Bruce A. Anderson is President, Harris/Decima, our Canadian subsidiary, a position he has held since our acquisition of Decima Research in August 2007. From October 2004 to August 2007, Mr. Anderson 12 served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Decima. Prior to joining Decima, Mr. Anderson was a Partner with the Earnscliffe Strategy Group, a consulting firm he co-founded in 1990.

David B. Vaden is currently executive vice president, chief operations officer, a position he has held since February 2006. From January 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Vaden served as executive vice president, operations and chief strategy officer. From January 2002 to January 2005, Mr. Vaden served as senior vice president, business development and Internet services. From January 2000 to January 2002, Mr. Vaden served as vice president, finance. Prior to joining Harris Interactive, Mr. Vaden served as a manager in the audit and business advisory services division at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). While at PwC, Mr. Vaden was selected as one of 50 employees among 37,000 personnel in the United States to participate in the PwC Scholars Program. Mr. Vaden received an M.B.A. with distinction from Columbia University Business School and a B.S. in accounting with honors from St. John Fisher College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

EricW. Narowski is currently our Principal Accounting Officer, a position he has held since February 2006. He continues to serve as our Vice President, Corporate Controller, a position he has held since January 2000. Mr. Narowski served as Controller of the Company from July 1997 to January 2000. Mr. Narowski received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George H. Terhanian, Ph.D. is currently our President, Global Solutions, a position he has held since December 2008. From July 2003 to December 2008, Dr. Terhanian served as President of European Operations, while at the same time serving as President, Global Internet Research, since June 2002. Prior to joining Harris Interactive in 1996 and directing our online research activities since they began in 1997, Dr. Terhanian taught in elementary and secondary schools in the United States and was an analyst for the Inspector General's Office of the United States Department of Education. He has also served an appointment as an American Educational Research Association Fellow at the National Center for Educational Statistics. Dr. Terhanian received a Ph.D. in Education (Policy Research, Evaluation and Measurement) from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ed.M. in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College.

Michelle F. O Neill is currently our U.S. President, Industry Research Groups, a position she has held since July 2006. In this role, she oversees the Company s Emerging & General Markets research practice, including Technology and Automotive & Transportation industry solutions groups. From July 2006 to April 2007, Ms. O Neill served as President of our Emerging & General Markets industry solutions group and our Technology industry solutions group. From July 2005 to June 2006, Ms. O Neill served as Group President of our Emerging & General Markets research practice and from July 2004 to June 2005, she served as Group President of our General Markets research practice. From July 2001 to June 2004, Ms. O Neill served as Senior Vice President and Business Leader of our Strategic Consulting research practice. Ms. O Neill joined the Company in February 2001 through the Company s acquisition of Yankelovich Partners, where she had served as a Partner since August 1994. Ms. O Neill received a B.S. in Business Finance from University of Connecticut.

Michelle F. O Neill is our President, U.S. Industry Research Groups, a position she has held since July 2006. In this role, she oversees our Emerging and General Markets research practice, as well as the Automotive and Transportation, Technology and Telecommunications and since April 2007, the Consumer Goods industry solutions groups. Prior to that, Ms. O Neill served as Group President of our Emerging and General Markets research practice. From July 2001 to June 2004, Ms. O Neill served as Senior Vice President and Business Leader of our Strategic Consulting research practice, the result of the integration of our 2001 acquisition of Yankelovich Partners, where she had served as a Partner.

Stephan Sigaud is president, Solutions Research Groups at Harris Interactive, a position he has held since May 2008. He previously served as Group President of the Customer Loyalty Management Practice for Harris Interactive. Prior to joining the company, Stephan was the Executive Vice President of Client Services at Find/SVP, a publicly-traded knowledge services company (now Guideline, Inc.), where he led their business research and consulting operations. Earlier in his tenure at Find/SVP Stephan also served as Managing Director of their Strategic Research and Consulting Group and Customer Satisfaction Research Division. Prior to Find/SVP, Stephan was president of IDSI, Inc., a consulting firm that specialized in customer satisfaction measurement services for large manufacturing companies. A dual citizen of France and the United States, he earned his MBA at ESSEC, the leading French Business School, after earning a BS in Math and Physics from Lycee Thiers in Marseilles.

Leonard R. Bayer, CCP, has served as chief scientist of Harris Interactive, since July 1978. From August 1976 to July 1978, Mr. Bayer worked for Practice Development Corporation where he served as vice president of research and development. From September 1975 to August 1976, Mr. Bayer was a member of the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he taught mathematical statistics. Mr. Bayer received a M.A. in statistics, a B.S. in astrophysics and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Rochester. Mr. Bayer has received the professional certification of CCP (Certified Computer Professional), from the ICCP.

Steve Wallace is Chief Information Officer at Harris Interactive. He has responsibility for the company's information technology strategy development and long-term planning, as well as all of the companies product development. Prior to Harris, Steve was Chief Information Officer at Constellation Brands, Inc. Steve had responsibility for the company's information technology strategy development and long-term planning, as well as Constellation's enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and e-business systems and initiatives. Previously, Steve was vice president of information technology and customer administration for Xerox Engineering Systems. Steve currently serves on the board of directors at Frontier Phone Company; he is a member of the Academic Advisory board at Rochester Institute of Technology; Advisor of the Rochester city school district CIO search committee; an instructor at the junior achievement program of the Rochester city school district; and the technology advisor at the Norman Howard School. Steve graduated from Syracuse University, Bachelor's degree in operations management, 1983. He returned later to graduate school at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earning a Master's degree in business administration, MBA, 1994.

James E. Fredrickson is currently our Executive Vice President, Global Research Operations, a position he has held since February 2006. From May 2002 to February 2006, Mr. Fredrickson served as Senior Vice President, Research Operations. Mr. Fredrickson served as Vice President, Harris Interactive Service Bureau from its inception in March 1999 to April 2002. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Fredrickson served in a variety of operational roles with the Company. Mr. Fredrickson received a B.S. in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.

Kyle R. Karnes is currently executive vice president, corporate development, a position he has held since July 2006. Mr. Karnes has held various senior line management positions since 1998, when he joined the firm as director, Internet operations, to lead all aspects of the firm's development activities relating to its pioneering Internet-based market research model. Most recently, from July 2005 to June 2006, Mr. Karnes served as group president for the technology, automotive and product solutions business units. From July 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Karnes served as division president for the technology, automotive, consumer packaged goods, general markets, financial services and advanced analytics business units. From July 2002 to June 2003, Mr. Karnes served as senior vice president, technology research, from July 2000 to June 2002, he served as vice president, ebusiness research, and from April 1999 to June 2000, he served as vice president, product development and market planning. Mr. Karnes came to Harris Interactive from the LIGHTNIN Company where he was the director of business development and operations for LIGHTNIN Process Equipment Services. Prior to joining LIGHTNIN in 1996, he worked in the office of the corporate vice president of operations for General Signal, LIGHTNIN's parent company. After having started his career as a staff consultant with Andersen Consulting, Mr. Karnes worked internationally as an independent consultant for a then recently privatized company in the Czech Republic. Mr. Karnes received an M.B.A. with distinction from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration, and a B.S. in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University's School of Engineering.

Marc Levin is currently our Senior Vice President, General Counsel , and Corporate Secretary, positions he has held since April 2009. Marc is responsible for managing worldwide legal affairs, including legal issues related to the company's publicly held status, and supporting business development, strategic planning and new business initiatives, and supporting the Board in developing and maintaining best practices in governance policies and procedures. Prior to joining us, Marc spent five years at TNS, a leading market information and business insights company. During his time at TNS, Marc held several positions, including, most recently, the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel, North America. In this position, he was responsible for TNS' legal department in North America, which provided legal and strategic counsel to TNS' North American businesses with respect to a myriad of matters, including strategic corporate initiatives and relationships, mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate restructurings, intellectual property protection, client and vendor relationships, corporate governance, data security and privacy law compliance. Before joining TNS, Marc was an associate in the New York City office of the law firm Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Marc holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor and Master's of Business Administration from Boston College. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars.

Antoine G. Treuille has served as a director of Harris Interactive since January 2004. Mr. Treuille is Managing Partner of Altamont Capital Partners, LLC in New York City, a position he has held since June 2006. He also continues to serve as Executive Managing Partner of Mercantile Capital Partners in New York City, a position he has held since September 2000. Prior to Mercantile Capital Partners, Mr. Treuille was President of Charter Pacific Corporation, an investment banking firm he founded in New York City, from 1996 to 1998. Before that, he served in executive roles at Desai Capital Management, Entrecanales Y Travora Inc. and Citibank N.A. in New York City, as well as Le Credit Chimique in Paris, France. Mr. Treuille currently serves on the boards of Eramet and Societe Bic, both in Paris. Mr. Treuille formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Loehmanns Holdings Inc., as well as Eye Care Centers of America.

David Brodsky was formerly the chairman of the board of directors of Total Research Corporation from July 1998 to November 2001. Currently, he is a director of Southern Union Company (SUG) where he serves on the Audit Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. He has been a private investor during the past six years.

James Riedman has served as a director of Harris Interactive since October 1989. Mr. Riedman is the president and a director of the Riedman Corporation, an insurance agency. Since June 1996, Mr. Riedman has been the chairman and the chief executive officer of the Daniel Green Company, a publicly-traded manufacturer of women's footwear. From April 1984 to January 1987, Mr. Riedman served as senior vice president of Transamerica Financial Systems and Concepts. Mr. Riedman also worked for the Balboa Insurance Group from January 1983 to April 1984, where he served as director of corporate planning. Mr. Riedman is a member of the executive and compensation committees, and an ex officio member of the audit committee of Daniel Green Company. Mr. Riedman received a M.S. degree in risk and insurance and finance from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Market Team de Colombia is an independent market research and retail audit firm located in Bogota, working with clients in Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and the Caribbean region, and including world-class multinational companies. Established in 1994 and now one of the leading research companies in Colombia, the firm's experience and growth in key market research areas comprise automotive, consumer goods, entertainment, finance, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Market Team combines expertise on a range of quality services and methodologies with a focus on quantitative research. Market Team also offers syndicated products for the food and beverage industry, B2B surveys and household panels.

Adriana joined Harris Interactive in February 1999 as a Spanish interviewer and later became an interview monitor. While at the company she was responsible for recruitment of new interviewers and project Supervisors. In April 2003 Adriana joined the Teligen tariff team where she has been contributing to the monthly updating of T-World, focusing on the Spanish, Portuguese and Italian fixed and mobile markets. Adriana is responsible for a weekly mobile project for a major mobile operator and she also works on other ad hoc and bespoke consultancy projects. Most recently Adriana has been involved in the update of the European Commission Tariff Trends report.

Richard B. Wirthlin, PhD has served as a director of Harris Interactive since September 2004. Dr. Wirthlin was elected to the Board of Directors of Harris Interactive pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated September 8, 2004 among Harris Interactive, Capital Merger Sub, LLC, and the stockholders of Wirthlin Worldwide, Inc. (the Wirthlin Merger Agreement ). Since September 2004, Dr. Wirthlin has been employed by Harris Interactive with the title of Director/Founder Wirthlin Worldwide. Prior to joining the Board of Directors of Harris Interactive, Dr. Wirthlin founded Wirthlin Worldwide, a strategic opinion research and consulting firm he established in 1969.
