Gary Loveman is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. A former associate professor at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, Loveman joined the Fortune 500 company as Chief Operating Officer in 1998 and drew on his extensive background in retail marketing and service-management to develop and implement the gaming industry's most successful loyalty program, Total Rewards. Today, Total Rewards boasts more than 40 million customers and is largely responsible for the company's consistent same-store sales gains. Since being named CEO in January 2003, Loveman has presided over a period of growth and profitability that culminated in Harrah's June 2005 acquisition of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. -- at $9.4 billion, the largest single transaction in the industry's history. In December 2006, Harrah's agreed to go private in a $29 billion transaction led by private equity firms Texas Pacific Group and Apollo. Harrah's performance has led to its inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, a group of international companies noted for creating long-term shareholder value, for six consecutive years. It also earned Loveman the distinction of being recognized as the gaming and lodging industry's best CEO by Institutional Investor magazine for four consecutive years. Loveman is the chairman of the American Gaming Association and an outside director of Coach, Inc. He also sits on the Board of Trustees at Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston and on the Trust Board at Children's Hospital Boston. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from M.I.T., where he was an Alfred Sloan Doctoral Dissertation Fellow, and a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University.

J. Carlos Tolosa is President of the Eastern Division of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. In that capacity, he is responsible for the company’s casino operations in New Jersey, North Carolina, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas and Missouri. Tolosa began his career with the company in 1971 and held various management positions with Holiday Inns, Inc., a former parent company of Harrah’s Entertainment. In 1993, Tolosa rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for Embassy Suites Hotels, a division of Promus Hotels, also a former parent company of Harrah’s Entertainment. A year later, he assumed the role of Division President for Harrah’s Indian Gaming, overseeing properties in several U.S. states. And prior to his current role, he was President of the company’s Western Division. Tolosa graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1973 and the Advanced Management for the Hospitality Industry (ALPHI) program at the University of Guelph-Ontario, Canada in 1984.

John Payne is Central Division President of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. In this role, he oversees the operations of the company’s nine casino properties in Louisiana, Indiana and Mississippi. Payne joined Harrah’s in 1995 as a President’s Associate, then subsequently held Assistant General Manager positions at Harrah’s Prairie Band in Mayetta, Kan., and at the company’s former East Chicago property. In March 2000, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s former property in Lake Charles, La., and two years later, he assumed the same role at Harrah’s New Orleans. He was promoted to Gulf Coast Regional President in 2005 before becoming Atlantic City Regional President later in the year. Payne is active in several charitable, civic and community organizations, including the Jewish Community Center of Atlantic County, Shore Memorial Hospital, the Casino Association of New Jersey, the New Orleans Metropolitan Visitors and Convention Bureau, the New Orleans Tourist Marketing Corporation and the Audubon Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University and a master’s degree in business, finance and marketing from Northwestern University.

Tom Jenkin is President of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.'s Western Division, which encompasses the company's 14 casino properties in Nevada, Arizona and California. Jenkin joined the company in 1975 as a fry cook at Harrah's Las Vegas. In 1993, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah's Laughlin, and five years later, he was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah's Las Vegas. Jenkin assumed oversight of the Rio and Harrah's Laughlin in 2001 and 2002, respectively, before being named to his current position in January 2004. Jenkin has served two terms as President of the Laughlin, NV, Chamber of Commerce and has also served on the executive boards of the United Way of the Colorado River, the Mohave County Airport Authority, the Clark County Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Laughlin Tourism Committee. In 1996, he was named Laughlin's Citizen of the Year. He is currently the Chairman of the Nevada Resort Association and a member of the Board of Directors for Olive Crest, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and Las Vegas Events.

Mr. Sells, 68, a private investor, was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Revco D.S., Inc., a retail pharmacy chain, from September 1987 to October 1992 and was President of that company from April 1988 to June 1992. He has been a director of the Company since February 1990. He is a member of the Human Resources and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees of the Board.

Jan L. Jones is Senior Vice President of Communications and Government Relations for Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. In that role, she oversees government relations, corporate communications and community relations for the company. Prior to joining Harrah's in 1999, Jones served two terms as mayor of the city of Las Vegas. During her eight-year tenure, Las Vegas was the fastest growing city in America and was named the No. 1 city in the nation for entrepreneurs by Inc. magazine. Jones is the former chairwoman of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the former director of the Nevada Resorts Association and has held senior positions with the Nevada state arm of the Democratic National Committee. She currently serves as a director of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Campaign Fund in Washington, D.C. She is also a member of the Women's Leadership Board at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Jones has been honored by the American Diabetes Association and the "I Have A Dream" Foundation, and she was named Humanitarian of the Year in 1998 by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2005 she was honored by the Women of Diversity in their project "100 Years of Influence - The Role of Women Shaping the First 100 Years of Las Vegas." Jones holds a bachelor's degree in English from Stanford University and attended the University of Southern California's School of Food Marketing Management.

Mary Thomas is the senior vice president of human resources for Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. In that capacity, she will develop and implement business plans and strategies for all companywide human resources functions, as well as day-to-day human resources operations. Prior to joining Harrah's in 2006, Thomas served in a variety of leadership roles at Allied Domecq Spirits & Wines and during her 17 years with that company, Mary held HR positions in Europe and Asia. Her most recent role was senior vice president of human resources North America. Thomas holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Central England.

Mr. Horn, 65, a private investor, was Chairman of the Board of First Tennessee National Corporation, a banking corporation, from January 1996 until December 2003. He was a director of that company from July 1991 to December 2003 and was its Chief Executive Officer from April 1994 to July 2002, its President from July 1991 to July 2002, and its Chief Operating Officer from 1991 to 1994. He is also a director of Gaylord Entertainment Company, a hospitality and entertainment company, and Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., an umbrella partnership real estate investment trust. He has been a director of the Company since July 1995. He is a member of the Human Resources and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees of the Board.

David Bonderman has served as a director of Ryanair Holdings and Ryanair Limited since August 23, 1996 and as Chairman of the Board of Ryanair Holdings and Ryanair Limited since December 1996. In 1992, Mr. Bonderman co-founded Texas Pacific Group, a private equity investment firm. He currently serves as an officer and director of the general partner and manager of Texas Pacific Group. Mr. Bonderman is also an officer, director and shareholder of 1996 Air G.P., Inc., which owns shares of Ryanair. Mr. Bonderman serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Burger King Holdings, Inc., CoStar Group, Inc. and GemAlto N.V.

Eric L. Press has been a director of Affinion since October 17, 2005. Mr. Press is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P. He has been employed with Apollo Management, L.P. since 1998 and has served as an officer of certain affiliates of Apollo Management, L.P. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Press was associated with the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz specializing in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and related financing transactions. Mr. Press serves on several boards of directors, including Metals USA, Inc., Noranda Aluminum, Inc., Oceania Cruise Holdings, Inc. and Quality Distribution, Inc. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. Press was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.

Kelvin L. Davis, 45, was appointed to Graphic Packaging Holding Company’s Board on March 10, 2008. Mr. Davis is a Senior Partner of TPG Capital and Head of the firm’s North American Buyouts Group, incorporating investments in all non-technology industry sectors. Prior to joining TPG in 2000, Mr. Davis was President and Chief Operating Officer of Colony Capital, Inc., a private international real estate-related investment firm in Los Angeles, which he co-founded in 1991. Prior to the formation of Colony, Mr. Davis was a principal of RMB Realty, Inc., the real estate investment vehicle of Robert M. Bass. Prior to his affiliation with RMB Realty, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City and with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas and Los Angeles. Mr. Davis earned a B.A. degree (Economics) from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar, a John L. Loeb Fellow, and a Wolfe Award recipient. Mr. Davis is a director of Kraton Polymers LLC, Aleris International, Inc., Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. and Univision Communications Inc. He is also a ten-year Director (and past Chairman) of Los Angeles Team Mentoring, Inc. (a charitable mentoring organization), is a director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, and is on the Board of Overseers and Art Collections Council of the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens.

Swann is president of Swann, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in marketing and communications and managing director of Diamond Edge Capital Partners, LLC, a New York based finance company. Mr. Swann currently sits on the board of directors of H. J. Heinz Company, Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, Harrah’s Entertainment, Empower and Transdel Pharmaceuticals. He was also chairman of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports from 2002-2005. A former All-Pro wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers and 2001 Hall of Famer, he spent 29 years with ABC Sports as a sports analyst and broadcaster before retiring in 2006. Since 1980 he has been the National Spokesman for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. He now serves on their National Board of Directors and was President of the national board from 1993 – 1995. Mr. Swann holds a B.A. degree in public relations from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Dr. Charena Swann, and their two sons reside in Pittsburgh. "
