Dan Carley joined Camdel Metals as the Director of Operations in February, 2006. Dan has had ongoing experience and training in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management, Planning and Inventory Control, but most importantly, Dan is a leader. He has a participative leadership style and embraces the opportunity to lead and mentor his team and work in partnership with the sales group. Prior to joining Camdel Metals, Dan served as the Director of Operations for Penn Engineering Fastening Technologies. Millard Vaughn, the Director of Engineering and Technology, joined Camdel Metals Corporation in August 1982 as the facility's Plant Engineer. Since that time, Millard has held a variety of engineering and operational positions, including Division Manger of Camdel, and Director of Operations of H&H Tube Company. During his tenure with Camdel Metals, he has enjoyed participating in the growth and success of the Company. Prior to joining Camdel Metals, Millard began his engineering career earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. Upon graduation, he worked as a Project Engineer for Nevamar Corporation, then a small division of Exxon, Lever Brothers Company, and Eastern Stainless Steel in the Baltimore area.

Don Lopez joined Camdel Metals in January of 2006 as the Manager of Sales & Marketing. Don has been instrumental in organizing Camdel's sales team and bringing customer service to new levels. Don endeavors to utilize this improved customer satisfaction approach to make the Camdel name recognized for quality and service on an international level. Don has been with Handy & Harman since July of 2002 and since then has been in various sales positions with the company including the West Coast Territory Manager as well as the Sales Manager for the Micro-Tube Fabricators division. Prior to joining Handy & Harman, Don was an Account Executive in the IT Industry and prior to that started his sales career as a Sales Engineer at Ingersoll-Rand. Don holds a BS in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
