Craig Lindsey joined Haven Custom Homes in 1971 and currently serves as the senior vice president of delivery and set where he is responsible for delivery sets and delivery finish teams that complete the homes with electrical and plumbing connections. Lindsey has been with Haven Custom Homes since its inception and grown with the company as it has expanded its services throughout the East Coast.

John McGill serves as the senior vice president of operations at Haven Custom Homes' indoor production facility in Ridgeland, S.C. In this role, he directs and manages all plant operations with responsibilities in production, maintenance, material procurement, quality and production-related activities. McGill has worked in the homebuilding industry for more than 20 years with national builders such as Pulte Homes and its Del Webb Corporation. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, McGill was a construction and project manager with Pulte Homes. McGill received his South Carolina Home Builder license in 1984 and has been recognized for outstanding customer service, leadership in training and management, and project managerial skills.

Jana Filchak serves as the vice president of supply chain at Haven Custom Homes. In this role, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining vendor relations, national contracts and managing the supply chain. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, she worked with six of the top 50 national homebuilders, including Pulte Homes, KB Homes, Mercedes Homes, Beazer Homes and Ryland Homes. Her most recent position was with Avatar Holdings as the Director of National Contracts and Purchasing. Jana also has experience as Director of Design Centers, Corporate Systems Implementation, and as an Operations Manager. In 2007, she was named as one of the top 100 Purchasing Executives by Professional Builder. Filchak studied Public Relations at The University of Georgia.

Melvin Laubscher serves as vice president of engineering for the Haven Custom Homes Ridgeland facility in South Carolina. In his role, he is responsible for reviewing plans and production orders to prepare products for production, establishing production schedules, and managing material procurement. He has worked at the plant since its inception, first as quality control inspector and manager. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Laubscher worked for Bechdel Plumbing and Heating where he was responsible for HVAC system installation, including the design and installation of duct systems and mechanicals. In this position, he also conducted plumbing and electrical work and served as a supervisor of personnel. Laubscher received a bachelor's degree in political science from Penn State University. He also has heat pump installation and geothermal HVAC system installation certifications. Laubscher is currently pursuing a HERS home energy rating certification through EarthCraft House program.

Michael English serves as vice president of engineering for the Haven Custom Homes Wingate and Beech Creek facilities in Pennsylvania. In his role, he is responsible for scheduling plant production at the company's two indoor facilities in Pennsylvania, reviewing orders and plans for units in production, and procurement of material for units in production. English brings more than 34 years of experience in the modular manufacturing industry to Haven Custom Homes. Prior to joining the company, he was employed at Willkie Industries as an assistant plant superintendent. English's experience and educational background includes secondary teaching in Industrial Arts, EarthCraft House program builder training and Continuing Education Units for Microsoft projects, APA structural wood panels and residential electrical inspection checklist. He also has attended workshops for Simpson Strong-Tie connector.

David Foose serves as the vice president of estimation at Haven Custom Homes. He is responsible for overseeing the production of cost estimates, change orders, and proposal revisions for residential and commercial building projects. In addition, he is responsible for scheduling new requests for proposals, auditing completed estimates and managing the day-to-day operations of the estimation department. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Foose worked at Williams Scotsman where he managed the construction of commercial modular buildings including schools, medial clinics and offices. Foose received a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in business administration from Wheeling Jesuit University.

Paul Janyska is Vice President of the commercial group at Haven Custom Homes. In his role, he oversees and manages clients' expectations and satisfaction from the design process through completion. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Janyska was employed at The Rouse Company for 23 years where his last position was senior project manager. During his tenure at The Rouse Company, Janyska supported multiple divisions including retail development, land development, construction management and hotel redevelopment. Janyska has an associate's degree in Architectural and Design Engineering Technologies from the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
