For more than five years, Berg has been an influential Silicon Valley industrial real estate developer and a private venture capital investor. Berg is currently chairman, CEO and director of Mission West Properties Inc. (MSW), a real estate investment company. He also serves as director of Valence Technology Inc., Monolithic Systems Inc., Focus Enhancements Inc. and Systems Integrated Research. Berg's past major investments have included Integrated Device Technology and Sun Microsystems. He holds a bachelors degree in corporate finance from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque.

Mr. Scheiwe was also General Counsel & Secretary of Premiere Page, Inc. and currently serves on the boards of Movie Gallery, Inc., Zemex Minerals Holdings, Inc., FiberTower Corporation, and Footstar, Inc. Mr. Scheiwe received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law.

Sheila has been employed by Hancock Fabrics for 20 years. Seven years ago she took the position of District Demonstrator which oversees the education in her district. She does three in-store seminars (Quilting, Holiday, and Fleece) each year that several thousands attend. She organizes clothing sewing seminars (with nationally known guest speakers) and six quilt retreats each year. Her love for teaching sewing continues to grow.

Donna Weaver is retired founder and chairman of Weaver, Field & London, Inc., an investor relations and corporate communications firm. Donna has more than 30 years of corporate financial and investment community experience. A Certified Management Accountant, she is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her corporate directorships include E*Trade Financial Corporation, Hancock Fabrics Inc., and Basic American Foods Inc. She is a former director of the not-for-profit California Pacific Health Corporation and predecessor Children's Hospital of San Francisco.

Mr. Cortez has been a principal at KCL Development, LLC since 2003, where he provides business consulting and financial advisory services, primarily to growth companies and new business ventures. Prior to KCL Development, Mr. Cortez spent over twelve years in investment banking, focused primarily in the environmental industry. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Cortez was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, and prior to that he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated and Morgan Stanley International. He completed dozens of capital raising and mergers & acquisitions transactions for environmental companies, including Allied Waste, American Disposal, Casella Waste, Chem-Nuclear Services, Envirofil, ReSource NE, Sanifill, Stericycle, Superior Services, Synagro, United Waste, USA Waste, and Waste Management. Mr. Cortez received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
