversified manufacturing company. Rick also has extensive business development and mergers and acquisitions experience from positions he held at Hallmark.com and Hallmark Cards, Inc.
CARRIE GUENTHER joined Hallmark Cards as a photography editor three years ago. Previously, she was part of a two-person photo department at Bloomberg Personal magazine that produced ASME-nominated photography and won many awards from Society of Publication Designers and Communication Arts. She served as picture editor of the 2003 issue of Dateline, the Overseas Press Club of America magazine, and freelanced at In Style and Esquire. She began her career at Gamma Liaison and later ran the syndication department at Visages, where she managed syndication of work by such artists as Herb Ritts and Wayne Maser.
