SALVATORE D. FAZZOLARI was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2008 and has been a member of the Harsco Board of Directors since January 2002. Mr. Fazzolari has served in the senior management of Harsco since 1980, holding progressively responsible positions as Director of Auditing, Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and President. Mr. Fazzolari is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. A graduate of Penn State University, Mr. Fazzolari was recently honored as an Alumni Fellow, the highest honor given to an alumnus by the Penn State Alumni Association. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Fazzolari is also a member of the Board of Directors of Susquehanna University and serves as an Advisory Board Member of Susquehanna's Sigmund Weis School of Business.

STEPHEN J. SCHNOOR serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He had been serving as Vice President and Controller of the Corporation since 1998. He previously served as Vice President and Controller of the Patent Construction Systems Division and has held various auditing positions for the corporation since joining Harsco in 1988. Mr. Schnoor previously served in various auditing positions for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

GERALD F. VINCI serves as Vice President Human Resources Americas. He joined Harsco in 1997 as Senior Counsel in the Legal Department. In 1998, he moved to the HR Department serving as Senior Director Human Resources and Employment Counsel. Prior to joining Harsco, Mr. Vinci worked as Legal Counsel for the Sun Company, Inc. in Philadelphia. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1990.

RICHARD A. SULLIVAN joined Harsco in 2009 as Vice President of Business Transformation, where he leads Harsco's enterprise-wide initiatives for continuous improvement and global processchange. He brings to the position more than 20 years of senior management experience in planning and leading continuous improvement programs, having directed the implementation of Lean Enterprise/Six Sigma initiatives for Carpenter Technology Corporation. Mr. Sullivan is a certified Six Sigma master black belt and American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified quality engineer and quality manager.

RICHARD M. WAGNER serves as Vice President and Controller. He joined Harsco in 2007 and has been serving as Assistant Controller since that time. Prior to joining Harsco, Mr. Wagner held management responsibilities for financial reporting at Bayer Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. He previously held a number of financial management positions both in the U.S. and internationally with Kennametal Inc., and also served as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.

KATHY G. EDDY is a Certified Public Accountant and a founding partner of McDonough, Eddy, Parsons & Baylous, A.C., a Parkersburg, West Virginia-based public accounting and financial services corporation. She served as Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Board of Directors from 2000 to 2001 and has served on the AICPA Board, governing Council and numerous committees, including the Audit, Finance, Compensation, Strategic Planning, State Legislation and the Special Committee on Mobility. She has also served as Chair of the AICPA Special Committee on State Regulation. In addition, Ms. Eddy has been active in her home state serving as President of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and as President of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy. She has been a Harsco Director since 2004. She is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Sordoni, former president and chairman of C-TEC Corporation parent company of Commonwealth Telephone and an officer of Sordoni Construction Services, Inc. joined Aqua America's Board of Directors in August 2006. As a director, he serves on the Board's Audit Committee. During the 14-year period Sordoni led C-TEC Corporation, the company became one of America's best-known, diversified telecommunications companies with operations in basic telephone, cable television, cellular, paging and long-distance services. Sordoni served as a director of public companies regulated by the FCC and FDIC and numerous state regulatory commissions, including Pennsylvania Gas and Water Company. Sordoni currently serves as a director of Harsco Corporation.

HENRY W. KNUEPPEL is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation, a multi-national organization with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia serving the HVAC, industrial motor, power transmission and power generation markets. He has served with Regal Beloit in increasingly senior management responsibilities since 1979. He joined the Harsco Board in September 2008 and is a member of the Management Development & Compensation Committee.
