Kevin Carroll has dedicated more than three decades to prosthetics and is considered the "go-to" practitioner for the most challenging prosthetic fittings. Carroll currently serves as vice president of prosthetics for Hanger Orthopedic Group, Bethesda, Maryland, and his professional background encompasses the roles of researcher, educator, international speaker, and clinician. He is a member of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM), and the British Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BAPO). He also serves as professional advisor to the Amputee Coalition of America (ACA). Carroll's practice began in his native country of Ireland in 1978 at the National Medical Rehabilitation Center, Dublin. In 1984, he moved to the United States, later becoming vice president of prosthetics for NovaCare Sabolich Orthotics & Prosthetics, Burnsville, Minnesota.

Eric A. Green is a Managing Director of Cyrus Capital Partners. Previously he was a co-founder and managing partner of Castle Hill Investment Management, a New York-based alternative investment firm. Prior thereto, Mr. Green was a Senior Partner of FriedbergMilstein, where he was responsible for structured investments, including mezzanine and growth equity transactions. Previously, he was a Partner-Group Head and Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Partners, responsible for mezzanine/growth equity and structured investments. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group at BNP Paribas where he was responsible for mezzanine, growth equity and structured investments. Previously, Mr. Green held corporate planning and other financial positions at GE Capital and GE Company. Mr. Green has served on numerous public and private company boards of directors.

Amit Bhanti is clinical director of Orthotics and works as the education and residency coordinator for the Hanger Orthopedic Group. His responsibilities include managing patients on a day-to-day basis, leading the newly established residency program in orthotics and prosthetics, setting up educational seminars and symposiums for related professionals, and conducting research and developing new procedures and devices to treat musculoskeletal pathologies. Bhanti received the Best Student Researcher Award by the Orthotic and Prosthetic Society of India in 1997, developed a new type of brace to manage a common foot/ankle pathology, and was recently appointed as International Faculty at Indraprastha University of Health Science in India. He's co-chair of the Social Committee and an active member of the International Service Committee of the Peoria Downtown Rotary, serves on the board of the Indo-American Society of Peoria, started an amputee golf tournament in Peoria last year, is actively involved in Christmas in April, and volunteers at Tyng School.

Ray joined Cutlass Capital in 2001 as a member of our Advisory Board and as a Venture Partner in 2006. Ray has over 30 years of health care industry experience. Prior to Cutlass Capital, he was CEO of Eunoe, a venture-backed start-up medical device company, from 2003 to 2005. From 1983 to 1997, Ray served as CEO of Nellcor Puritan Bennett (NYSE: NPB), a $1 billion revenue medical device company with over 4000 employees sold to Mallinckrodt for $2 billion. He was also the National Sales Manager for Bentley Laboratories from 1976 to 1983 and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1975. Ray has also been a Principal of health care merchant bank Group Outcome since 2000 and has served as Chairman and Director on the board of numerous public and private health care companies. He is also a former President of AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association, previously Health Industry Manufacturers Association). Ray is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's College (Moraga, CA) and has a BS from LaSalle University.

Cynthia L. Feldmann, retired CPA currently serves as member of the board and chair of the audit committee of STERIS Corporation, a company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of sterilization and decontamination equipment, consumables and services for healthcare, scientific, research, industrial and governmental customers throughout the world, and is also a member of the board and the nominating & governance committee and chair of the audit committee of Hayes Lemmerz International Inc., a worldwide producer of aluminum and steel wheels for passenger cars, trucks and trailers and a supplier of brakes and powertrain components. Previously, Ms. Feldmann served as Business Development Officer at Palmer & Dodge LLP, a Boston-based law firm, with a specialty in serving life sciences companies. From 1994-2002, she was a Partner at KPMG LLP, holding various leadership roles in the firm's Medical Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences industry groups. Ms. Feldmann also was National Partner-in-Charge of Coopers & Lybrand's Life Sciences practice from 1989-1994, among other leadership positions she held during her 18-year career there. Ms. Feldmann was a founding board member of Mass Medic, a Massachusetts trade association for medical technology companies, where she also served as treasurer and as a member of the board's Executive Committee during her tenure from 1997-2001.

In this role, Quinn led planners and analysts in executing value-added financial planning, reporting, forecasting, business case development, and diagnostic analyses. In addition, he provided real-time support of strategic decision making. He subsequently served in several other capacities with the Disney organization, including Manager, Operations Chief of Staff, where he supported the Chief Operating Officer in the immediate execution and opening of the brand new Disneyland Resort. Previously, as Manager, Operations Planning Resort Expansion Planning, he had the opportunity to lead a multi-organization effort to devise and implement comprehensive transportation, parking, and logistics strategies. Quinn's first assignment at the Disneyland Resort was Senior Business Planner in Strategic Planning. Preceding Quinn's five year tenure with the Walt Disney Company, Quinn was a Naval Nuclear Submariner with the United States Navy, based in San Diego, California. Quinn served as a Division Officer, rotating through various divisions including Damage Control, Chemistry & Radiological Controls, Communications, and Quality Assurance. Quinn graduated Phi Kappa Phi, with Distinction, from the United States Naval Academy in 1991, earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering. While at the Naval Academy, Quinn gained leadership distinction, as he was ranked in the top five of 970 classmates in leadership and received the award as the most distinguished athlete in academics, athletics, and leadership. He also was recognized for the athletic talent he displayed as a member of the lacrosse team, being named Division I All-American and Academic All-American. Upon graduation from the United States Naval Academy, Quinn entered the Navy Nuclear Power Program. Quinn participated in the Master degree equivalent program in nuclear engineering with emphasis on react theory, design, and operation. In 1993, Quinn graduated at the top ten percent of his class. In 1998, Quinn received his Master in Business Administration with Second Year Honors from Harvard Business School. Currently, Quinn serves as President of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association s Los Angeles Chapter and as Director of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association s Orange County Chapter.

Philadelphia, PA--Matthew J. Mikosz, CP has been hired as a practice manager for the Hanger Patient Care Center in Philadelphia, PA. Mikosz specializes in upper extremity prosthetics. Mikosz has been working in the prosthetic and orthotic industry for seven years. Prior to joining Hanger's staff, Mikosz was a staff certified prosthetist for five years with Allied Orthotics and Prosthetics, LLC based out of Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital, Mikosz gained experience providing prosthetic services to many area hospitals and he had the opportunity to work with international patients from Greece, Pakistan, Israel, Chile, Japan, and Puerto Rico. Mikosz has extensive experience with upper extremity myoelectrics. He has treated all levels of upper extremity amputations from bilateral shoulder disarticulations to wrist disarticulations. Mikosz also has experience working in Moss Rehabilitation Hospital's gait analysis laboratory where he worked closely with the therapists and physicians to optimize prosthetic gait for lower extremity amputees.
