Mr. Iwata came to Hitachi GST in August 2006. He began his career with Hitachi Ltd. in 1972 in the Overseas Business Department. He worked his way up through various positions until he became manager of the Business Planning Department for the Information Systems Group in 1996. From there, he joined Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) in 1997 as executive vice president. In 2000, Iwata returned to Hitachi Ltd. to serve as deputy general manager of the International Business Promotion Division. He was promoted to general manager of the Global Business Development Division in 2001. Later that year, he returned to HDS as chief executive officer. After almost five years leading HDS, he returned to Hitachi Ltd. to serve as CMO of Hitachi Ltd.'s Information and Telecommunication Systems Group. Mr. Iwata earned a B.S. of engineering degree from Waseda University in Japan.

She was also the youngest TV producer and talk show host for Shanghai Television Station, producing a weekly feature program targeting the teenager audience. Vinie has been a keen promoter of entrepreneurship and venture investing in China and sits on the board of HuaYuan Science and Technology Association, a premier mainland Chinese professional organization. She is also the founding chairperson of the HuaYuan Venture Capital Group. Mr. Takemura began his career in 1975 as an engineer in the Totsuka Works of Hitachi, Ltd. In 1992, Mr. Takemura was assigned to be a Department Manager for the System Development Department of the Telecommunications Division. In 1997, he started working in the North American telecommunications industry as the Chief Technology Officer of Hitachi Telecom (USA) Inc. From 1999 to 2002, he was the President of Hitachi Telecom (USA) Inc. In April 2002, he returned to Japan and was assigned as a General Manager of the International IT Business Operation in the Information and Telecommunication Systems of Hitachi, Ltd. He was then assigned as a General Manager of the Network Systems Solutions Division of Hitachi in 2003. In January 2006, he became a Corporate Officer of Hitachi and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Information and Telecommunication Systems of Hitachi.

Toru Motobayashi was registered as a lawyer with the Tokyo Bar Association in April 1963. In July 1971, he became a Partner of Mori, Hamada & Matsumoto (former Mori Sogo). In April 1995, he became the Chairman of the Tokyo Bar Association, and in April 2002 he became the Chairman of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations. In May 2002, he became the Commissioner of the Commercial Law Center, Inc. In June 2006, he became a Director of Hitachi Ltd. In April 2008, he became a Partner of Ihara and Motobayashi. In June 2008, he was elected a Corporate Auditor of NTT.

Mr. Kunihiro Kamiya is the Representative Director and Chairman of the Board of Hitachi-Omuron Terminal Solutions Corp., which is a new member of Hitachi group established in October 2004. Prior to his current role, Kamiya served as the Chief Operating Officer of Information & Telecommunication Systems Group and General Manager of the Eproject Solution Division for Hitachi Ltd. His responsibilities there included the successful deployment of next generation IT systems and oversight of Hitachi's eCommerce services and Procurement groups, including the company's Japan-based e-marketplace, TWX-21. Additional roles at Hitachi, Ltd. included Managing Officer of Information & Telecommunication Systems (2001), where he contributed to the establishment of financial business process reengineering for Hitachi; General Manager of Finance, Information & Telecommunication Systems, (1999); and General Manager of Finance for the Storage Technology Division (1988). Kamiya received a B.A. in business from Osaka City University.
