Hanesbrands Inc.

Richard A. Noll has served as chairman of Hanesbrands since January 2009. Noll has served as the company’s chief executive officer since April 2006 and a director since the company’s formation in September 2005. From December 2002 until the completion of the spinoff in September 2006, Noll also served as a senior vice president of Sara Lee. From July 2005 to April 2006, he served as president and chief operating officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Noll served as chief executive officer of the Sara Lee Bakery Group from July 2003 to July 2005 and as the chief operating officer of the Sara Lee Bakery Group from July 2002 to July 2003. From July 2001 to July 2002, Noll was chief executive officer of Sara Lee Legwear, Sara Lee Direct and Sara Lee Mexico. He joined Sara Lee in 1992 and held a number of management positions with increasing responsibilities while employed by Sara Lee.

Gerald W. Evans Jr. has served as president, global supply chain and Asia business development for Hanesbrands since February 2008. From the completion of the spinoff in September 2006 until February 2008, Evans served as executive vice president, chief supply chain officer. From July 2005 until the completion of the spinoff, he served as a vice president of Sara Lee and as chief supply chain officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Prior to July 2005, Evans served as president and chief executive officer of Sara Lee Sportswear and Underwear from March 2003 until June 2005, and as president and chief executive officer of Sara Lee Sportswear from March 1999 to February 2003.

William J. Nictakis has served as president, chief commercial officer of Hanesbrands since November 2007. From June 2003 until November 2007, Nictakis served as president of the Sara Lee Bakery Group. From May 1999 through June 2003, he was vice president, sales, of Frito-Lay, Inc., a subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc., that manufactures, markets, sells and distributes branded snacks.

E. Lee Wyatt Jr. has served as executive vice president, chief financial officer of Hanesbrands since the completion of the spin off in September 2006. From September 2005 until the completion of the spin off, Wyatt served as a vice president of Sara Lee and as chief financial officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Prior to joining Sara Lee, he was executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Sonic Automotive, Inc. from April 2003 to September 2005, and vice president of administration and chief financial officer of Sealy Corporation from September 1998 to February 2003.

Joan P. McReynolds has served as executive vice president, chief customer officer of Hanesbrands since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. From August 2004 until the completion of the spinoff, McReynolds served as chief customer officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. From May 2003 to July 2004, she served as chief customer officer for the food, drug and mass channels of customer management for Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Prior to that, McReynolds served as vice president of sales for Sara Lee Hosiery from January 1997 to April 2003.

Joia M. Johnson has served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Hanesbrands since January 2007. From May 2000 until January 2007, Johnson served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of RARE Hospitality International, Inc., an owner, operator and franchisor of national chain restaurants. From July 1999 until May 2000, she served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of RARE Hospitality, and served as its vice president and general counsel from May 1999 until July 1999. From January 1989 until May 1999, Johnson served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of H.J. Russell & Company, a real estate development, construction and property management firm.

Kevin D. Hall has served as executive vice president, general manager - outerwear strategic business unit since November 2008. He joined Hanesbrands in June 2006 as executive vice president, chief marketing officer. From June 2005 until June 2006, Hall served on the advisory board of, and was a consultant to, Affinova, Inc., a marketing research and strategy firm. From August 2001 until June 2005, he served as senior vice president of marketing for Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Retirement Services Company, a provider of 401(k), 403(b) and other defined contribution retirement plans and services. From June 1985 to August 2001, Hall served in various marketing positions with The Procter & Gamble Company, most recently as general manager of the Vidal Sassoon business worldwide.

Kevin W. Oliver has served as executive vice president, human resources since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. From January 2006 until the completion of the spinoff, Oliver served as a vice president of Sara Lee and as senior vice president, human resources of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. From February 2005 to December 2005, he served as senior vice president, human resources for Sara Lee Food and Beverage and from August 2001 to January 2005 as vice president, human resources for the Sara Lee Bakery Group.

W. Howard Upchurch Jr. has been executive vice president, general manager of domestic innerwear for Hanesbrands since January 2008. From July 2006 to January 2008, Upchurch was senior vice president, general manager of the company’s domestic female innerwear. Upchurch was president of Sara Lee Intimate Apparel from August 2004 until June 2006. From October 2003 until July 2004, he was chief customer officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. From July 2002 until September 2003, Upchurch was president of Sara Lee Hosiery. He has served in various positions with Hanesbrands since 1987.

Andrew J. Schindler has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. From 1974 to 2005, Schindler served in various management positions with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc., including chairman of Reynolds America Inc. from December 2004 to December 2005 and chairman and chief executive officer from 1999 to 2004. Schindler currently serves on the board of directors of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. and ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Ann E. Ziegler has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since December 2008. Ms. Ziegler has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee of CDW Corporation, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education, since May 2008. From April 2005 until April 2008, Ms. Ziegler served as senior vice president, administration and chief financial officer of Sara Lee’s Food and Beverage Group. From April 2003 until April 2005, she was chief financial officer of Sara Lee’s Bakery Group. From November 2000 until April 2003, she was senior vice president, corporate development of Sara Lee. Ms. Ziegler is also a director of Unitrin, Inc.

Bobby J. Griffin has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. From March 2005 to March 2007, Griffin served as president, international operations of Ryder System, Inc. Beginning in 1986, Griffin served in various other management positions with Ryder System, Inc., including executive vice president, international operations from 2003 to March 2005 and executive vice president, global supply chain operations from 2001 to 2003.

J. Patrick Mulcahy has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. From January 2007 to the present, Mulcahy has served as chairman of the board of Energizer Holdings, Inc., and from January 2005 to January 2007, as its vice chairman. From 2000 to January 2005, he served as chief executive officer of Energizer Holdings, Inc. From 1967 to 2000, Mulcahy served in a number of management positions with Ralston Purina Company, including as co-chief executive officer from 1997 to 1999. In addition to serving on the board of directors of Energizer Holdings, Inc., Mulcahy also currently serves on the board of directors of Solutia Inc. and Ralcorp Holdings, Inc.

James C. Johnson has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since the completion of the spinoff in September 2006. Johnson has served as vice president and assistant general counsel of the Boeing commercial airplanes division of The Boeing Company since August 2007. From July 2004 until August 2007, he served as vice president, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel of The Boeing Company, and continued to serve as corporate secretary until December 2007. Prior to July 2004, Johnson served in various positions with The Boeing Company beginning in 1998, including senior vice president, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel from September 2002 until a management reorganization in July 2004, and as vice president, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel from July 2001 until September 2002. Johnson currently serves on the board of directors of Ameren Corporation.

Jessica T. Mathews has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since October 2006. She has been president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since 1997. Mathews was a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations from 1993 to 1997, and in 1993 she also served in the United States Department of State as deputy to the Undersecretary of State for Global Affairs. From 1982 to 1993, she was founding vice president and director of research of the World Resources Institute, a center for policy research on environmental and natural-resource management issues. Mathews served on the editorial board of The Washington Post from 1980 to 1982. From 1977 to 1979, she was director of the Office of Global Issues of the National Security Council. Mathews is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission and serves as a trustee of numerous nonprofit organizations.

Ronald L. Nelson has served as a member of the Hanesbrands board since July 2008. Nelson has been chairman and chief executive officer of Avis Budget Group, Inc. since August 2006. Avis Budget Group, Inc. is the legal successor to Cendant Corporation, which split into three separate public companies as of Aug. 1, 2006. Prior to the split, Nelson was a director of Cendant Corporation from April 2003, chief financial officer from May 2003 until August 2006, and president from October 2004 to August 2006. Nelson was also chairman and chief executive officer of Cendant Corporation’s vehicle rental business from January 2006 to August 2006. From December 2005 to April 2006, Nelson was interim chief executive officer of Cendant Corporation’s former travel distribution division. From April 2003 to May 2003, Nelson was senior executive vice president, finance. From November 1994 to March 2003, Nelson was co-chief operating officer of DreamWorks SKG. He was also executive vice president, chief financial officer and a director at Paramount Communications, Inc., formerly Gulf + Western Industries, Inc.
