Ted joined Hart InterCivic in 2000, bringing with him more than 20 years of financial and general management experience in the computer industry. As Chief Financial Officer, Ted directs Hart InterCivic's financial strategy, accounting, information technology, human resources, and administrative services. Prior to joining Hart, Ted served as director of finance and general manager of U.S. operations for Madge Networks, Inc., in London, England. He has also held senior financial and operations management positions at Olicom, Inc. (Richardson, Texas), Becket Corporation (Plano, Texas), and Tandem Computers (Austin and Plano, Texas). Ted holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelors of Arts degree from Bethel College in St. Paul Minnesota. He is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant.

As Vice President of Development, Scott is responsible for product development for Hart's Election Solutions and Geo-content Solutions business units, as well as software quality assurance. In addition, Scott is the General Manager of Hart's research and development facility in Lafayette, Colorado. Scott is a highly accomplished technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in both entrepreneurial and large corporate settings. His areas of expertise include product line and technology strategy definition; research and development; operations infrastructure; developing new market initiatives; and business unit profit and loss responsibilities. He brings a unique blend of technical skill, seasoned leadership, and management expertise to Hart's product development initiatives. In addition to his extensive management experience, Scott holds three U.S. patents and has an impressive record of success in companies committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality. Scott holds an MSE from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.
