Mr. Ingram was appointed chief financial officer of Hawaiian Airlines in November 2005. Jan Higa, born on Molokai but living in Honolulu, is a commercial real estate broker (Jan Higa & Company), specializing in retail and restaurant locations, now enjoying its 20th year. Todd Budge has been a member of our Board of Directors since June 2006. In 2002, he joined Tokyo Star Bank, Ltd, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and became the company's President and CEO in 2003. He has the distinction of being the first non-Japanese to serve as CEO of a Japanese bank. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Budge was involved in the integration of several Japanese financial institutions acquired by GE Capital. Mr. Budge is an active member of the community, sitting on the board of the American School in Japan and serving as a member of the Marriott School of Business National Advisory Council. Mr. Budge received a B.A. in Economics and Japanese from Brigham Young University.
