Mr. Ingram was appointed chief financial officer of Hawaiian Airlines in November 2005. Prior to joining Hawaiian, Mr. Ingram spent 11 years with AMR Corporation, parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle Airlines. From 2002 to 2005, he served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for American Eagle Airlines. Prior to that, he spent eight years in finance-related management positions for American Airlines. Mr. Ingram has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and a M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University).

Jan Higa, born on Molokai but living in Honolulu, is a commercial real estate broker (Jan Higa & Company), specializing in retail and restaurant locations, now enjoying its 20th year. She has a son Kevin, owner of Superb Sushi, a sushi catering company, and daughter Lianne, a residential broker with Coldwell Banker Pacific. Jan was chosen as HIM's Distinguished Volunteer and was honored at Sheraton-Waikiki on National Philanthropy Day 1999. Todd Budge has been a member of our Board of Directors since June 2006. In 2002, he joined Tokyo Star Bank, Ltd, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and became the company's President and CEO in 2003. He has the distinction of being the first non-Japanese to serve as CEO of a Japanese bank. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Budge was involved in the integration of several Japanese financial institutions acquired by GE Capital. Mr. Budge is an active member of the community, sitting on the board of the American School in Japan and serving as a member of the Marriott School of Business National Advisory Council. Mr. Budge received a B.A. in Economics and Japanese from Brigham Young University.
