Travis Marshall is a 40-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. Since 1991, Mr. Marshall has been a consultant to Motorola, Inc. and served as Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer for International Telecommunications Relations. From 1970-1973 he was Vice President of Marketing Operations, Motorola Communications, and then from 1973-1991, Senior Vice President, Motorola, Inc. and Director of Government Relations. From 1965-1970 Mr. Marshall was Vice President of Marketing for E.F. Johnson Company a manufacturer of two-way radio equipment and electronics. From 1952-1965, Mr. Marshall was General Sales Manager with the Hallicrafters Company, a manufacturer of two-way radios, amateur radio equipment, and short-wave receivers. Mr. Marshall is Treasurer Emeritus of the Electronic Industries Association from whom he received the Distinguished Service Award in 1987. He has been Chairman of the American Electronic Association Government Relations Committee and is a member of the Board of the United States Telecommunications Training Institute. Mr. Marshall is a member of the Advisory Committee to the Communications and Information Policy Bureau of the U.S. Department of State. He was appointed Chairman of the United States delegation to the 1989 Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunications Union with the rank of Ambassador of the United States. He received a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in 1948, served in the Philippines as an U.S. Army Infantry Lieutenant during World War II, and was recalled for active duty during the Korean War.

Dan Moloney is president of Motorola's Home & Networks Mobility (H&NM) business. H&NM develops wired and wireless broadband systems and devices that seamlessly enable uninterrupted access to information, entertainment and communication services. The business is a world leader in providing digital video set-tops and infrastructure, cable modems and consumer gateways, cellular infrastructure, and emerging wireless broadband technologies. Prior to his current position, Moloney was president of the company's Connected Home Solutions business, which developed technologies, applications and services that create rich information, communication, and entertainment experiences in and around the home. Moloney joined General Instrument Corporation, which was later acquired by Motorola, in 1983 as a member of the corporate financial and planning staff. A 25-year veteran, he has served in various leadership positions for the Company in marketing, product management, finance and strategy. Moloney is also an honorary board member of Cable Positive. Moloney holds a master's of business administration degree in management from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. He has authored several papers on the impact of advanced services on the growth of new technology for the consumer.
Gene Delaney is president of Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Solutions (EMS) business, which is focused on Government & Public Safety (G&PS) and Enterprise Mobility. EMS designs, manufactures, installs, and services analog and digital two-way radios, voice and data communication products and systems for private networks, electronic digital assistants (EDAs), bar code scanners, RFID readers, wireless LAN infrastructure as well as end-to-end enterprise mobility solutions. Delaney joined Motorola in 1978 as a financial analyst in the communications sector. He has held leadership positions in finance, operations, general management, government relations and country management throughout his career. Delaney has extensive international experience having worked in Japan and led the international business for the Networks & Enterprise (N&E) business. Delaney holds a master's degree in finance from DePaul University and a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.

Edward Fitzpatrick is senior vice president, acting chief financial officer and corporate controller for Motorola, Inc.

Leslie Jones is senior vice president and chief information officer for Motorola. In this role, Leslie oversees all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the company's information technology architecture, systems, tools, processes and infrastructure. A seasoned IT leader, Leslie first joined Motorola in 2000, when the company acquired General Instrument, where she served as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Karen P. Tandy is senior vice president of Public Affairs and Communications for Motorola. In this capacity, Karen leads Motorola's global government affairs, external and employee communications and corporate responsibility organizations. She serves as Motorola's top public policy spokesperson on issues related to global telecom policy, trade, regulation, spectrum allocation and country relations. Karen also oversees Motorola's country managers worldwide. Karen reports directly to Greg Brown, president and CEO, and is a member of the company's senior leadership team. Prior to joining Motorola in 2007, Karen served as Administrator of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), where she managed a $2.4 billion budget and approximately 11,000 employees across the U.S. and in 86 foreign offices. Karen worked with many foreign heads of state and expanded the DEA's foreign presence by, among other things, establishing the first U.S. intelligence-sharing agreements with China and Russia. She also served on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Prior to becoming DEA Administrator, Karen was Associate Deputy Attorney General, responsible for developing national drug enforcement policy and strategies. In this capacity she also served as Director of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces. Karen previously held a variety of positions in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and in the Western District of Washington. Prior to joining the Justice Department, she clerked for the Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas. Among her awards and commendations, Karen received the Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service, the Department of Justice Award for Extraordinary Achievement, the United States Attorney Director's Award for Superior Service, the 2004 Women in Federal Law Enforcement Director's Award, the 2004 Texas Tech University School of Law Distinguished Alumna Award and the 2005 Public Service Award from the Drug Abuse Resistance Education DARE America. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Karen earned bachelor's and law degrees from Texas Tech University.

Dr. Heng is presently Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Software Technology at Motorola, Inc. His responsibilities include the development of strategic software technologies, including web-based solutions, throughout Motorola. Dennis J. Strand is the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Brightstar Corp. Dennis brings more than 20 years of experience as a proven leader in corporate finance in his tenure at Motorola. While at Motorola, Dennis earned a reputation not only for business acumen but also for his reliability as a trusted counselor and advisor to the senior executive team. In his most recent role, Dennis served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Motorolaa s $28 billion Mobile Device Business. He was instrumental in restructuring the global information systems, processes and controls, which helped contribute to rapid revenue growth, triple-digit productivity gains, and a return to leadership in markets around the world. Prior to this role, Dennis lived in Europe and was vice president of finance in the Mobile Device EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) organization and before that, Vice President of Finance for the Americas. Dennis also has served in a number of finance, treasury, joint ventures and customer financing roles. He has an MBA in international finance from DePaul University and a BS in business administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Meister, since August 2003, has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc., the general partner of Icahn Enterprises L.P., a diversified holding company engaged in a variety of businesses, including investment management, metals, real estate and home fashion. Mike Bordelon is the former Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile Devices business at Motorola, Inc., having spent more than 20 years at the global communications leader in a variety of senior management posts. In his most recent position with Motorola Mike was responsible for the company's global cellular handset design teams, and managed the design revamp of the device portfolio which included the enormously successful MOTORAZR phone. Mark Moon is Senior Vice President of Government and Commercial Markets for Motorola, Inc. He is responsible for all North America and US Federal Government operations including product management, sales, engineering, systems integration, and service. In addition, Mark is Co-Chair of Motorola's Corporate Sales and Services Council. Mark joined Motorola in 1985 as a project manager in Atlanta, Georgia. During the next several years, he served in a variety of management positions within Motorola's Service and Project Management Divisions. Mark was a key participant in the formation of the Systems Integration organization and in 1995 he became Director of Technology for Motorola's sponsorship of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Mark was promoted to Vice President and Director of Systems Integration for the Western Division in 1997 and relocated to San Diego, California. He served in this capacity for three years before assuming responsibility for the Large Projects Sales Team as Vice President and Director of Sales. In April 2002, Mark relocated to Florida to lead the Southern Division as Vice President and General Manager and was appointed as an Officer of Motorola, Inc. the following year. In 2005, Mark led the consolidation of the geographic divisions within the United States into one new organization that would focus on State and Local Government and Commercial Markets customers. In February 2005, Mark was elevated to Corporate Vice President of Government and Commercial Markets and assumed leadership of Motorola's US Federal Markets Division. In December of 2006, Mark was elevated to Senior Vice President, Motorola, Inc. Mark received a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He enjoys almost all sports, both as a participant and a spectator, and spends much of his free time participating in school and sports activities with his kids. Mark resides in North Barrington, Illinois with his wife and two children.
