Gene Cavallucci is vice president—general counsel of Harris Corporation.
Mr. Cavallucci joined Harris in 1990. He was previously vice president—counsel for the company's government-related businesses, Harris Government Communications Systems Division and Harris RF Communications Division, and he also served as director of Business Conduct for Harris.
Prior to joining Harris, he served as vice president-general counsel and secretary for DBA Systems, Inc., in Melbourne, Florida. Previously, he was a partner in a Melbourne law firm. Before entering private practice in 1980, he spent seven years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force. In his last assignment, he served as Chief of Contracts at the Eastern Space and Missile Center, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.
Mr. Cavallucci earned a bachelor's degree in labor management relations from Penn State University and a law degree from Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. He also earned a master's of law degree in government procurement law from George Washington University Law Center.
Mr. Cavallucci is admitted to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American and Florida Bar Associations. He has served as Florida State co-chairperson of the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association, and chair of the South Brevard County Bar Grievance Committee. He has been a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 1978 and was elected an NCMA Fellow in May 1992.
He is an adjunct professor at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, where he has taught graduate courses in government contract administration and contract negotiations. He is also on the Board of Overseers of Florida Tech's College of Business.
Mr. Cavallucci serves on the Legal Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Law Council of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He formerly served as Chair of the Government Contracts Council of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. While serving as the Harris Director of Business Conduct, he was a member of the Defense Industry Initiative (DII) Working Group.
He was elected to the Health First, Inc., Board of Directors in 2007 and also serves on the Holmes Regional Medical Center's Board of Directors.

Gary L. McArthur is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Harris Corporation. His responsibilities include oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, Sarbanes Oxley 302 and 404 compliance, financial planning, banking/investment banking relationships, financial controls, capital structure, accounting, audit, financial services, tax, and treasury. In addition, he plays a key role in the development of the corporation’s strategic growth plan and the evaluation, execution, and integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. McArthur assumed the position of vice president and chief financial officer in March 2006. Previously, he served as vice president of finance and treasurer, vice president of corporate development, and director of corporate development. He joined Harris in 1997.
Before joining Harris, Mr. McArthur was chief financial officer of 3D/EYE, Inc. Previously he spent 13 years in various finance and accounting positions including executive director–Mexico, and director of mergers and acquisitions at Nextel Communications, Inc.; associate of corporate finance at Lehman Brothers, serving technology, telecommunications, media, and defense customers. He was also the vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Cellcom Corporation, and was a consultant on emerging business services and staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche.
He served on the boards of directors of Live TV and Terion Inc. (both Harris technology spin-outs) prior to their acquisitions by JetBlue and GE, respectively. At Terion, he was also the chairman of the audit committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and the CFO Executive Board.
Mr. McArthur has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Tookes retired from Raytheon Company in December 2002. Since joining Raytheon in 1999 he has served as president of Raytheon International, chairman and chief executive officer of Raytheon Aircraft and executive vice president of Raytheon Company. From 1980 to 1999 Mr. Tookes served United Technologies Corporation as president of Pratt and Whitney's Large Military Engines Group and in a variety of other leadership positions. He is a director of Ryder Systems Inc., BBA Aviation plc, FPL Group, Inc. and Harris Corporation and a member of the National Academies Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board. Director since 2001. Age 59.
Howard L. Lance is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS). Harris is a leading global provider of communications and information technology products, software, systems, and services to government, defense, and commercial markets. Corporate headquarters are located in Melbourne, Florida, and 16,000 employees serve customers in more than 150 countries. The Company has annual revenue of $5.4 billion. Mr. Lance was appointed president and chief executive officer in January 2003 and elected to the Board of Directors. He was elected chairman in June 2003.
Before joining Harris, Mr. Lance was president of NCR Corporation and chief operating officer of its Retail and Financial Group. Previously, he spent 17 years with Emerson Electric Co., where he held senior management positions including executive vice president of its Electronics and Telecommunications segment; chief executive officer and director of its Astec electronics subsidiary in Hong Kong; group vice president of its Climate Technologies segment; and president of its Copeland Refrigeration division.
Mr. Lance, age 53, was born in East Peoria, Illinois, and began his career at Caterpillar, Inc., in their engineering co-op program. He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University, and a master of science degree in management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Mr. Lance was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Mr. Lance is a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSTX), and Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN); chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Brevard County, Florida; and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Florida Institute of Technology, and the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association.
Mr. Lance was recognized as “Best Chairman” by the American Business Awards. FLORIDA TODAY named him “Citizen of the Year” in 2006 for his work with area charities and universities in central Florida. He was also recognized by the American Electronics Association of Florida as its “Technology Executive of the Year” in 2005.
Mr. Lance and his wife, Christine, reside in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. They have two sons and one daughter and are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Dr. James C. Stoffel, 62, is a retired Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, and Director of Research and Development of Eastman Kodak Company, a film and digital imaging company. He held this position from 2000 to April 2005. He joined Kodak in 1997 as Vice President, Director Electronic Imaging Products Research and Development and became Director of Research and Engineering in 1998. Prior to joining Kodak, he was with Xerox Corporation where he began his career in 1972. His most recent position with Xerox was Vice President, Corporate Research and Technology.
Dr. Stoffel has been a member of our Board since August 2003 and is a member of the Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee.
Dr. Stoffel is also a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. and a trustee of the George Eastman House museum. He serves on the Advisory Board for Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the advisory board of ASTRI, Hong Kong.

Jeffrey S. Shuman is vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Relations. He is responsible for planning and implementing Harris Corporation's human resources and corporate relations strategy. He also directs the development of the company's work force, including talent acquisition, leadership development and training, employee relations, organization change and effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. These organizations serve the company through the design, development, and execution of services and solutions.
Before joining Harris in August 2005, Mr. Shuman had been vice president of Human Resources and Administration for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology business, and he had been senior vice president of Human Resources for Litton Information Systems Group when it was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2001. Previously, he was vice president of Human Resources for AlliedSignal's technical service business, and prior to that had a 14-year career in Operations and Human Resources with Avon Products.
Mr. Shuman earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from The Citadel. Following graduation, he served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Army. He has completed executive development programs in business and human resources at the University of Michigan, Harvard Business School, the Center for Creative Leadership, University of Virginia's Darden School, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School, and Cornell University. He also participated in a U.S. Executive Exchange Program with the People's Republic of China.
Mr. Shuman has served as chairman of the Greater Baltimore-Washington, DC, chapter of INROADS, a national organization that develops and places talented minority youth in business and industry, and he has supported the Private Sector Council in key initiatives with the Department of Education and the Department of Homeland Security. He also has been a regular guest on "Your Career Partners," a Washington, DC-based radio talk show, and has been a guest speaker at Harvard Executive Development, Cornell, and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).
Mr. Shuman is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Professionals, Human Resources Planning Society, Human Resource 50, and serves on the Board of Governors for the Florida Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for Wuesthoff Health System, Enterprise Florida, and University of Florida Foundation.
Jeremy C. Wensinger is President of Cobham Defense Electronic Systems Division (CDES). Previous to joining Cobham in September 2008, Jeremy Wensinger was group president of Government Communications Systems for Harris Corporation, leading the company's civil business unit, intelligence business unit, and IT services subsidiary. He managed the shared engineering, operations, business development and strategic marketing resources pool for the government businesses which comprised of over 8,000 employees. Jeremy joined Harris in 1989 and before his role as group president of Government Communications Systems, he was group president of Integrated Systems and Services. Prior to that, Jeremy was vice president and general manager of Harris Broadcast Communications Division, where he led the transformation of the division, through strategic acquisition, from a transmission product supplier to a total content delivery solutions provider and a leader in the broadcast industry. Previously, Jeremy was vice president and general manager of Harris Technical Services Corporation, creating one of the fastest growing businesses within Harris. Harris Technical Services Corporation delivers both mission support services and outsourcing services to a broad range of US Government customers. He was operations manager for the Avionics business area of the former Harris Government Aerospace Systems Division and manager of strategic planning for the former Harris Electronic Systems Sector. He also served as controller for the former Harris Information Systems Division and as director of programs responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Before joining Harris Corporation, Jeremy was a commercial analyst at Society National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. Jeremy holds a BS degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University, and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University General Manager Program.

Leon V. Shivamber is the vice president-Supply Chain Management and Operations for Harris Corporation. Mr. Shivamber provides companywide leadership in the areas of procurement, logistics, and operations strategy and execution. He joined Harris in 2004.
Before joining Harris, Mr. Shivamber founded Vertisync, a New York-based supply chain service company, where he successfully built alliances with leading supply chain infrastructure and service providers. From 1996 to 2001, he held senior positions for supply chain management, product management, and strategic planning at Arrow Electronics, a global distributor of electronic components and provider of supply chain and value-added solutions to more than 175,000 customers. Prior to joining Arrow Electronics, he spent 10 years in management consulting with McKinsey and Company and New York Consulting Partners, where he led supply chain and operations activities for U.S. and international clients.
He earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College of the City University of New York, and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

Leslie F. Kenne, Lieutenant General USAF (Ret.), 60, retired in September 2003 from the U.S. Air Force, where she had most recently been Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration at Air Force headquarters in Washington, D.C. Previously, she commanded the Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts. She also directed a number of major procurement programs, including the F-16 and Joint Strike Fighter programs. Following her retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Ms. Kenne became President of The Kenne Group, a private independent consulting firm for various defense companies and/or agencies. Ms. Kenne has been a member of our Board since April 2004 and is Chairperson of the Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Lewis Hay III, 52, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FPL Group, Inc., a public utility holding company, and is Chairman of both Florida Power and Light Company and FPL Energy, LLC. He joined FPL Group in 1999 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From March 2000 until December 2001, he served as President of FPL Groupa s competitive energy subsidiary, FPL Energy, LLC. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer of FPL Group in June 2001 and relinquished the title of President in December 2006. He was named Chairman in January 2002. Mr. Hay has been a member of our Board since February 2002 and is Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Pamela Padgett is vice president—Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Harris Corporation. She is responsible for planning and implementing investor relations strategies and programs and coordinating companywide programs for media relations and marketing communications.
Ms. Padgett joined Harris in 1996. She was formerly vice president–Mergers and Acquisitions at MC Financial Services Ltd., a wholly owned investment banking subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. Prior to joining MC Financial Services Ltd. in 1990, she was with Home Group Capital Markets, and previously with Coopers & Lybrand.

Ricardo A. Navarro is vice president—Corporate Development. He is responsible for the identification, negotiations, and integration of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other alliances of the company.
Prior to assuming this position in 2005, Mr. Navarro had been senior vice president-Business Development and Integration for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Before joining Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Mr. Navarro was senior vice president of Corporate Development for Solectron Corporation, a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services. Previously he served for 10 years as vice president—Corporate Development for Honeywell International where he structured a multibillion dollar series of global transactions in a broad spectrum of industries, including aerospace, electronics, distributed power, industrial and marine, and information technology. Prior to joining Honeywell, he served in mergers and acquisitions, and financial positions with Citicorp, Bank of America, and Citibank. He began his career as a structural engineer with Rockwell International.
Mr. Navarro was graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in structural engineering and received an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
Robert K. Henry is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Harris Corporation. In this role, Mr. Henry oversees the company’s government businesses in addition to providing leadership to a broad group of corporate functions, including research and development, technology transfer, acquisition integration, facilities, supply chain management, manufacturing, information systems, government affairs, contracts, and security.
Mr. Henry joined Harris Corporation in 1997 as vice president–general manager of the former Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD), which developed and produced ground-based, terrestrial, and satellite communication systems; electronic warfare simulation and evaluation systems; networks for command, control, communication, and intelligence applications; and high-technology applications for special systems. In 2003, he was named senior vice president of Harris Corporation and president of GCSD, and in 2006, he was promoted to the position of executive vice president of the company and president of GCSD.
Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Henry was vice president of Engineering for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin company headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. He held positions of increasing responsibility during his career there, including vice president–general manager of the Information Systems Division.
Mr. Henry has a broad technical, business, and operations background with 34 years in the aero-space and defense industry, including 8 years with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Communications Command) and the Defense Communications Agency.
Mr. Henry has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in management from Frostburg University.
He is a member of the Air Force Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Navy League of the United States, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Security Affairs Support Association, the Association of the United States Army, the United States Space Foundation, the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is a former chairman of the board for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for MILCOM through 2009.

Scott T. Mikuen is vice president—associate general counsel and corporate secretary of Harris Corporation. He is responsible for corporate legal issues, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, and transaction matters.
Mr. Mikuen joined Harris in 1996 and was most recently vice president—counsel with responsibility for Harris' corporate and commercial division legal affairs. He also served as assistant secretary to the board of directors.
Prior to joining Harris, he served as a partner in a Long Island, New York, law firm.
Mr. Mikuen earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University and a law degree from the Harvard Law School.
He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. Mr. Mikuen is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Officers, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

David B. Rickard, 61, is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation, a retail pharmacy chain and provider of healthcare services and pharmacy benefits management. He has held this position since joining CVS in September 1999. Prior to joining CVS, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RJR Nabisco Holdings Corporation from March 1997 to August 1999. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of International Distillers and Vintners Americas.
Mr. Rickard has been a member of our Board since October 2001 and is Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee.
