MoSys' patented 1T-SRAM and 1T-Flash memory technologies offer a combination of high density, low power consumption, high speed and low cost advantages that are unmatched by other available memory technologies for a variety of networking, computing, storage and consumer/graphics applications. MoSys' silicon-proven interface IP portfolio includes DDR3/2 Combo PHYs, as well as SerDes IP that support data rates from 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps) to 11Gbps, across a wide range of standards, including PCI-Express, XAUI, SATA, USB and 10G KR. Mr. Perham has been a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Since retiring from Integrated Device Technology in 2000, Mr. Perham has been chairman of the board of NetLogic Microsystems (NASDAQ:NETL), chairman of the board at QuickSil a mixed signal foundry, chairman of the board of Optimal Corporation, Corporate Advisor to Imera Systems and Venture Partner with AsiaTech Management. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology (NASDAQ:IDTI). He was appointed president and elected to the board of directors in 1986. During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology, Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham was president and CEO of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon. Leonard Perham, Mr. Perham was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2007. Mr. Perham was one of the original investors of MoSys and served on our Board of Directors from 1991 to 1997. Until his retirement from Integrated Device Technology, Inc., or IDT, in 2000, Mr. Perham served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1991 and President and board member from 1986. In his role at IDT, one of our early investors, Mr. Perham served on our board of directors from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Perham has served as chairman of the board of directors of NetLogic Microsystems, a fabless semiconductor company, and has been a venture partner with AsiaTech Management, a venture capital firm. Wingyu Leung. Dr. Leung has served as our Executive Vice President, Engineering, and Chief Technical Officer and as a member of our board of directors since April 1992. Dr. Leung also served as our Secretary from April 1992 until May 1996 and again from May 1997 until August 2000. Prior to joining us, Dr. Leung served as a technology consultant to several high technology companies, including Rambus, Inc., a developer of a high-speed chip-to-chip interface technology. Prior to that time, Dr. Leung served as a member of the technical staff of Rambus, and as a senior engineering manager at Integrated Device Technology, Inc., where he managed and participated in circuit design activities. Dr. Leung holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, a M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sundari Mitra is Chief Executive Officer at Prism Circuits Inc. She has more than 20 years of semiconductor experience leading teams of over 200 engineers for major microprocessor and chip design efforts at Sun Microsystems and Intel. Her leadership and engineering management helped create the original 386SL/486SL microprocessors at Intel and the UltraSPARC microprocessor family at Sun Microsystems. Sundari's innovations in analog/mixed signal design for Interface/IO design, clock distribution, clock management and power management for highly complex semiconductor designs lead to the initial ideas behind Prism Circuits. Sundari has 8 patents and participates on the boards of three companies as advisor. She has an MSEE from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BSEE from MSU Baroda (India).

Mr. Hingarh brings over 30 years of executive management experience in engineering and product line management to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was vice president of engineering at Hellosoft, Inc., an IP licensor of embedded system software for convergence mobile platforms. Before that, he was senior vice president of engineering at Silicon Access Networks. He has also served as senior director of engineering at Sun Microsystems and product line director at National Semiconductor, and was involved in many key technology developments at Fairchild Research Center. Mr. Hingarh earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the BITS Pilani, India and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. DeMaria is a successful executive with over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. Prior to Cadence, he was group vice president of the systems business at Viewlogic and managing director of Zuken-Redac. Mr. Singh adds 25 years of experience to the MoSys team. He joins the company from Synfora, an EDA company where he was vice president of sales and marketing. He previously served as the vice president of worldwide sales of Virage Logic and was executive vice-president and general manager at 3Dlabs. Prior to 3Dlabs, Mr. Singh was vice president of Dupont Pixel. Mr. Singh graduated with honors from Kings College, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, receiving a combined masters degree in English Literature.

Kamesh Rao is widely recognized as one of the world's foremost non-volatile memory design experts. He is Director of Engineering, NVM Products at MoSys inc. He was Director of design at Xilinx inc. in their CPLD division and Xilinx Research Labs. He holds over 32 patents worldwide on various aspects of non-volatile memory, CPLD and FPGA designs. He received Ross Freeman Award for Technical Innovation in 1996. He managed a high-level system design tools project at IMEC, Belgium. He previously worked in non-volatile memory design at National Semiconductor, Signetics, intel and Catalyst Semiconductor. He designed the first Flash memory product for intel in 1986. He holds two Ph.Ds, in Solid State Physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and in Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance from Andhra University, Waltair, India. He was an Assistant Professor of Physics for 4 years at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Chi-Ping Hsu. Dr. Hsu was appointed to our board of directors on August 12, 2004. Dr. Hsu is currently a Vice President at Cadence Design Systems in charge of the company s synthesis product lines, which position he has held since April 2003. From November 2001 to April 2003, Dr. Hsu was President and Chief Operating Officer of Get2Chip, a supplier of high-performance system-on-chip synthesis, which was acquired by Cadence. From January 1995 to November 2001, Dr. Hsu was a member of the Executive Staff at Avant! where he was responsible for directing the company s product and business strategy. Jim Kupec brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in semiconductor development and operations to eSilicon. Kupec's prior experience includes president of UMC USA, with worldwide marketing, sales and field engineering responsibilities for UMC's silicon foundry operations. Tommy Eng has over 20 years of corporate management, engineering management, and entrepreneurial experience in software/hardware design, system/IC design, IP business, design services business, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Tommy is a partner in EXA Ventures, a venture capital investment firm specializing in IT, semiconductor, communications, multimedia technology/services/content, software, and the incubation of early stage technology companies. Before founding EXA Ventures, Tommy held various executive and engineering positions at Tera Systems, Mentor Graphics, Silicon Compiler Systems, and Bell Labs. Tommy also serves on the board of directors of MoSys and Focus Enhancements, both publicly-traded semiconductor companies, and five other private companies.
