Board of Directors
Mr. Harald Braun serves as president and chief executive officer of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. and is a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Harris Stratex, he served as president and CEO of Siemens Networks LLC and most recently as a senior executive in Nokia Siemens Networks North America. In 2002, Mr. Braun became president, Siemens Carrier Networks Division, focused on next-generation technologies and services. From 2000-2002, he served as Siemens senior vice president and the head of Siemens Ltd. in Thailand, with responsibility for sales of the company's next-generation network products. Before this assignment, Mr. Braun served as Siemens vice president, IP and ATM/TDM Broadband Components in Development and vice president, ATM System Integration and System Test. Mr. Braun currently serves as treasurer of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), and sits on the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) board. He earned an engineering degree in Telecommunication from the University of Aachen in Germany.
Howard L. Lance is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS). Harris is a leading global provider of communications and information technology products, software, systems, and services to government, defense, and commercial markets. Corporate headquarters are located in Melbourne, Florida, and 16,000 employees serve customers in more than 150 countries. The Company has annual revenue of $5.4 billion. Mr. Lance was appointed president and chief executive officer in January 2003 and elected to the Board of Directors. He was elected chairman in June 2003.
Before joining Harris, Mr. Lance was president of NCR Corporation and chief operating officer of its Retail and Financial Group. Previously, he spent 17 years with Emerson Electric Co., where he held senior management positions including executive vice president of its Electronics and Telecommunications segment; chief executive officer and director of its Astec electronics subsidiary in Hong Kong; group vice president of its Climate Technologies segment; and president of its Copeland Refrigeration division.
Mr. Lance, age 53, was born in East Peoria, Illinois, and began his career at Caterpillar, Inc., in their engineering co-op program. He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University, and a master of science degree in management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Mr. Lance was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Mr. Lance is a director of Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSTX), and Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN); chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Brevard County, Florida; and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Florida Institute of Technology, and the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association.
Mr. Lance was recognized as “Best Chairman” by the American Business Awards. FLORIDA TODAY named him “Citizen of the Year” in 2006 for his work with area charities and universities in central Florida. He was also recognized by the American Electronics Association of Florida as its “Technology Executive of the Year” in 2005.
Mr. Lance and his wife, Christine, reside in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. They have two sons and one daughter and are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Satellite Beach, Florida.

As vice president, Marketing, Mr. McFall provides overall direction for programs to position the company in its focus markets. Mr. McFall has been with the company since the formation of its UK subsidiary in 1989. His initial assignment was in new business development, first in the UK and later the European market. In 1994 he relocated to the company's headquarters in San Jose, California, assuming responsibility for worldwide product marketing. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, holding prior positions with two UK based companies: Ferranti International Signal plc. and GEC Telecommunications Ltd. Mr. McFall holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK.

Mr. Evans joined D&M Holdings in April 2006 as co-chief executive officer. He was later elected chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Evans previously served as president and chief operating officer of Diebold Inc., a $2.6 billion global technology product and services company. Prior to joining Diebold, Mr. Evans was a group vice president in the climate technologies area of Emerson, an industrial technology and engineering leader. At Emerson, Mr. Evans also served in a variety of other senior executive roles, including president of international operations and chief financial officer of the Copeland Division. Before joining Emerson, Mr. Evans worked in strategic consulting, initially with Bain & Co., then in his own practice. Mr. Evans, who speaks Japanese, is also an industrial partner of Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a New York-based private equity company
Mohsen Sohi is the President and CEO of Freudenberg-NOK. Prior to joining Freudenberg, Mr. Sohi was employed by NCR Corporation from 2001 until 2003. Mr. Sohi s last position with NCR was as the Senior Vice President, Retail Solutions Division. Before serving NCR in this position, Mr. Sohi spent more than 14 years at AlliedSignal, Inc. and its post-merger successor, Honeywell International Inc. From July 2000 to January 2001, he served as President, Honeywell Electronic Materials. From August 1999 to July 2000, Mr. Sohi was President, Commercial Vehicle Systems, at AlliedSignal. Prior to that, from 1997 to August 1999, he was Vice President and General Manager, Turbocharging Systems, and from 1995 to 1997, he was Director of Product Development and Technical Excellence at AlliedSignal. Mr. Sohi is a director of STERIS Corporation, a developer of products and services to prevent infection and contamination, and Harris Stratex Networks, Inc., a developer of microwave communications equipment. Mr. Sohi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Doctor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania s Wharton School of Business.
