Howard L. Lance is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS). Harris is a leading global provider of communications and information technology products, software, systems, and services to government, defense, and commercial markets. Corporate headquarters are located in Melbourne, Florida, and 16,000 employees serve customers in more than 150 countries. The Company has annual revenue of $5.4 billion. Mr. Lance was appointed president and chief executive officer in January 2003 and elected to the Board of Directors. He was elected chairman in June 2003. Before joining Harris, Mr. Lance was president of NCR Corporation and chief operating officer of its Retail and Financial Group. Previously, he spent 17 years with Emerson Electric Co., where he held senior management positions including executive vice president of its Electronics and Telecommunications segment; chief executive officer and director of its Astec electronics subsidiary in Hong Kong; group vice president of its Climate Technologies segment; and president of its Copeland Refrigeration division. Mr. Lance, age 53, was born in East Peoria, Illinois, and began his career at Caterpillar, Inc., in their engineering co-op program. He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University, and a master of science degree in management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Mr. Lance was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Mr. Lance is a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSTX), and Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN); chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Brevard County, Florida; and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Florida Institute of Technology, and the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Lance was recognized as “Best Chairman” by the American Business Awards. FLORIDA TODAY named him “Citizen of the Year” in 2006 for his work with area charities and universities in central Florida. He was also recognized by the American Electronics Association of Florida as its “Technology Executive of the Year” in 2005. Mr. Lance and his wife, Christine, reside in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. They have two sons and one daughter and are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Cheryl L. Janey is president of the Civil Programs business unit of Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD). She is responsible for program execution and the development of new business within civilian agencies of the U.S. Government. Ms. Janey reports to the group president of GCSD. The Civil Programs business unit, which includes Homeland Security (HLS) initiatives, develops and produces advanced communications and information systems for federal and civilian agencies of the U.S. Government and their prime contractors. Ms. Janey joined Harris in 2007. Prior to her employment with Harris, Ms. Janey served as vice president of Business Development and Strategy for the Commercial, State, and Local (CSL) group of Northrop Grumman's Information Technology Sector. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, she was vice president, Marketing and Business Development, State and Local Government Solutions for American Management Systems. She also has held leadership positions at Unisys Corporation, SCT Corporation, Interactive Data Corporation, and IBM. With more than 20 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, and profit and loss management, Ms. Janey has received numerous awards, including Career Communications Group's 2003 Women of Color Technology and Business President's Award. Ms. Janey earned her bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. She is a member of Women in Technology and the Potomac Officers Club. She serves on the board of the Virginia High-Tech Partnership, the Executive Advisory Board of the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority, and the Executive Advisory Board of The Women's Center. She is a member and past chair of the Information Technology Association of America's State and Local Executive Committee.

Dana A. Mehnert is president of Harris Corporation's RF Communications Division. He is also responsible for International Government Systems and Contracts for Harris government business. Mr. Mehnert joined RF Communications in 1984 as an electrical engineer in the division's rotational management training program. He held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing, and in 1995 was promoted to vice president-International Sales. He was named vice president of Worldwide Marketing in 1996. In 1999, he was named vice president/managing director-International Government Sales Operations for Harris Corporation's Regional Sales organization based in Melbourne, Florida. Mr. Mehnert returned to RF as vice president-International Sales and Operations in 2002, and was named vice president-Defense Operations in 2003 and vice president and general manager in 2004 and division president in 2006. Mr. Mehnert graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1984 with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and applied physics and a bachelor of arts degree in political science. He received a masters degree in business administration from the University of Rochester in 1991. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School General Manager Program. Daniel R. Pearson is group president of Harris' Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD). GCSD develops and produces advanced communications and information systems for the Department of Defense and other government agencies and their prime contractors. GCSD is comprised of three main business units. The Defense Programs business unit provides communications systems, networks, and products for military aerospace, terrestrial, and maritime applications. The National Programs business unit supports primarily space and intelligence community programs for the U.S. Government. The Civil Programs business unit, which includes Homeland Security (HLS) initiatives, develops and produces advanced communications and information systems for federal and civilian agencies of the U.S. Government and their prime contractors. Most recently, Mr. Pearson was group president of Harris' Defense Communications and Electronics business unit. Prior to that he was president of the company's Department of Defense Programs business unit. Before being named president of Network Support Division in 2000, he served as vice president and general manager of Strategic Management and Business Development for GCSD. Mr. Pearson joined Harris in 1977. Mr. Pearson holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Air Force Association (AFA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Security Affairs Support Association, and the Association of the United States Army (AUSA).

Sheldon J. Fox is president of the National Programs business unit, reporting to the group president, Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD). The National Programs business unit supports primarily space and intelligence community programs for the U.S. Government. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Fox was president of the Defense Programs business unit. Prior to that, he held the position of vice president and general manager of the DoD Programs business unit. Previously, he was vice president of Programs for the DoD Communication Systems business area, providing information processing and communications solutions for military services and prime contractors. Since joining Harris in 1984, Mr. Fox has held a number of senior leadership positions in both program management and business development, playing a key role in successfully achieving financial and business objectives during each assignment and positioning Harris on many nationally important platforms and programs. Mr. Fox holds a B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. from Georgia Tech, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, he is a graduate of the Harris WINGS management development program, the Defense Systems Management College at Fort Belvoir, the Mahler Advanced Management Program, and the Harris Leadership Directions program at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He is a member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Air Force Association (AFA), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Navy League, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and United States Space Foundation.

Ted Hengst is president of Harris IT Services. Mr. Hengst is responsible for leading all aspects of IT Services, an industry leader in providing information technology services to the U.S. Government. He is also responsible for working closely with our division leadership teams, key staff members, and customers to shape Harris IT Services' growth strategies. Before joining Harris, Mr. Hengst served as senior vice president, Army Solutions, for General Dynamics in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role he was responsible for the daily operations and integration activities of a $1 billion newly created business division. Prior to this assignment, he was vice president and general manager for Army and Civil Solutions-a $600 million business where he led the capture of programs such as TEIS, ITES-2S, and DHS-EAGLE. Before taking the position at General Dynamics, Mr. Hengst served in the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of colonel in 2002. His last assignment was as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and J6 at U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. As CIO, Mr. Hengst was responsible for planning, funding, and execution of all phases of information, computing, and communications resources for a 46,000-person command. Mr. Hengst earned a B.S. in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. in management information systems from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

Timothy E. “Tim” Thorsteinson was named president of Harris Broadcast Communications Division, effective July 1, 2006. He was previously president of the Leitch Technology business unit of the Broadcast Communications Division. Mr. Thorsteinson joined the company in October 2005 following Harris’ acquisition of Leitch Technology Corporation, where he was president and CEO. Mr. Thorsteinson joined Leitch in November 2003, and led the company’s financial turnaround and expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. Prior to this, he was vice president of Grass Valley products for Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions, where he was responsible for a variety of product lines including switchers, server/storage units, digital news production, signal management, film imaging product lines, and TV/film production products. Previously, he served as president and CEO of the Grass Valley Group. Prior to joining Thomson/Grass Valley, Mr. Thorsteinson was with Tektronix, Inc., from 1991 to 2001. As president of the Video and Networking Division of Tektronix, he implemented a major R&D program focused on the transition of the worldwide broadcast industry from analog to digital and into the multimedia age. Previously, he served as president of Tektronix Pacific Operations, established to accelerate growth in key international markets. Before joining Tektronix, Mr. Thorsteinson served 12 years with National Semiconductor Corporation where he designed several highly successful programs focused on process re-engineering and total quality management. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

Wesley B. (Wes) Covell is president of the Defense Programs business unit, reporting to the group president of Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD). The Defense Programs business unit provides communications systems, networks, and products for military aerospace, terrestrial, and maritime applications. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Covell was division vice president of engineering for GCSD. Previously, he was vice president in the corporate technology group and vice president of engineering for the Defense Programs business unit. He joined Harris in 1990 as a lead engineer. Before joining Harris, Mr. Covell was a communications systems engineer for The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Mr. Covell has a B.S.E.E. degree from North Carolina State University and an M.S.E.E. degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He is also a graduate of the Mahler Advanced Management Skills Program. Mr. Covell is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Florida Institute of Technology College of Engineering Board of Advisors, and North Carolina State University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering Industrial Advisory Board. He is on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, Brevard County.

Gary L. McArthur is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Harris Corporation. His responsibilities include oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, Sarbanes Oxley 302 and 404 compliance, financial planning, banking/investment banking relationships, financial controls, capital structure, accounting, audit, financial services, tax, and treasury. In addition, he plays a key role in the development of the corporation’s strategic growth plan and the evaluation, execution, and integration of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. McArthur assumed the position of vice president and chief financial officer in March 2006. Previously, he served as vice president of finance and treasurer, vice president of corporate development, and director of corporate development. He joined Harris in 1997. Before joining Harris, Mr. McArthur was chief financial officer of 3D/EYE, Inc. Previously he spent 13 years in various finance and accounting positions including executive director–Mexico, and director of mergers and acquisitions at Nextel Communications, Inc.; associate of corporate finance at Lehman Brothers, serving technology, telecommunications, media, and defense customers. He was also the vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Cellcom Corporation, and was a consultant on emerging business services and staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche. He served on the boards of directors of Live TV and Terion Inc. (both Harris technology spin-outs) prior to their acquisitions by JetBlue and GE, respectively. At Terion, he was also the chairman of the audit committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and the CFO Executive Board. Mr. McArthur has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.

R. Kent Buchanan is chief technology officer for Harris Corporation and vice president of Engineering for Government Communications Systems Division. He is responsible for corporate technology planning, cross-division technology collaboration, technology licensing, and development of dual-use (government-commercial) technology, as well as an engineering and technology organization of more than 3,600 people that supports U.S. and international government programs. Prior to this, Mr. Buchanan was vice president of Technology and Development and chief growth officer for Harris, with responsibilities for the expansion of technology initiatives, new business, and corporate development activities. Before joining Harris in 2005, Mr. Buchanan was the senior director of Growth Platforms at Motorola. During 15 years with Motorola, he held a number of leadership positions including vice president and general manager-Global eBusiness, vice president and general manager-Radio Products Division, vice president and general manager-Accessories and Aftermarket Products Division, as well as assignments in international network services and strategic marketing. Previously, Mr. Buchanan worked for General Electric Medical Systems Group where he held product management, marketing, and strategic planning assignments, and for General Instrument Corporation. He also served as a management consultant with Bain & Company. Mr. Buchanan began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force, where he had assignments as chief of production on a communications satellite program at the Space and Missile Command, and in systems test engineering at the Electronic Systems Command. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S.E.E. degree and he received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Robert K. Henry is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Harris Corporation. In this role, Mr. Henry oversees the company’s government businesses in addition to providing leadership to a broad group of corporate functions, including research and development, technology transfer, acquisition integration, facilities, supply chain management, manufacturing, information systems, government affairs, contracts, and security. Mr. Henry joined Harris Corporation in 1997 as vice president–general manager of the former Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD), which developed and produced ground-based, terrestrial, and satellite communication systems; electronic warfare simulation and evaluation systems; networks for command, control, communication, and intelligence applications; and high-technology applications for special systems. In 2003, he was named senior vice president of Harris Corporation and president of GCSD, and in 2006, he was promoted to the position of executive vice president of the company and president of GCSD. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Henry was vice president of Engineering for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin company headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. He held positions of increasing responsibility during his career there, including vice president–general manager of the Information Systems Division. Mr. Henry has a broad technical, business, and operations background with 34 years in the aero-space and defense industry, including 8 years with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Communications Command) and the Defense Communications Agency. Mr. Henry has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in management from Frostburg University. He is a member of the Air Force Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Navy League of the United States, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Security Affairs Support Association, the Association of the United States Army, the United States Space Foundation, the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is a former chairman of the board for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for MILCOM through 2009.

William H. Miller serves as vice president of Information Services and chief information officer for Harris Corporation. Mr. Miller is responsible for IT architecture, application development and support, global computing and network operations, employee collaboration, worldwide telecommunications, and enterprise security. Mr. Miller joined Harris in 1985 as a research engineer with the company's former Semiconductor business. Since then he has held engineering and management positions of increasing responsibility. He served as director of Harris' Corporate Information Technology Advisory Staff through 1997. Mr. Miller was promoted to vice president of Corporate Information Management in 1998 and was selected to lead the company's worldwide IT functions in 1999. Mr. Miller has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Loyola College in Maryland, a master's degree in materials science from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida.

Charles J. "Chuck" Greene is vice president-Tax and Treasurer of Harris Corporation. He is responsible for the Treasury and worldwide Tax functions. Mr. Greene was previously vice president-Tax and Assistant Treasurer for Harris. He joined Harris in 1996 as director of Tax and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to this he served as staff vice president-International Tax with Unisys Corporation. Mr. Greene began his career with Bank of America in 1979. He earned an M.B.A. (tax) and a law degree from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Gene Cavallucci is vice president—general counsel of Harris Corporation. Mr. Cavallucci joined Harris in 1990. He was previously vice president—counsel for the company's government-related businesses, Harris Government Communications Systems Division and Harris RF Communications Division, and he also served as director of Business Conduct for Harris. Prior to joining Harris, he served as vice president-general counsel and secretary for DBA Systems, Inc., in Melbourne, Florida. Previously, he was a partner in a Melbourne law firm. Before entering private practice in 1980, he spent seven years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force. In his last assignment, he served as Chief of Contracts at the Eastern Space and Missile Center, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Mr. Cavallucci earned a bachelor's degree in labor management relations from Penn State University and a law degree from Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. He also earned a master's of law degree in government procurement law from George Washington University Law Center. Mr. Cavallucci is admitted to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American and Florida Bar Associations. He has served as Florida State co-chairperson of the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association, and chair of the South Brevard County Bar Grievance Committee. He has been a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 1978 and was elected an NCMA Fellow in May 1992. He is an adjunct professor at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, where he has taught graduate courses in government contract administration and contract negotiations. He is also on the Board of Overseers of Florida Tech's College of Business. Mr. Cavallucci serves on the Legal Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Law Council of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He formerly served as Chair of the Government Contracts Council of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. While serving as the Harris Director of Business Conduct, he was a member of the Defense Industry Initiative (DII) Working Group. He was elected to the Health First, Inc., Board of Directors in 2007 and also serves on the Holmes Regional Medical Center's Board of Directors.

Jeffrey S. Shuman is vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Relations. He is responsible for planning and implementing Harris Corporation's human resources and corporate relations strategy. He also directs the development of the company's work force, including talent acquisition, leadership development and training, employee relations, organization change and effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. These organizations serve the company through the design, development, and execution of services and solutions. Before joining Harris in August 2005, Mr. Shuman had been vice president of Human Resources and Administration for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology business, and he had been senior vice president of Human Resources for Litton Information Systems Group when it was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2001. Previously, he was vice president of Human Resources for AlliedSignal's technical service business, and prior to that had a 14-year career in Operations and Human Resources with Avon Products. Mr. Shuman earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from The Citadel. Following graduation, he served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Army. He has completed executive development programs in business and human resources at the University of Michigan, Harvard Business School, the Center for Creative Leadership, University of Virginia's Darden School, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School, and Cornell University. He also participated in a U.S. Executive Exchange Program with the People's Republic of China. Mr. Shuman has served as chairman of the Greater Baltimore-Washington, DC, chapter of INROADS, a national organization that develops and places talented minority youth in business and industry, and he has supported the Private Sector Council in key initiatives with the Department of Education and the Department of Homeland Security. He also has been a regular guest on "Your Career Partners," a Washington, DC-based radio talk show, and has been a guest speaker at Harvard Executive Development, Cornell, and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). Mr. Shuman is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Professionals, Human Resources Planning Society, Human Resource 50, and serves on the Board of Governors for the Florida Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for Wuesthoff Health System, Enterprise Florida, and University of Florida Foundation.

John L. Draheim is vice president of Financial Services and assistant treasurer of Harris Corporation, reporting to the vice president and chief financial officer. In this position, Mr. Draheim serves as assistant treasurer for Harris and is responsible for Sales Finance, Financial Shared Services, Financial IT, and the Financial Shared Services Centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Asia-Pacific; Latin America; and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Harris in 2005, Mr. Draheim held key financial positions including chief financial officer/treasurer for ViaPay, Ltd., in London, UK; director of Treasury for the Asia-Pacific region of Emerson Electric Company; and group treasurer for Astec (PLC), based in Hong Kong. He has a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, and an M.B.A. degree in finance from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.

Leon V. Shivamber is the vice president-Supply Chain Management and Operations for Harris Corporation. Mr. Shivamber provides companywide leadership in the areas of procurement, logistics, and operations strategy and execution. He joined Harris in 2004. Before joining Harris, Mr. Shivamber founded Vertisync, a New York-based supply chain service company, where he successfully built alliances with leading supply chain infrastructure and service providers. From 1996 to 2001, he held senior positions for supply chain management, product management, and strategic planning at Arrow Electronics, a global distributor of electronic components and provider of supply chain and value-added solutions to more than 175,000 customers. Prior to joining Arrow Electronics, he spent 10 years in management consulting with McKinsey and Company and New York Consulting Partners, where he led supply chain and operations activities for U.S. and international clients. He earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College of the City University of New York, and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

Lewis A. Schwartz is vice president–principal accounting officer of Harris Corporation. He is responsible for SEC reporting, corporate consolidations, corporate-wide planning, corporate accounting and budgeting, external audit relationship, corporate-wide GAAP, acquisition due diligence, and various other corporate finance and accounting initiatives. Mr. Schwartz joined Harris in 1992 as senior manager of Financial Planning and External Reporting, and held various positions of increasing responsibility at Corporate Headquarters, the Government Communications Systems Division, and GE-Harris Railway Electronics, LLC joint venture. He was promoted to principal accounting officer in 2005. In 2006 he was named vice president–principal accounting officer. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Schwartz was with Ernst & Young LLP from 1986 to 1992. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Stetson University. He was certified in public accountancy in 1987 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Pamela Padgett is vice president—Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Harris Corporation. She is responsible for planning and implementing investor relations strategies and programs and coordinating companywide programs for media relations and marketing communications. Ms. Padgett joined Harris in 1996. She was formerly vice president–Mergers and Acquisitions at MC Financial Services Ltd., a wholly owned investment banking subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. Prior to joining MC Financial Services Ltd. in 1990, she was with Home Group Capital Markets, and previously with Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. Padgett, a Certified Public Accountant, has a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Florida, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida.

Peter Challan is vice president of Government Relations for Harris Corporation. He is responsible for the company’s relations with the U.S. Congress, the Executive Branch, and defense and aerospace industry representatives located in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to this, Challan was vice president of Washington Programs for Harris Government Communications Systems, with responsibility for program execution and the development of new business with civilian agencies of the U.S. government. Before joining Harris in 2005, he was senior vice president with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He served the FAA for 35 years in leadership positions on a variety of programs and initiatives, and received numerous awards including the FAA Distinguished Service Award. Challan has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from City College of New York. He is a registered professional engineer and chairman elect of the Air Traffic Control Association.

Ricardo A. Navarro is vice president—Corporate Development. He is responsible for the identification, negotiations, and integration of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other alliances of the company. Prior to assuming this position in 2005, Mr. Navarro had been senior vice president-Business Development and Integration for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Before joining Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Mr. Navarro was senior vice president of Corporate Development for Solectron Corporation, a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services. Previously he served for 10 years as vice president—Corporate Development for Honeywell International where he structured a multibillion dollar series of global transactions in a broad spectrum of industries, including aerospace, electronics, distributed power, industrial and marine, and information technology. Prior to joining Honeywell, he served in mergers and acquisitions, and financial positions with Citicorp, Bank of America, and Citibank. He began his career as a structural engineer with Rockwell International. Mr. Navarro was graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in structural engineering and received an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Scott T. Mikuen is vice president—associate general counsel and corporate secretary of Harris Corporation. He is responsible for corporate legal issues, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, and transaction matters. Mr. Mikuen joined Harris in 1996 and was most recently vice president—counsel with responsibility for Harris' corporate and commercial division legal affairs. He also served as assistant secretary to the board of directors. Prior to joining Harris, he served as a partner in a Long Island, New York, law firm. Mr. Mikuen earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University and a law degree from the Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. Mr. Mikuen is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Officers, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Terry L. Feiser is vice president of Internal Audit and Compliance for Harris Corporation, reporting to the audit committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Feiser is responsible for all internal audit activities and the coordination of compliance programs. Previously, he served as director of Internal Audit with responsibilities for financial, compliance, and information systems audit functions. Mr. Feiser joined Harris in 1979 and has held increasingly responsible positions in contracts, government compliance, and internal audit. Previous positions include director, Ethics and Government Compliance, as well as senior manager, Government Compliance Audit at corporate headquarters; and senior manager of Contracts at Government Communications Systems. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Feiser was a financial analyst at Fairchild Industries, Aircraft Service Division. Mr. Feiser has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and an M.B.A. degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the National Contract Management Association, and the Manufacturers Alliance General Audit Council.

David B. Rickard, 61, is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation, a retail pharmacy chain and provider of healthcare services and pharmacy benefits management. He has held this position since joining CVS in September 1999. Prior to joining CVS, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RJR Nabisco Holdings Corporation from March 1997 to August 1999. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of International Distillers and Vintners Americas. Mr. Rickard has been a member of our Board since October 2001 and is Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Rickard is also a director of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated.

Gregory T. Swienton, 58, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ryder System, Inc., a logistics and transportation services company. He joined Ryder in June 1999 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and was named Chief Executive Officer in November 2000 and Chairman in May 2002. Prior to joining Ryder, he was Senior Vice President-Growth Initiatives of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (“BNSF”). He held senior positions with BNSF and the former Burlington Northern Railroad from 1994 to 1999, and various executive and management positions with DHL Worldwide Express from 1982 to 1994. Mr. Swienton has been a member of our Board since February 2000 and is Chairperson of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. In addition to being a director for Ryder System, he is also on the Board of Trustees of St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Tookes retired from Raytheon Company in December 2002. Since joining Raytheon in 1999 he has served as president of Raytheon International, chairman and chief executive officer of Raytheon Aircraft and executive vice president of Raytheon Company. From 1980 to 1999 Mr. Tookes served United Technologies Corporation as president of Pratt and Whitney's Large Military Engines Group and in a variety of other leadership positions. He is a director of Ryder Systems Inc., BBA Aviation plc, FPL Group, Inc. and Harris Corporation and a member of the National Academies Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board. Director since 2001. Age 59.

Dr. James C. Stoffel, 62, is a retired Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, and Director of Research and Development of Eastman Kodak Company, a film and digital imaging company. He held this position from 2000 to April 2005. He joined Kodak in 1997 as Vice President, Director Electronic Imaging Products Research and Development and became Director of Research and Engineering in 1998. Prior to joining Kodak, he was with Xerox Corporation where he began his career in 1972. His most recent position with Xerox was Vice President, Corporate Research and Technology. Dr. Stoffel has been a member of our Board since August 2003 and is a member of the Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Dr. Stoffel is also a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. and a trustee of the George Eastman House museum. He serves on the Advisory Board for Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the advisory board of ASTRI, Hong Kong.

Karen Katen recently retired as Vice Chairman of Pfizer Inc. and as President of Pfizer Human Health – the company’s principal operating group, responsible for the discovery, development, manufacture, distribution and commercialization of prescription medicines, as well as for providing a broad array of innovative human-health services. The Human Health organization -- represented by over 90,000 colleagues -- generated 2006 revenues exceeding $45 billion and had an industry-leading portfolio comprising three of the world's 25 top-selling medicines and seven therapeutic-area leaders. Ms. Katen's career at Pfizer, Inc. spanned 33 years. Ms. Katen's achievements have received wide recognition. In 2005, Karen was named among the top ten in Fortune Magazine’s ranking of “50 Most Powerful Women in Business,” a list that has included her for eight consecutive years. For her commitment to community and improving public health, she has received eleven distinct “Woman of the Year” or similar awards from civic groups, national associations and universities. Ms.Katen joined EWHV in October 2007 as a Senior Advisor to the New York office. She is a director on the boards of the General Motors Corporation, the Harris Corporation, The Home Depot and Air Liquide. She also serves on the Catalyst Board, the RAND Corporation’s Health Board of Advisors, ARMGO's Pharmaceutical's Board and the Economic Club of New York Board of Trustees. She is chairman of the Pfizer Foundation, the company’s philanthropic arm devoted to global healthcare education and initiatives. Ms. Katen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, where she now serves as a University Trustee and a council member of its Graduate School of Business.

Leslie F. Kenne, Lieutenant General USAF (Ret.), 60, retired in September 2003 from the U.S. Air Force, where she had most recently been Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration at Air Force headquarters in Washington, D.C. Previously, she commanded the Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts. She also directed a number of major procurement programs, including the F-16 and Joint Strike Fighter programs. Following her retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Ms. Kenne became President of The Kenne Group, a private independent consulting firm for various defense companies and/or agencies. Ms. Kenne has been a member of our Board since April 2004 and is Chairperson of the Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Kenne is also a director of Unisys Corporation.

Lewis Hay III, 52, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FPL Group, Inc., a public utility holding company, and is Chairman of both Florida Power and Light Company and FPL Energy, LLC. He joined FPL Group in 1999 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From March 2000 until December 2001, he served as President of FPL Groupa s competitive energy subsidiary, FPL Energy, LLC. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer of FPL Group in June 2001 and relinquished the title of President in December 2006. He was named Chairman in January 2002. Mr. Hay has been a member of our Board since February 2002 and is Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. In addition to being a director of FPL Group, Mr. Hay is also a director of Capital One Financial Corporation, Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, a director of the Florida Council of 100, a member of the Business Roundtable and a member of the Business Board of Advisors of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
