We own and operate the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas (the Hard Rock ), which we believe is a premier destination entertainment resort with a rock music theme. The Hard Rock consists of, among other amenities, an 11-story hotel tower with 642 stylishly furnished hotel rooms, an approximately 30,000 square-foot uniquely styled circular casino, a retail store, jewelry store, a lingerie store, a nightclub, a banquet facility, a concert hall, a beach club, quality restaurants, cocktail lounges and a spa. We believe that we have successfully differentiated the Hard Rock in the Las Vegas hotel, resort and casino market by targeting a predominantly youthful and hip customer base, which consists primarily of rock music fans and youthful individuals, as well as actors, musicians and other members of the entertainment industry. Substantially all of our current business is comprised of our operations at the Hard Rock. For the quarter ended June 30, 2009, our gross revenues were derived 23.1% from gaming operations, 39.3% from food and beverage operations, 16.2% from lodging and 21.4% from retail and other sales. For the six month period ended June 30, 2009, our gross revenues were derived 27.9% from gaming operations, 37.6% from food and beverage operations, 17.7% from lodging and 16.8% from retail and other sales. ...
