Mr. Wolin, 47, is an Executive Vice President of the Company and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for property and casualty operations, positions he has held since June 11, 2007. Thomas M. Marra is president and chief operating officer of The Hartford, one of the nation's largest financial services and insurance companies, a position he was elected to in June 2007. In this role, Marra oversees the businesses of the company's life and property and casualty operations. Lizabeth H. Zlatkus is executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., a position she assumed in May 2008.
