David B. Vaden is currently executive vice president, chief operations officer, a position he has held since February 2006. From January 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Vaden served as executive vice president, operations and chief strategy officer. From January 2002 to January 2005, Mr. Vaden served as senior vice president, business development and Internet services. From January 2000 to January 2002, Mr. Vaden served as vice president, finance. Prior to joining Harris Interactive, Mr. Vaden served as a manager in the audit and business advisory services division at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). While at PwC, Mr. Vaden was selected as one of 50 employees among 37,000 personnel in the United States to participate in the PwC Scholars Program. Mr. Vaden received an M.B.A. with distinction from Columbia University Business School and a B.S. in accounting with honors from St. John Fisher College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
EricW. Narowski is currently our Principal Accounting Officer, a position he has held since February 2006. He continues to serve as our Vice President, Corporate Controller, a position he has held since January 2000. Mr. Narowski served as Controller of the Company from July 1997 to January 2000. Mr. Narowski received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Frank E. Forkin has served as our President of Client Services, North America since June 2009. Prior to joining us, Frank was with J.D. Power and Associates for more than ten years, where as a Senior Vice President and Partner, he built several businesses to significant revenues and profits. He also drove a substantial portion of the company's incremental syndicated and proprietary revenue through product development. During various points in his tenure, Frank was responsible for overseeing the firm's client relationships across many industries, including finance and insurance, telecom, healthcare, travel, home building, energy and consumer electronics. He left J.D. Power and Associates in December 2008 and shortly thereafter, accepted a strategy and consumer insights management position for a multi-billion dollar global restaurant chain. Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates, Frank was Senior Vice President of the RDA Group, where his focus was business development, research, strategic design and consulting. Frank holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Central Michigan University. He is a member of several industry organizations and is a frequent speaker at market research industry events.

George H. Terhanian, Ph.D is currently our President, Harris Interactive Europe, a position he has held since July 2003. He continues to serve as President, Global Internet Research, a position he has held since June 2002, and has also directed our online research activities since they began in 1997. Prior to joining us in 1996, Dr. Terhanian taught in elementary and secondary schools in the United States and was an analyst for the Inspector General s Office of the United States Department of Education. He has also served an appointment as an American Educational Research Association Fellow at the National Center for Educational Statistics. Stephan Sigaud is president, Solutions Research Groups at Harris Interactive, a position he has held since May 2008. He previously served as Group President of the Customer Loyalty Management Practice for Harris Interactive. Prior to joining the company, Stephan was the Executive Vice President of Client Services at Find/SVP, a publicly-traded knowledge services company (now Guideline, Inc.), where he led their business research and consulting operations. Leonard R. Bayer, CCP, has served as chief scientist of Harris Interactive, since July 1978. From August 1976 to July 1978, Mr. Bayer worked for Practice Development Corporation where he served as vice president of research and development. From September 1975 to August 1976, Mr. Bayer was a member of the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he taught mathematical statistics. Mr. Bayer received a M.A. in statistics, a B.S. in astrophysics and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Rochester. Mr. Bayer has received the professional certification of CCP (Certified Computer Professional), from the ICCP.

Steve Wallace is Chief Information Officer at Harris Interactive. He has responsibility for the company's information technology strategy development and long-term planning, as well as all of the companies product development. Prior to Harris, Steve was Chief Information Officer at Constellation Brands, Inc. Steve had responsibility for the company's information technology strategy development and long-term planning, as well as Constellation's enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and e-business systems and initiatives. Previously, Steve was vice president of information technology and customer administration for Xerox Engineering Systems. Kyle R. Karnes is currently executive vice president, corporate development, a position he has held since July 2006. Mr. Karnes has held various senior line management positions since 1998, when he joined the firm as director, Internet operations, to lead all aspects of the firm's development activities relating to its pioneering Internet-based market research model. Most recently, from July 2005 to June 2006, Mr. Karnes served as group president for the technology, automotive and product solutions business units. From July 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Karnes served as division president for the technology, automotive, consumer packaged goods, general markets, financial services and advanced analytics business units. From July 2002 to June 2003, Mr. Karnes served as senior vice president, technology research, from July 2000 to June 2002, he served as vice president, ebusiness research, and from April 1999 to June 2000, he served as vice president, product development and market planning. Mr. Karnes came to Harris Interactive from the LIGHTNIN Company where he was the director of business development and operations for LIGHTNIN Process Equipment Services. Prior to joining LIGHTNIN in 1996, he worked in the office of the corporate vice president of operations for General Signal, LIGHTNIN's parent company. After having started his career as a staff consultant with Andersen Consulting, Mr. Karnes worked internationally as an independent consultant for a then recently privatized company in the Czech Republic. Mr. Karnes received an M.B.A. with distinction from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration, and a B.S. in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University's School of Engineering.

Marc Levin is currently our Senior Vice President, General Counsel , and Corporate Secretary, positions he has held since April 2009. Marc is responsible for managing worldwide legal affairs, including legal issues related to the company's publicly held status, and supporting business development, strategic planning and new business initiatives, and supporting the Board in developing and maintaining best practices in governance policies and procedures. Prior to joining us, Marc spent five years at TNS, a leading market information and business insights company. In this position, he was responsible for TNS' legal department in North America, which provided legal and strategic counsel to TNS' North American businesses with respect to a myriad of matters, including strategic corporate initiatives and relationships, mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate restructurings, intellectual property protection, client and vendor relationships, corporate governance, data security and privacy law compliance. Before joining TNS, Marc was an associate in the New York City office of the law firm Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Marc holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor and Master's of Business Administration from Boston College. Robert is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and holds an MBA from Nottingham University.
Antoine G. Treuille has served as a director of Harris Interactive since January 2004. Mr. Treuille is currently the President of the French-American Foundation. He also serves as Managing Partner of Altamont Capital Partners, LLC in New York City, a position he has held since June 2006. He continues to serve as Executive Managing Partner of Mercantile Capital Partners in New York City, a position he has held since September 2000. Prior to Mercantile Capital Partners, Mr. Treuille was President of Charter Pacific Corporation, an investment banking firm he founded in New York City, from 1996 to 1998. Before that, he served in executive roles at Desai Capital Management, Entrecanales Y Travora Inc. and Citibank N.A. in New York City, as well as Le Credit Chimique in Paris, France. Mr. Treuille currently serves on the board of Eramet (Paris: ERA). Mr. Treuille formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Loehmanns Holdings Inc., as well as Eye Care Centers of America. David Brodsky was formerly the chairman of the board of directors of Total Research Corporation from July 1998 to November 2001. James Riedman has served as a director of Harris Interactive since October 1989. Mr. Riedman is the president and a director of the Riedman Corporation, an insurance agency. Since June 1996, Mr. Riedman has been the chairman and the chief executive officer of the Daniel Green Company, a publicly-traded manufacturer of women's footwear. From April 1984 to January 1987, Mr. Riedman served as senior vice president of Transamerica Financial Systems and Concepts. Mr. Riedman also worked for the Balboa Insurance Group from January 1983 to April 1984, where he served as director of corporate planning. Mr. Riedman is a member of the executive and compensation committees, and an ex officio member of the audit committee of Daniel Green Company.
